I just know that Hiccups hugs are the most comforting things on the planet. Sure hes a scrawny, firm beanpole that probably is a mess of nuclear hot-coldspots and hes always wearing armour of some kind-

But he always wraps you right up, almost trying to fold his arms around you twice, he rocks you gently sometimes or cradles the back of your neck. He always smells calming too. Campfire and leather and the sea, and a little bit like sweat and fish.

You know you're safe, thats it. Thats all.

His hugs would feel safe.

On the night of December 7th, during a routine surveillance of the Beltrami county coldspots in northern Minnesota, the assigned Observer happened upon an untapped live video feed coming from a small emergency clinic located on the bend of a highway. The feed was attached to the clinic’s CCTV security camera system. Initial observation revealed a series of seemingly supernatural events visible across the entirety of the building, which prompted further escalation.

The assigned Surveyor reviewed the live tape for a 24 hour period and found Epsilon level activity between the hours of 23:00 and 2:00 based on the visuals alone. This included infestations of several manifested shade entities, evidence of poltergeist and phantom activity, object possession, non-euclidian interior design, and foresight manifesting memetics. See Incident Report #1065-B for a further expanded list of activity identified during this period. Following the confirmation of notable supernatural happenings in the area, the Surveyor probed local rumors and speculation for signs that information on the events had breached into public consciousness, however no such evidence was found. Thorough investigation revealed that no discussion surrounding the clinic was related to the supernatural in any way. Patients who had been present the day­­ of the surveyed activity reported nothing out of the ordinary during or after their stay, nor did any of the clinic’s staff. Temporal phenomena were ruled out via an extensive cross referencing of the clinic’s deed, land rights, yearly taxes, and employee records, however it was noted that the building’s layout was mildly inconsistent. No windows were observed on the exterior of the building, and yet several cameras showed position accurate windows located on the interior of the clinic.

              Following the closure of the Surveyor’s investigation on December 13th, 2014, the incident was marked Unresolved and on Yellow Watch.

I will never understand Sam and Dean's questioning of victims families when acting as FBI agents.

Why didn't you just say its to check for psychosis or hallucinations? Some people have phantom smells of rotten eggs when they're psychotic. Could have said that its rutine checking for that, would sound way more plausible and make sense.

Cold spots could be the same or they could just lie and say it is. Do they not realise they can lie? They do it a lot and its never convincing.

They've done this for so long and yet, here we are, their lies are the exact same lmao.

TS3 Tips and Tricks: How to Get Tons of Sims at Venues

I saw a forum thread recently from someone asking how to boost crowds at venues. Briefly, here are some tips and tricks that I learned:

Have lots of "party animal" sims in town

Sims with the party animal trait show up the most at Late Night venues, so it helps to populate your town with them.

Have many large roomie households consisting of "singles" in your world (like 6-8 sims). The reason why you want to do this is that households are called to a lot, not individual sims. When a household is called, the game will always try to call as many sims that are available. So, for instance, if a dive bar calls an 8-sim household named "Party Crashers", and four of them are at home at the time, those four will show up. If the bar then calls a 6-sim household called "Living Single" and three of the roommates are available, those three will show up. Now, imagine that a third household is called, and four members show up. That's 11 sims right there!

Get the idea? I have had as many as 20 sims show up using this method.

Don't build too many venues and parks, especially if you have a low population town. I think this is pretty common sense advice. Obviously, if you only have around 30 sims in your town, you won't see a lot of packed venues if you build tons of venues.

Only visit hotspots The game deliberately turns venues into cold spots so that everyone in town shows up at the hotspot. So, if you keep visiting coldspots, it will always seem as if every place is empty.

That's all there is to it. I have heard people say that you need mods and such to have packed venues, but I've never had such a hard time with this issue as to need them.

Arkhelios Adventures

Dear Theo:

Theo, I had a dream today. Forgive my bluntness, I need to tell you something and asking about your school work seems unimportant right now. I keep having these nightmares, but the one last night was too real and too horrible to ignore.

You and I were in Pleasantview, visiting your half-sister. You and I were normal, but the Void had covered Victoriana. The only thing left untouched was her face, which had separated from her body entirely. It was gruesome to see.

She acted like things were normal and you two were talking like nothing was wrong. I couldn't understand it.

Then for some reason, you disappeared. The princess began talking to me about magic and wands and upcoming exams. She hugged me and it was like grasping into a sudden coldspot in the water. She seemed loosely tied to reality, slipping against my embrace like a trickling brook. There was no heat coming from her at all. She was just cold and fluid and empty. It was like losing your breath when you're pummeled by a large wave with no way up to gasp for air.

Once I'd gotten a hold of my fear, Victoriana looked right at me and said, "It's coming, Adam. Find Atem. Find Riley Reeves. Follow the names. Follow the currants of the ocean. Be careful. The Darktides are a family under much scrutiny. Your demon is dangerous, but you know that first hand."

Then suddenly, I was at a party, watching Ewan Goldman walk onto the lot, huge black wings splayed around him.

He looked directly at me and said:

"I'm not here to join in the festivities. Unfortunately, I'm here for work. I'm so sorry."

This all has to be some kind of symbolism about the Goldman family, right? Like I have unresolved issues with one of them and my brain is trying to work it out. That has to be it. I'm not dreaming about the future or being influenced by the Void, I'm just having unresolved feelings. The thing is, I haven't seen the queen or your half-sister in months. Maybe even longer. What issue would I have to resolve? Can you maybe read your cards for me? Did they let you take them? I feel weird about calling your little sister to read cards for me. She doesn't need to deal with this.

I can't get the image of the queen's father out of my head. The way his wings shivered against the wind, the hollow, scraping tone of his voice...I've never seen something dead before. Not really. Not up close. I've seen Mr. Goldman before in person and he was just like every other person in the room. He looked alive despite not breathing. You can't really notice that unless you look for it. But the man I saw in my dream was horrifying. I can't even really explain it. He's just a shell for something without a flicker of life inside. Something silent and cold and unfathomable. I know how you feel about that terrifying dream you had a while back. The one about the terrifying guy who took you to the afterlife. It's not the same person, but it sounds like they have a lot in common. I don't know how to talk to Mr. Goldman now. It would be weird to see the disguise up close now that I know what's underneath. Well, what I assume is underneath. This didn't feel like a typical nightmare. I could feel the coldness of the Void wrapping around me. I think it was real.

But if it's real, what does it mean? Are we in danger? Should I warn someone? I doubt people would really believe me.

Please, please get back to me soon. Do you think Rien could help? No. No, this isn't anything to worry about, I don't need to bother her. Let me know what you think. Are we dreaming about similar things? Do you ever dream about the Void? Sorry for the weird message, but I'm kind of freaking out about this.

I can't recall if I ever read about it prior but like... nobody told me that after a double mastectomy your chest can get chilly.

Which, mind, makes sense bc fat tissue keeps you snug and warm but that never computed to me for tiddies; but anyway that is to say 6 years later and I am still sometimes confused by coldspots over my chest and like, okay. rude. Oh god am I haunted by the ghost of tiddies past is that what the coldspots are.

Well I do have a few !!

Starting with my grumpsona, Chorble Sockbox. Theyre the type of guy to be running around Snaxburg one day and like never going out of their hut the next. Theyre kinda just there for fun but also to get information on a certain pair of blacklisted siblings

Theres also my journalist oc Thachurr Nolist (say the name quickly). They never really liked Bugsnax by themselves but rather the story behind them. Also they LOVE cryptids. They wear an oversized hat because they like that anonymous journalist feel. And theyre a jack of all trades kinda grumpus but theyre much more fitting for journalist work since theyre talented at writing

I have another grumpus oc named Spiffony Rubyroof (name subject to change) who is like. The fizzlebeans' family friend. They were Floofty's childhood "best friend" (more like acquaintances, Floofty didn't care for them much) until Floofty started working more independently. They like Snorpy but Snorpy HATES their ass. Theyre a little overwhelming and annoying as hell but they aren't really a bad guy

Also whoever Beffica's blue friend was in that one photo I made into an oc. Her name is Frenzie Coldspot and is Beffica's ex-partner. They loved her but got fed up with the constant shit Beffica kept getting into lawl

I actually have a group of ocs for Grumpbeard's crew but thats a lot and they all arent really fully developed so i'll hopefully get to them. Sometime soon. But they each mirror someone in Lizbert's crew. Also fun fact the one that mirrored Triffany possesses Cactriffy ! Fun
