Top 4 stranden in Antalya Kemer

Best Beaches in Turkey
Best Beaches in Turkey. When you’re a country with coastlines along the Aegean and Mediterranean seas you’re bound to be spoilt for choice when it comes to decent beaches and that’s certainly the case with Turkey. Some, like those around Marmaris, are well-known to foreign visitors and come with all the amenities a holiday-maker could ask for. Less developed options also abound, like those on the Datça Peninsula, while some, like those on the islands of Bozcaada and Gökçeada, are hugely popular with Turks but only slowly gaining a reputation with visiting holiday-makers.
Travelers looking for a beach vacation may want to consider the Turkish Riviera. Guests are surrounded by luxury, not to mention a wide variety of water activities from waterslides to windsurfing to just lounging on the beach. Or they can relax with a spa treatment or traditional Turkish bath. In addition these resorts offer many international cuisines along with fitness centers to work off those calories. Antalya, Turkish Riviera
The Turkish Riviera is the most stunning part of Turkey’s Mediterranean coast with its perfect sun, clean beaches, ultra luxury resorts, nature and history. Antalya is the largest city on the Mediterranean with its charming harbour. It is typical of Turkey, a thriving modern city, with a historic heart in the centre of Kaleici, within the old city walls. This area has seen something of a renaissance in recent years, with many of the wooden Ottoman mansions being restored and turned into boutique hotels. The symbol of Antalya is the Yivli Minare built by the Seljuk Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat in the 13th century. Culture lovers will find plenty of interest in the Archaeological Museum which has artefacts fro m the Paleolithic Age right through to Ottoman times.
Antalya has a backdrop of stunning mountain scenery, and the city is set high on cliffs, with many of its grandest hotels overlooking the sea on the outskirts of the town. The beach area of Lara, approximately 12 km to the east is home to the best beach in the area, known for its golden sand, which is rapidly becoming a resort in its own right. To the west, the long pebble beach of Konyaalti is also popular. Heading up into the mountains, you can make the most of the beautiful scenery by visiting the spectacular Duden or Kursunlu Waterfalls to see a completely different side to the Turkish landscape. Antalya has a large number of five star hotels, many of which have meetings facilities, and this, together with the Pyramid Congress Centre which can hold up to 3000 delegates make it a popular venue for conferences.
Patara Another must see for any summer traveler to Turkey is Patara Beach. Located in Antalya, the Patara is one of the Mediterranean’s longest beaches at 18km in length, and under protection by the Turkish government for nesting sea turtles. Curvy, sweeping sand dunes, surrounded by ancient ruins along with stiff coastal breezes for excellent wind surfing takes Patara Beach to the top of lists of World’s Best Beaches for both natural beauty and great value.
Belek Belek is Turkey’s premier golf resort with its spectacular long, golden sandy beaches, and a backdrop of mountains. Belek has won awards for environmentally friendly development and there are many rare species of plant and wildlife indigenous to the area. Accommodation is mostly of the five star variety with all facilities laid on including sporting and other activities, spa treatments and entertainment. Many of the hotels are also set up to cater for children with kids clubs and other facilities.
Kemer Kemer is one of Turkey’s first multipurpose resorts, carefully planned to blend in with the surrounding scenery. At its heart is the attractive marina, a stopping off point for gulets on the blue cruise. Around it are sophisticated shops, bars and restaurants catering for the resort’s well-heeled clientele. Kemer has a clean pebble beach, but the main resort areas are on the beaches located a little further out, namely Kiziltepe, Goynuk, Beldibi, Camyuva and Tekirova. Surrounded by pine forests, they offer a range of accommodation including five star hotels, all designed to blend in to the natural environment.
Alanya Alanya is a modern resort, famed for its beautiful sandy beaches. Its harbour is dominated by the Red Tower, which protected the dockyards in Seljuk times, the remains of which can still be seen in the waters. High on a promontory is the old fortress with its well preserved walls, towers and Byzantine church. It takes about an hour to walk up but it is well worth it for the views alone. Alanya itself has lots of blue flag beaches and has a full range of accommodation with plenty of good shops and restaurants, together with lively nightlife.
Side The old town of Side is set on a peninsula with sandy beaches to either side, surrounded still by the ancient city walls. It boasts an impressive ancient Hellenistic theatre, the largest in the area, with seating for 17.000, overlooking the sea; a charming museum and the stunning Temple of Apollo, a romantic spot at sunset. Side has something for everyone: great beaches, history, an abundance of shops, lively nightlife and a good choice of restaurants.
Olympos – Cirali (Çıralı) Olympos is in a charming spot set on a 5 km long beach amidst unspoilt nature, and the ruins include baths, a temple, Roman theatre and necropolis. To the north of Olympos, past the attractive beach front hamlet of Cirali, high on the hillside is the legendary burning flame of Chimera, literally burning stone.

Turkin upeimmat rannat? Patara Beach number one
Antalyan lentokentältä Alanyaan vievä tie noudattelee enimmäkseen Turkin Rivieran rantaviivaa. Valtava määrä hotelleja on valmistautunut ottamaan vastaan rantaelämää ja aurinkoa odottavia pohjoisen lomailijoita. Väheksymättä massaturismia, johon lähes jokaisella on mahdollisuuksia, luonnon ystävälle löytyy Turkista vielä kauniita lähes luonnontilaisia rantoja.

Cirali Beach is a jewel of a beach in the small rural village of Cirali, lapped by glistening blue waters and framed by spectacular and verdant mountain scenery. Situated on the Turkish coast south of Antalya, the white pristine sand, and jaw dropping sunset views make Cirali one of the must visit beaches in Turkey. #ciralibeach in #turkey #visa #online #application #evisa #eta #tourist #entryvisa https://www.official-turkey-visa.org/must-visit-beaches-in-turkey/ (at Cirali Beach) https://www.instagram.com/p/CY4k-hdhJho/?utm_medium=tumblr

Top 10 Places in Turkey to Visit
Turkey is one of the greatest under-rated travel destinations of our time, especially for backpackers. It is located in western Asia and south-eastern Europe and has been receiving the cultures from both continents. That’s why it is so attractive for many travelers around the world. It is rich for beautiful natures, ancient ruins, beaches, mountains, and architectural heritage. We have been traveling around Turkey last summer for 5 weeks and we tried to avoid the touristy places. If you are planning to visit Turkey in a more adventurous way, we would recommend you visit these top 10 places as below. (Prices may differ since we explored Turkey in high-season, the prices might be up.
Here are the top 10 places in Turkey:
10 Kas on Top 10 Places in Turkey
Kas, once an unspoiled fishing village, is now a relatively unspoiled tourist town on the southern bulge of Turkey’s Mediterranean coast southeast of Fethiye and southwest of Antalya. The beaches are small, pebbly and apt to be crowded, so visitors in search of a broad, long sand beach drive west to Patara. Kas is also a good place for exploring the plentiful ancient Lycian cities and archeological sites. When we were there, it was so hot that we couldn’t sleep in our tent at night. We crashed at the beach and fell asleep there. The view was wonderful and the water bright blue, unfortunately, the hot weather makes us leave the place.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Kas from Antalya of Fethiye around 3 hours driving. We recommend you stay in Kas camping 45TL for 2 persons including the tent. The camping doesn’t have a swimming pool but it has its own private beach.
9 Safranbolu on Top 10 Places in Turkey
Safranbolu is a historical place located near the northwestern black sea coast of Anatolia in Karabuk Zonguldak, dates back as far as 3000BC. It was placed in the world cultural heritage list by UNESCO in appreciation of the successful efforts in the preservation of its real name for its houses. While walking around, you might feel like you are in a cute little French or Austrian city or village.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Safranbolu from Samsum for 35TL per person. We recommend you stay in Safa Pension for 60TL for 2 persons.
8 Istanbul
Istanbul once known as Constantinople and Byzantium before that, it is the biggest city in Turkey and the second biggest city in the world. It is a magical meeting place of East and west. It has more top-drawer attractions than it has minarets. The mosques, bazaars, and Turkish baths of Istanbul could keep you happily occupied for your entire trip, an eyeful of breathtaking architecture (which is interesting for people who love buildings, we are more of the nature-loving kinds). Kick your trip off at the Sultan Ahmet Camii “Blue Mosque”, which is visible from many points of the city. Stroll the Galata Bridge and stop by the Miniaturk Park to see its tiny artifacts. The Grand Bazaar has thousands of shops to browse. We especially loved our day relaxing at the river-side with some soda away from the big-city life.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Istanbul from everyplace in Turkey. We recommend you stay in Chill Outliya Hostel 64TL for 2 persons, the atmosphere is good there and the rooms are decent.
7 Kusadasi
Kusadasi used to be a fishing village but now Kusadasi, on Turkey’s west coast, has transformed into a bustling holiday place. The beaches are the main pull during the day, and after dark, the town comes to life, with vibrant bars and clubs. It gives you8 beaches to choose from. There is Ladies Beach, Guzelcamli and many more. The ruins of the ancient city of Ephesus are just half an hour away. You can see the remains of the Temple of Artemis, the Roman library. This was our first stop after Istanbul and we didn’t really like the city itself, it was very touristy and the beach was dirty.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Kusadasi from Istanbul by taking a night bus around 11 hours driving. We recommend you stay at Yat Camping for 30TL 2 persons including the tent.
6 Amasya
Amasyastands in the mountains above the Black Sea coast, set apart from the rest of Anatolia in a narrow valley along the banks of the Yeşilırmak River. Strolling around the city gives you a feeling of being in a French town. The city is surrounded by mountains which include ancient kings’ tombs. At night the city starts living and the atmosphere is enjoyable.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Amasya from Sivas I think it is 30TL per person. You can find accommodation there around 80TL for 2 persons.
5 Amasra on Top 10 Plcaes in Turkey
Amasra is 6hours driving, 450km-long journey from Istanbul to Amasra, but your first glimpse of the city from the hills above will tell you that the trip was worthwhile. Behind the mountains is located a peninsula with two bays and a rocky island reached by a Roman bridge, the town is the Black Sea’s prettiest port. It’s a popular tourist center, but low-key in comparison with many Aegean and Mediterranean resorts.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Amasra from Bartin I think around 10TL per person. We recommend you stay in Balkaya Pensiyon Amasra for 100TL for 2 persons. The day after we hitchhiked from Bartin to Amasra, which is a cheaper and more adventurous option. We caught a ride within a few minutes.
4 Iztuzu beach / Dalyan on Top 10 Places in Turkey
Iztuzu beach is a 4,5KM long beach near Dalyan in the Mediterranean. During the day people swim, walk, lay in the sun to the sound of the cramping waves, but at night a barrier comes down and the beach is claimed back by nature, in particular by hundreds of loggerhead turtles, one of the oldest surviving animals in the world.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Iztuzu beach from Dalyan for 5TL per person by minibus. You can also rent bikes (like we did) and bike some 12 kilometers from Dalyan to Istuzu Beach, a mountainous area with beautiful surroundings (Just rent appropriate mountain bikes to make it easier for yourself, we did it with normal bikes, and it was a hell of a way haha). We recommend you stay in Dalyan Camping in Dalyan 40TL for 2 persons including the tent
3 Olympos
Olympos is believed to be a pre-Greek word for the mountain over 20 peaks. It is under conservation laws protecting the area from the development of mass tourism, making it unique as a natural paradise for everyone to enjoy. From the main street, you can enter the beach by paying 6TL per person. You can take a walk around the old, Greek ruins and ancient rocks. Follow the broken river to the beach and you will find the hidden pearl. Take some time to discover and hike around. Olympos forms part of the Olympos Bey Daglari National park situated on Turkey’s southern coastline in the province of Antalya. It is famous for three houses as well. While staying in Olympos you could also take some time to visit the natural fires of Chimaera in Cirali, just a few minutes away from Olympos.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Olympos from Antalya but also from Kas and other places. We recommend you stay in treehouses around 50TL/70TL per person Including breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of campsites as well.
2 Saklikent on Top 10 Places in Turkey
Saklikent gorge is one of the top 10 places in Turkey. It is the second-largest gorge in Europe, the longest and deepest gorge in Turkey, about 40 minutes driving from Fethiye. It is a spectacular place with sculpted walls soaring high above. The gorge is walkable after April when most of the snow from the Taurus Mountains has melted and passed through the gorge on its way to the Xanthos River. If you want, you can rent rafts and raft from through the river.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can get to Saklikent from Fethiye for 10TL per person by a small dolmus bus. We recommend you stay in Saklikent camping 30TL for 2 persons including the tent, sanitary and a small swimming pool. Be aware of taking food and beverages since the small restaurants there are expensive and there isn’t a decent shop to do your groceries.
1 Goreme / Cappadocia on Top 10 Places in Turkey
Cappadocia is on the top 10 places in Turkey. It is the historic area of central Anatolia bounded by the towns of Hacibektas, Aksaray, Nigde, and Kayseri. known as Cappadocia ancient times and It is still Kapadokya informally today. It is famous for its valley, canyon, hills and unusual rock formation created as a result of the eroding rains and winds of thousands of years ago. Cappadocia was a famous spot for early hippies on the hippie trail in the 1960s. Some came just for 2/3 nights but stayed there for a lifetime. Enjoy the silence and the amazing surroundings, Cappadocia is definitely a visit worth it while escaping from the busy city life.
How to get there and where to stay?
You can find the bus from any decent city to Göreme and then possibly you will have to change the bus. (Free service) The price is around 50TL per person from Antalya. We recommend you stay in camping called Göreme camping 30TL for 2 persons including the tent.
These are the top 10 places in Turkey, but I am sure there are more beautiful places to discover in Turkey. Please, let us know what you think in the comment section and don’t forget to read How to go from Antalya to Cappadocia.

The matter of sea turtles rescue from “human calamities” (threats like entanglement in fishing gear, plastic, and marine debris and so on) unfortunately it is now well known. For sure, everyone knows how dangerous this situation is, but it seems that this problem is not taken seriously as it should, despite the important and numerous information campaigns launched to prevent the extinction of the sea turtle and strongly supported by associations, such as the WWF itself.
Now over 80% of sea turtles ingest plastic and waste or accidentally fall victim to fishermen and boats. In fact, it becomes increasingly rare to be able to admire specimens in marine areas where they used to swim.

Simply and in summary without exaggeration; luxury is here, elegance is here, comfort is here, pleasure, naturalness, freshness, flavor are all here. - no ads on these lines, exact information: - It is not possible for the guests of Small Hotels to dislike the hotel, which gives the right to this ecological category.Let's just start sorting the details right away, as you no longer have enough input in it.The decoration of the bungalows is very ambitious, all the details have come from the skillful hands of a good interior designer and Ayfer-Zeynep Karakuş brothers. No choice is ordinary, they are all carefully thought out combined with each other. Since the villas have high ceilings (we asked for the height of some of them by the way 6 meters:)) Even when your air conditioner is closed, there is not much of an overwhelming atmosphere. And He has made between them a barrier and a forbidding partition. - Qur'an (25:53) #Olympos #cirali #Antalya #Lycia #Turkey #mediterranean #mediterraneansea #travel #wanderlust #traveladdict #eurasia #nature #throwback #travelthrowback #2015 #beach #nature #travelthelesstakenroad #backpacking #lelsinturkey (at Çıralı / Olympos)

#siqueresviajar #viajes #viajar #ciudadesdelmundo #playa #ciudadesconencanto #estambul #ist #istambul #istambul🇹🇷 #klm #turkey #turismo #turquia🇹🇷 #viajando #verano #sol #viajandoporelmundo #turistando #arena #turistas #travelling #mar #maradriatico #marmediterraneo #marnegro #costaturquesa # https://www.instagram.com/p/CfOWkC0O5tJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
