Dans des circonstances difficiles de sa vie, suite à des manquements et même de graves péchés, David a dû connaître le gouvernement de Dieu, car ce principe est toujours vrai : « Ce qu'un homme aura semé, il le moissonnera aussi » (Gal. 6 : 7) ; et « Le Seigneur châtie celui qu'il aime » (Héb. 12 : 6). Or David était, comme son nom l’indique, «bien-aimé de Dieu» ; à son sujet, Dieu « a rendu ce témoignage : J’ai trouvé David… un homme selon mon cœur » (Act. 13 : 22). David a souffert sous la discipline, a été profondément exercé dans son âme ; il a pleuré, il a crié, il s’est humilié, il a confessé ses fautes et recherché le pardon ; il a été restauré et relevé, il a retrouvé la joie de la communion avec son Dieu.
Ces expériences de David se retrouvent dans de nombreux psaumes – 74 psaumes lui sont attribués parmi les 150 que la Parole de Dieu contient, et d’autres, sans que cela soit mentionné, ont aussi été écrits par lui (le Psaume 43 probablement, si semblable au précédent ; Ps. 71 ; Ps. 72 – voir v. 21 ; Ps. 105 – voir 1 Chr. 16 : 8-22 ; …). Parmi tous ces psaumes, 7 d’entre eux ont été intitulés des «psaumes de pénitence» (6, 32, 38, 51, 102, 130, 143), dans lesquels David s’humilie d’un péché commis contre l’Éternel et recherche sa face, afin d’être pardonné et restauré. Le Psaume 130 nous montre particulièrement ce qu’est l’attente patiente et constante de celui qui est conscient de sa culpabilité devant Dieu (v. 1-3). Il sait que Dieu est un Dieu de bonté et de pardon (v. 4), et il s’attend à Lui, confiant en sa parole (v. 5-6). Il encourage ensuite Israël dans la souffrance à s’attendre à Celui qui le délivrera : « J’ai attendu l’Éternel ; mon âme l’a attendu, et j’ai eu mon attente en sa parole. Mon âme attend le Seigneur, plus que les sentinelles n’attendent le matin, que les sentinelles n’attendent le matin. Israël, attends-toi à l’Éternel ; car auprès de l’Éternel est la bonté, et il y a rédemption en abondance auprès de lui ; et lui rachètera Israël de toutes ses iniquités » (v. 5-8).

O presidente da Petrobras, Jean Paul Prates, afirmou que, em momento algum, se sentiu ameaçado no cargo ou recebeu pedido do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva para baixar o preço dos combustíveis. “O presidente jamais, desde que eu estou nesse posto, me pediu para baixar ou aumentar preço de combustível”, disse Prates. “Isso é muito importante que fique claro, porque o presidente é consciente desse papel. Ele não pode, ou pelo menos não surtiria efeito, chegar para o presidente da Petrobras diretamente e dizer isso. Esse movimento não existe”. A declaração foi dada nesta sexta-feira (24), no Rio de Janeiro, em um encontro com jornalistas para detalhar o plano estratégico de investimentos da companhia nos próximos cinco anos. Política de preços Prates elogiou a mudança na política de precificação da empresa que, em maio deste ano, abandonou o preço de paridade de importação (PPI), implantado em 2016, durante o governo Michel Temer. Com o PPI, os preços dos combustíveis eram diretamente correlacionados aos altos e baixos do custo do barril de petróleo no mercado global. “A gente não está mais no período da ditadura do PPI. Nós não estamos mais reajustando os preços em tempo real e em dólar, de acordo com a paridade de importação. Isso é uma prática comum a um país que importa 100% do seu petróleo”, afirmou. “O que também não quer dizer – e ninguém nunca prometeu isso em campanha alguma, muito menos o presidente Lula – que o preço só ia cair. O que foi compromissado foi abrasileirar os preços, e isso nós fizemos. Nós trouxemos para a política de preço os fatores nacionais aos componentes, que são, inclusive, parte da nossa estrutura, que é produzir no Brasil. Esse fator faz diferença para a gente poder fazer ajustes em patamares. Isso dá estabilidade ao mercado”, salientou. No entanto, Prates confirmou que conversa com o presidente Lula sobre o cenário e comportamento dos preços internacionais. “De duas em duas semanas eu vou a Brasília e converso, e acho que é necessário isso. [O governo] é o acionista majoritário da empresa.” O preço dos combustíveis tem sido assunto que envolve outros integrantes do governo. Na sexta-feira passada (17), o ministro de Minas e Energia (MME), Alexandre Silveira, reproduziu na rede social X (antigo Twitter) uma entrevista em que defendia queda nos preços. “Fiz essa manifestação à Casa Civil. É importante, respeitando a governança da Petrobras, respeitando a sua natureza jurídica. Mas já está na hora de puxarmos a orelha de novo da Petrobras, para que ela volte à mesa e possa colocar com clareza”, escreveu o ministro. Reunião em Brasília O presidente da Petrobras afirmou também que não houve intervenção do presidente Lula na elaboração final do plano estratégico da companhia, que prevê investimentos de US$ 102 bilhões, o equivalente a R$ 500 bilhões. Ele explicou que a reunião dele com o presidente Lula e ministros na terça (21) e quarta-feira (22), em Brasília, foi um pedido dele, Prates, que apresentou “os conceitos” do plano estratégico. O CEO da Petrobras disse que, em nenhum momento, se sentiu ameaçado no cargo. “A gente tem que ter carapaça para estar aqui, tem que enfrentar boato, maledicência, pensamento, até fogo amigo, tem que enfrentar tudo. La prière maintient les relations de notre âme avec Dieu, dans le sentiment de notre dépendance de lui. Persévérer dans la prière et veiller en elle suppose un engagement constant du cœur. Le trône de la grâce est toujours accessible à la foi dans les temps de détresse, pour y trouver le secours, et Dieu ne méprise jamais la prière de l’affligé (Psaume 34. 7 ; 102. 19). Mais l’exhortation de l’apôtre va bien au-delà ; le chrétien, séparé de cœur du monde, s’entretient avec Dieu de ce qui regarde sa gloire. La communion avec lui nous donne l’intelligence pour combattre par la prière, non plus seulement pour nous-mêmes (Éphésiens 6. 18), mais pour les autres, comme le faisait Épaphras (verset 12).
Persévérer signifie en grec « faire preuve d’une persistance courageuse » ou « tenir ferme et ne pas lâcher », dans le contexte de la vie de prière (Actes 1.14 ; Romains 12.12 ; Éphésiens 6.18 ; 1 Thessaloniciens 5.17 ; voir Luc 11.5-10 ; Luc 18.1-8). Y veiller suppose de rester vigilant pour discerner des besoins spécifiques à propos desquels prier, plutôt que de rester vague et de manquer de concentration (voir Matthieu 26.41 ; Marc 14.38 ; Luc 21.36).
La vigilance est demandée dans le service de la prière. Dans le jardin de Gethsémané, le Seigneur avait dit aux disciples et à Pierre : “Veillez et priez” (Matthieu 26. 41) ; et, sur le moment, ils n’avaient pas su répondre à la demande de leur Maître. Mais plus tard, Pierre, pleinement restauré dans son cœur et conscient de la valeur et de la nécessité de la prière, exhortera les autres : “Veillez pour prier” (1 Pierre 4. 7).
Les actions de grâces accompagnent naturellement les demandes (Philippiens 4. 6). Nos cœurs ne sont-ils pas souvent plus prompts à crier à Dieu pour la délivrance, qu’à le remercier pour sa merveilleuse bonté envers nous et pour sa fidélité à répondre à nos besoins ?

A proposta foi relatada pelo deputado Marcius Machado (PL) e aprovada por unanimidade. Pelo projeto, estudantes matriculados na educação básica cuja renda familiar per capita não ultrapasse três salários mínimos mensais terão direito a um voucher emitido pelo Estado que os pais ou responsáveis pelo aluno podem usar para financiar a educação de seus filhos em escolas privadas de sua escolha dentro do território catarinense. O valor será definido anualmente pelo governo estadual, baseado nos custos médios por aluno da educação básica do estado, e ajustado de acordo com a inflação e com as necessidades avaliadas. Na justificativa da proposta, a autora, deputada Ana Campagnolo, argumenta que o sistema de voucher representa uma estratégia de política pública que facilita o acesso à educação e também permite que as famílias possam selecionar a instituição educacional de sua preferência. “Essa abordagem promove a autonomia das famílias na procura por uma educação de qualidade, favorece a tomada de decisão consciente da família, a elevação indireta dos padrões educacionais e um gerenciamento mais eficaz dos recursos, considerando que as famílias sabem o que é mais adequado para os seus filhos.” O projeto deverá ainda ser analisado pelas comissões de Finanças e Tributação; de Trabalho, Administração e Serviço Público; e de Educação e Cultura. Metas dos hospitais A CCJ aprovou também o Projeto de Lei 317/2024, de autoria do Poder Executivo, que autoriza a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde a repactuar metas qualitativas ou quantitativas estabelecidas entre 1º de julho de 2022 e 31 de dezembro de 2023 para instituições filantrópicas e hospitais públicos municipais. Relator da proposta, o deputado Pepê Collaço (PP) destaca que o objetivo é evitar prejuízo financeiro a essas instituições. “Algumas concessões foram feitas durante a pandemia da Covid-19 com relação a prestação de contas desses hospitais para que eles não tivessem prejuízo. As instituições são obrigadas a cumprir metas durante o ano para poderem receber repasses financeiros por parte do governo do Estado. Com essa medida, se por acaso não apresentarem essas metas, os hospitais não serão prejudicados.” Segue para a Comissão de Finanças e Tributação. Protetores de animais Retornou para a Comissão de Constituição e Justiça para análise de emenda o PL 412/2021, da deputada Paulinha (Podemos), que cria o cadastro estadual de protetores e cuidadores individuais de animais em situação de risco ou abandono. A medida pretende erradicar o abandono e os maus-tratos aos animais, além de conscientizar os protetores acerca da importância das medidas de resgate, cuidados e destinação a novos lares dos animais abandonados. A emenda aprovada define que a Secretaria de Estado do Meio Ambiente e Economia Verde será o órgão responsável pela execução da lei. O projeto vai para votação em Plenário. Outros projetos aprovados PL 283/2019, de autoria do ex-deputado Bruno Souza. Assegura o direito às empresas transportadoras de passageiros que tenham a concessão do serviço de serem ouvidas previamente para autorizar o fretamento por multiembarque para outras empresas quando o deslocamento ocorrer no eixo de influência da concessão. Segue para a Comissão de Trabalho, Administração e Serviço Público. PLC 25/2023, proposto pelo deputado Sargento Lima (PL), com o objetivo de incluir o leilão como forma de transferência dos imóveis rurais de domínio estadual.
