How to make organic fertilizer step by step?
Organic fertilizer is the "nutritional cornerstone" of green agriculture. The scientific nature of its production process directly determines its effectiveness. The following details the standardized organic fertilizer production process to help you produce high-quality fertilizer.

Step 1: Raw Material Selection and Proportioning
Select organic raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, and mushroom residue, and sort them to remove impurities. A precise carbon-nitrogen ratio of 25-30:1 is precisely blended, for example, chicken manure and corn straw should be mixed at a ratio of 6:4. A composting agent is added to activate microbial activity.
Step 2: High-Temperature Fermentation
The mixed raw materials are fed into a fermentation tank and stirred 2-3 times daily using a compost turning machine, maintaining a temperature of 55-65°C. This temperature kills pathogens, insect eggs, and accelerates the decomposition of organic matter.
Step 3: Crushing and Screening
The composted material is crushed to an 80-mesh fineness using a chain crusher, then passed through a vibrating screen to remove impurities and ensure uniform particle size. Achieving the required fineness increases the fertilizer's contact area with the soil by 30%, improving crop absorption efficiency.
Step 4: Granulation and Drying
A disc granulator is used to granulate the powder into 3-5mm granules. The powder is then dried (60-70°C) to remove excess moisture to less than 15%. A cooling system is also included, increasing granule hardness by 25%, reducing transportation losses.
Step 5: Coating
The dried and cooled granules enter the coating machine, where a specialized coating agent is sprayed onto the granules to form a uniform protective coating. Coating not only reduces moisture absorption and clumping during storage and transportation, but also controls nutrient release, extending the fertilizer's effective life.
Step 6: Metering and Packaging
The coated product is automatically metered and packaged in 25kg bags. This fully mechanized process reduces manual contact and ensures product cleanliness.
Following this standardized process ensures that organic fertilizers meet national standards while achieving mass production and increased efficiency. Choose professional organic fertilizer production line equipment to enable high-quality organic fertilizers to contribute to sustainable agricultural development.

The reasons for the high turning efficiency of the large wheel fermentation turning machine
The large wheel fermentation turning machine has a high turning efficiency, mainly due to its unique design and advanced technical features. The following are the specific reasons:
1. Large turning depth and span: The turning depth of the large wheel fermentation turning machine can reach 1.5 to 3 meters, and the turning width can reach 30 meters. This large-span and high-depth design enables it to handle materials with a relatively high pile, reduces the floor space occupied by the fermentation tank, and at the same time increases the amount of materials turned at one time.
2. Energy-saving and highly efficient transmission mechanism: The large wheel fermentation turning machine adopts a unique energy-saving and highly efficient transmission mechanism. Under the same operation volume, its energy consumption is reduced by 70% compared with traditional turning equipment. This energy-saving design not only reduces the operating cost but also improves the operational efficiency of the equipment.
4. High degree of automation: Equipped with a fully automated electrical control system, the organic fertilizer equipment does not require manual operation during operation. Automated control not only enhances the convenience and safety of operation, but also reduces the impact of human factors on the efficiency of turning and throwing.
3. Strong adaptability: The large disc fermentation turning machine is suitable for the fermentation and turning of various organic wastes, including livestock and poultry manure, sludge and garbage, sugar factory filter mud, dregs, cake meal and straw sawdust, etc. This wide applicability enables it to play an efficient role in turning and discarding in different organic fertilizer production scenarios.
In conclusion, the large wheel fermentation turning machine has significantly improved the turning efficiency through its multiple advantages such as large span and high depth turning capacity, and has become an efficient equipment in the organic fertilizer fermentation process.

What precautions should be taken when operating a windrow compost turning machine
When using the windrow compost turning machine for operation, the following matters should be noted:
1. Inspect the equipment: Check whether all components of the turning machine are firm and whether the screws are loose. Check whether the liquid in the hydraulic system is sufficient and whether there is any leakage. Check whether the tightness of the drive belt is normal and whether there is any severe wear or breakage.
2. Inspect the site: The ground of the workplace must be flat and solid. The distance between the material piles should be over 1 meter, and more than 10 meters of space should be left at both ends of the material piles to facilitate the equipment's turning and rotation.
3. Adjust the equipment: Adjust the distance between the shaft blade head of the turning machine and the ground. The appropriate distance between the blade head and the ground is approximately 5cm.
4. Avoid forced operation: It is strictly prohibited to forcibly drive into the material pile. When the engine is struggling, do not forcibly flip over. Stop walking or slow down instead.
5. Clear entangled materials: When materials are found entangled on the turning shaft, the machine must be stopped immediately for cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly turn or retreat.
6. Pay attention to safety: When the machine is in operation, it is strictly forbidden to stand around the organic fertilizer equipment, especially around the high-speed moving parts. When stacking, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of or behind the machine to prevent people from being injured by thrown objects.
7. Clean the equipment: Remove the entangled materials and caked attachments on the stacking shafts of the turning machine. Inspect the equipment: Check whether the turning machine is damaged and whether the fastening bolts are loose. Check the remaining balance of the fuel tank and water tank. Check whether the electrical facilities and circuits are unobstructed and whether the insulation is good. Check whether the tightness of the tracks is normal.
8. Maintenance of equipment: When not in operation for a long time, all exposed parts should be oiled for rust prevention. When placed outdoors, they should be covered. By taking the above precautions, the safe use and efficient operation of the crawler type turning machine can be ensured.

Fertilizer production machine intelligent transformation of the four trends
With the development of agricultural modernization, the intelligent transformation of fertilizer production line machine has become an industry trend. The application of intelligent technology not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the labor cost and energy consumption, so that enterprises have an advantage in the market competition. The following are the four major trends in the intelligent development of NPK fertilizer production lines.
1. Automatic control system to improve production efficiency
The traditional fertilizer production line relies on manual operation, while the modern intelligent production line uses PLC (programmable logic controller) and SCADA (data acquisition and monitoring system) to realize the automatic control of fertilizer granulator, crusher, dryer and other machine. This not only improves production accuracy, but also reduces human error and improves overall efficiency.
2. Remote monitoring and data analysis optimization management
The intelligent production line is equipped with a remote monitoring system, and business managers can check the machine running status, energy consumption and output data in real time through computers or mobile phones. With big data analytics, production processes can be optimized, machine maintenance needs can be predicted, downtime can be reduced, and machine life can be improved.
3. Energy-saving and environmental protection technology to reduce production costs
The intelligent NPK fertilizer production line gradually adopts energy-saving machine, such as variable frequency motors, waste heat recovery systems, etc., to reduce energy consumption. For example, the intelligent drying system can adjust the hot air temperature according to the raw material humidity, improve the utilization of heat energy, thereby reducing fuel consumption.
4. Robots and intelligent logistics reduce manual dependence
In the intelligent production line, automatic feeding system, intelligent handling robot and other technologies are gradually applied to reduce the dependence on manual, improve the continuity of production. At the same time, intelligent packaging machine can accurately control the packaging weight and sealing quality, and improve the market competitiveness of fertilizer products.
Conclusion
Intelligent transformation is the future development direction of fertilizer production line. Through the application of automation control, remote monitoring, energy saving and environmental protection technology and intelligent logistics, enterprises can improve production efficiency, reduce costs, enhance market competitiveness, and meet the development needs of modern agriculture.

The processing technology of granular organic fertilizer in cattle manure organic fertilizer is more complex than that of powdered organic fertilizer, with high requirements. In order to ensure the roundness of granular organic fertilizer and the quality of fertilizer, it is recommended to buy a full set of Organic fertilizer equipment production line.

Although the cost of cow manure particle organic fertilizer is higher than that of powder organic fertilizer, but the price of particle organic fertilizer is higher than that of powder fertilizer, and the profit will naturally be higher. Moreover, there are many benefits of cow manure organic fertilizer made into granules: organic fertilizer made into granules, there is a certain weight, will not be blown away by the wind where is, in the production of granular fertilizer, you can also add some components to improve the efficiency of fertilizer, organic particles, fertilizer form is relatively close, so it is not easy to agglomerate, damp, better storage.
Cattle manure processing particulate organic fertilizer, need a complete organic fertilizer equipment production line: water equipment, fermentation equipment (Windrow Compost Turning Machine), crushing equipment, mixing equipment, screening equipment, granulation equipment, drying equipment, weighing equipment.

Among them, the granulation equipment can choose Disc Granulator, Rotary Drum Granulator, Fertilizer Granules Compaction Machine.

Equipment investment cost is related to the output of cow manure organic fertilizer, investment budget and equipment model. The output that can be processed by small equipment production line and large organic fertilizer equipment production line is different, and the investment price will be different.
Buy organic fertilizer production line equipment must go to the regular manufacturer to buy, equipment quality and after-sales service are guaranteed.
