"I never went that far, you know? I always held back. I didn’t know why. But she said things to me…that made me wonder what I was doing, made me think about how I was living. I went feet first. No hesitation, no fear. I…dated her, like I was looking for a wife." 

Robb spluttered a laugh. It was round, happy. "That is what most people do. You cracked the code! But I don't know. It's nice to see you this way. You're particularly bright-eyed. Have been since I dragged you in here." 

"I feel...alive." 

Robb let that sink in for a long moment.

"Then, why wait? You know that you can marry her as many times as you want, right?" Jon shook his head at the lameness of his joke. But Robb was serious. "I'm just saying. Your parents already renewed their vows.” 

"Yeah, I hear you." But even as he tweaked his cousin's nose and got a punch for his trouble, Jon felt a prickle of fear. I want to marry her. But will she want to marry me? Nothing is ever over. He was not long for this world, she knew that as well as he did. Against Grey Worm's advice, if he hid his feelings, what would be at stake? 

Friendship, his mind supplied. Family. Love. 

That was when he felt it coming on. He saw Daenerys in her hiking clothes, elated at what she was seeing, but all he could see was her beauty. It was his first vision in half a year. It hit him hard and left him shivering. He dipped his head over his hot cup, feeling heavy. But his heart was floating away with the vapor.

Although he didn’t know what this meant for him, Jon knew he was still alive—alive to the fact that he wasn't miserable, but happy. 

In their friend group of athletic flirty thirty-somethings, Jon and Dany never got along, though they’ve seen the most intimate sorrows. They’ve been there for lay-offs, lost pets and failed relationships. It turns out they loved each other all the while, made apparent when visions he has about her leads him to open up his heart.

In the wake of his confession about them, a few months after they’ve gotten together, their friends take a forecast of perfect weather as an opportunity to offer him the best Christmas gift. They join the couple on a search and rescue mission for his dog on Mt. Shenandoah. When it goes wrong, can Jon make his way back to her? Or are his visions destined to separate them for good?

“Hi. Please take a moment to read this. I am writing a post on behalf of @suad-khaled whose fundraiser has been stagnating and has only reached 50% despite her fundraising for several months. Suad has been verified by @/nabulsi and also by @northgazaupdates, you can read more about her and her struggles in the tag here.

Suad is an engineer who after graduating with top marks was also working as a university lecturer in her university. Just before the October 7th's accelerated genocide, she also found she was pregnant and was ready to also start this new chapter of her life.

Since the genocide, she and her husband have been displaced multiple times, escaping bombing narrowly in the process. In June she gave birth to baby Khaled and then immediately had to move to a tent with him. Suad and her baby both have been sick this year and her infant has suffered from malnutrition and chest infections in the first year of his life. The doctor recommended nebulising sessions for baby Khaled because of his chest infection and allergies which also ate into the family's limited funds.

Right now, despite facing constant hunger Suad is deeply worried about being able to afford diapers and formula for Khaled. Prices have quadrupled; a pack of 36 diapers now costs $50, and a can of formula is $13. Buying cheaper formula caused baby Khaled's health to worsen. This is also baby Khaled's first winter and he needs winter clothes.

Please, please support Suad and baby Khaled and help their fundraiser reach completion so that they are able to survive and evacuate from Gaza.”

Idea for UPenn! Luigi' first girlfriend . . . ❄️♡

This idea is inspired by this song by Owl City [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AllgoKzRA8&list=RD8AllgoKzRA8&start_radio=1 ], and Scott Pilgrim when he asked out Ramona Flowers. Imagine this: It's around winter time, you awkwardly ask Luigi out on a date, but instead you say something like "Do you want to hang out sometime tonight?", making it sound not like a traditional date. Luigi pauses for a few and smiles at the thought of going out with you. He agrees, and later at night you arrive at Lemon Hill Park. You see Luigi at the corner of Grand Avenue Bridge waiting for you. He sees you and gives you a playful but friendly greeting "There you are, I was starting to freeze out here!" he said with a charming smile on his face and the frostbite on the tip of his nose to prove so. As it starts to snow, you both start walking down Sedgley Dr, then go down Lemon Hill Dr, taking turns at getting to know each other while embracing the winter wonderland both of you are in. Both of you cross Kelly Dr and start heading towards Philadelphia Museum of arts. You guys then stumble across the Fountain of Seahorses, which leads you two to sit on the cold, stone edge of the fountain to talk some more before getting up to walk some more. When you both finally arrive at the museum and start walking around the exterior, that's when both of you get a better view of the university across the river; The lights coming from the buildings are bright yet give off a cozy vibe as the whole city is being covered by a white blanket. You both then arrive at the front of the museum, and start going down the long steps. Before taking one step down, Luigi sticks his hand out towards you, telling you to hold on to it and using the ice covered steps as an excuse to do so. You oblige, and hold on to his hand. It's cold at first but both your hands start to warm up while walking down the stairs, with the Philadelphia skyline towering over you guys.

AnnnNNNNd idk how to end it. 😭 But i do know Luigi walks you back to your dorm!

I looked up some images of Philly and some of the places you mentioned at night and during the wintertime because I absolutely adore how you referenced actual places and streets in Philly because I can just imagine the cold, wintery setting so well in my mind 🥺
