Well considering that the Galra diet is basically the rough equivalent of being an intergalactic trash compactor, I don't think it's so much the Galra part that needs worrying about, as it is his general diet. He's picked up a lot of bad habits from his time in foster care, chiefly scavenging instead of really eating regular meals, which Shiro and Adam have already been working on with him...

....no, the bigger concern is what Krolia tries to put into Shiro's body. She has a very basic understanding of what humans can and can't eat from her time with Heath, but you know Adam catches this woman eating a banana with the peel on and has to actively stop her from trying to bite into a mango pit. "Europe has no suburban sprawl, bla bla bla" I can tell you from experience living in a small-ish town in Germany, that they have Wal-Mart style supermarkets over there, and yes, such a store tends to have a neighborhood nearby, but that one store is also the ONLY supermarket in a 20-minute radius, so everyone who doesn't live in that particular neighborhood? probably uses a car to drive to Globus just like you drive to Costco
