Alınan kararla birlikte özellikle Romanya ve Bulgaristan gibi aylık ortalama gelirin düşük olduğu AB ülkelerinden bu sosyal yardımdan faydalanmak isteyecek çok sayıda çocuklu ailenin 3 aylığına Almanya’ya geleceği ileri sürüldü. Hıristiyan Demokratlar (CDU), bu kararın ülkedeki sosyal sistemin suiistimal edilmesine yol açacağını ve ‘çocuk parası turizmi’ oluşturacağını söylüyor. CDU İç Politika Sözcüsü Christoph de Vries, kararın, çocuk yardımı turizmi riskini taşıdığını söyledi. Federal hükümetten böyle bir şeyin olmasını önleyen, yasal olarak güvenli bir çözüm bulmasını talep eden Vries, “AB’de hareket özgürlüğünün temel fikri, daha çekici sosyal haklar talep etmeye değil, diğer AB üye ülkelerinde işçi çalıştırmaya dayanmaktadır” dedi. Lano ermöglicht Ihnen die transparente Zusammenarbeit mit externen Mitarbeitern, Partnerunternehmen oder Dienstleistern und lässt sich dabei einfach in Ihren Arbeitsalltag integrieren”. Atlantic Labs, also Christophe Maire, und Business Angels wie Max Radtke, Amorelie-Gründer Sebastian Pollok, Pieter-Jan Vandepitte, Friedrich Trott und Ronny Ahlswede investierten bereits in das junge Berliner Startup. Atlantic Labs hält bereits 21 % an Lano. Die Gründer des SaaS-Anbieters sind jeweils mit 35 % an Bord. Groß in Erscheinung getreten ist Lano, das 2018 gegründet wurde, bisher nicht. Zumindest aber ist nun klar, was die Hauptstädter so treiben: “Mit ihren Lösungen hilft Lano Unternehmen dabei, die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Mitarbeitern und Managed Service Providern besser zu organisieren”. Der Markt für solch einen Anbieter dürfte riesig sein, wenn es den Startuppern denn gelingt, das Thema mit ganz viel Kraft auf die Straße zu bekommen. The global economy has given businesses broader access than ever before to markets all over the world. Goods are sold in more countries, in larger quantities, and in greater variety. But as the volume and complexity of global sales increase, so do possibilities for misunderstandings and costly disputes when sale contracts are not adequately drafted.

  The Incoterms® rules, the ICC rules on the use of domestic and international trade terms, facilitate the conduct of global trade. Reference to an Incoterms® 2010 rule in a sale contract clearly defines the parties’ respective obligations and reduces the risk of legal complications.

Incoterms® 규칙은 국내ㆍ국제거래조건의 사용에 관한 ICC 규칙으로서 글로벌무역의 수행을 활성화한다. 매매계약에서 Incoterms® 2010 규칙에 준거하도록 하는 경우에는 당사자들의 각 의무가 명확하게 규정되고 법적 복잡성의 위험이 감소한다.

  Since the creation of the Incoterms rules by ICC in 1936, this globally accepted contractual standard has been regularly updated to keep pace with the development of international trade. The Incoterms® 2010 rules take account of the continued spread of customs‐free zones, the increased use of electronic communications in business transactions, heightened concern about security in the movement of goods and changes in transport practices. Incoterms® 2010 updates and consolidates the ‘delivered’ rules, reducing the total number of rules from 13 to 11, and offers a simpler and clearer presentation of all the rules. Incoterms® 2010 is also the first version of the Incoterms rules to make all references to buyers and sellers gender‐neutral.

A few community members have been recognized for the time and effort they have dedicated to various tasks.

The City of Manassas acknowledged 11 “outstanding” volunteers at its 25th annual Volunteer Recognition Reception.

About 300 community members attended the event, which was held at the Hylton Performing Arts Center, according a release.

“The City of Manassas is very fortunate to have so many wonderful volunteers,” City Manager Patrick Pate said in a release. “They spend countless time and effort to support the community and make it better for our citizens and visitors.”

George Bango, volunteer for Historic Manassas, Inc., for his consistent help at events and at the train depot

Missy Duffy, volunteer with the Beautification Committee, for giving her input and direction on building site plans

Christine Finnie, volunteer with the Greater Manassas Christmas Parade, for her efforts in marketing the parade and obtaining sponsors

Doreen Frederick, volunteer with the Manassas City Police Department, for her assistance with multiple community outreach events

Christopher Hill, volunteer with the Manassas Museum, for his assistance in hanging exhibits with the curator

Mason Hollcroft, volunteer with the Utility Commission, for his guidance and input with budget preparation, equipment investments and with other electric efforts

Cathy Lemon, volunteer with the Citizen Advisory Committee on Solid Waste, for her dedication and assistance with many of the recycling programs held by the City of Manassas

Jimmy and Susie Lunsford, volunteers with the Adopt-A-Street program, for their more than 200 hours of service cleaning the streets in Manassas

Rebecca Olsen, volunteer with Adopt-A-Park, for her leadership over Troop 6848 while adopting Byrd Park for more than seven years

Dan Radtke, volunteer with the Manassas Regional Airport Commission, for serving on the Airport Commission for more than 22 years, 10 as chairman
