What it is:

Think secret Santa but in the summer... Christmas in July?

Everyone who shows interest in participating will be given a match for whom they should create (or commission) a small work (drabble, art, edit, moodboard, etc)

Note: When listing your interests, please include any preferred gender/race characteristics you may have for customizable character. If you have FCs you are welcome to list them as well.

If you want to participate but would rather not create for a particular user, feel free to message me privately and if you get that person, I'll re-spin the Wheel of Names. (no judgement)

What comes next:

On, or about, July 15, I will message you with your match and what they listed as their top 3 interests. [I use Wheel of Names to match users]

You create something for them based on their interests and post it for them on July 27—28

You do NOT have to create for all 3 pairings, one is enough. The 3 is to give you a choice for what you're comfortable with!

It would also be really nice if you could include a brief positive message of encouragement and/or support with your creation for your match

Hey there dear. Surprise! I’m your secret pal for the summer exchange. I’m posting mine early as I will be on vacation this coming week and don’t want to risk forgetting to post your gift.

I adore your MCs so much!! It was near impossible to pick one of them. I picked Mia since I am a huge fan of the first two It Lives (I must confess I’ve not played It Lives Within 😅).

I went with something inspired by these two outfits (gosh I adore fashion).

Hello Akhi! I am your Summer Secret Pal! I hope you enjoy this gift made for you! I remembered Anitha was a Jersey girl (like me!) and I imagined that she would want some memories from her childhood and home as she went off to Penderghast. So, I made this edit, I imagine she'd have this hung in her room!

About items on the board, from top left:

Since Anitha loves nature, this is a picture of a vista from her home state of NJ, as well as a photo of her at Von Thun Farms when she was a toddler. Von Thun's is about 20 minutes away from Princeton, and it's a very popular place for families—there are lots of photo ops all around, and this is one her parents took advantage of! The leg cast was after the motorbike accident when she was 10 years old. Her love of nature is reflected in how she decorated it.

Anitha knows she can do anything, and she's known it since she was a little girl. So a childhood hero, the yellow ranger, is here to remind her of that.

Her parents' nickname, "Ani," is prominently displayed to remind her of their love and support.

The bisexual flag made with pictures from nature seemed perfectly fitting for her!

If she grew up in Jersey, she definitely spent some time at the Jersey Shore (which is NOTHING like it is on the TV show, I might add! lol). In the upper right corner, there is a cluster of photo memories and a few tickets (used for boardwalk rides/games) as souvenirs. The photos are of an amusement pier, seated at a boardwalk game, and playing in the sand.

Right in the center is a picture of Penderghast, and just under it, her acceptance letter! This represents her future, surrounded by her past which brought her here.

Lower left is from her Princeton High School graduation, the logo of PHS, and her HS graduation tassel.

Lower right (this is one of my favorites!) If she was raised in the Hindu faith and lived in the state of NJ, she had to visit BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham. This is the second-largest Hindu mandir in the world, and it's an absolutely beautiful place. Anitha knows there is a type of magic here, as well. This is about 30 minutes from her home in Princeton, and I imagine she would have had many visits here. I imagine that is her foster mom in one of the photos.

I hope I did a good job of capturing Anitha's childhood memories, and I hope this brought a smile to you today!

A Paris Proposal

A/N: This story is for @thosehallowedhalls I'm your secret summer pal hope you enjoy this Gabe x Quinn story

Quinn walks to her apartment after a all nighter at the office. She yawns as she enters into her apartment “I’m so ready to binge watch on some shows and just relax” She drops her briefcase on the couch then notices a letter on the table “What’s this?” she quickly opens it

                Quinn,

Left something in your closet put it on and meet me at the airport I’ve got something you’re gonna enjoy

                 Gabe

Quinn grins as she heads to the closet and sees a stunning burgundy dress she grins “Gabe has amazing taste” She quickly puts it on and high heeled shoes she walks outside and sees a car waiting with a driver smiling at her “You Quinn?”

“Yes”

He opens the door “Mr. Ricci wants me to take you to the airport”

Quinn smiles then gets in the car she grins at the thought of what Gabe has planned I wonder why we’re going to the airport this is exciting The car pulls up to the airport runway and Quinn gets out and spots a grinning Gabe holding a bouquet of flowers

His eyes travel down her body as she approaches him she giggles “Hi there”

“Damn you look so gorgeous”

“Thank you and you’re looking amazing as well”

He hands her the bouquet smiling “For you”

Quinn grins as she takes the flowers and smells them “Thank you so what are we doing?”

Gabe smirks “You’ll see” He takes her hand “Come on” He leads her on a jet

“Are we having dinner on here?”

Gabe chuckles “Nope I prefer dinner on the ground”

She takes her seat “So where are we flying to?”

Gabe smiles as he sits next to her “Just sit back and enjoy the flight”

After a couple of hours the pilot announces their landing Quinn smiles “So are you ever gonna tell me?”

Gabe smiles “How about you guess?” Quinn reaches to lift the window up but Gabe intercepts her hand “Nice try Quinn”

Quinn giggles “Oh come on how about a hint?”

“Ok” He pulls out a couple of items an iris, croissant, and champagne”

Quinn looks at him in shock “Are we going to?”

“Paris?” He smiles as he leans over and opens the window cover “Yes we are”

“Gabe this is amazing and why didn’t you let me pack anything?” She playfully smacks him

He laughs “Oh don’t worry there will be plenty of time to go shopping”

The plane lands and they head to a car which pulls up in front of a beautiful hotel. As Gabe opens the door to their room Quinn’s eyes marvel as she takes in the everything “Gabe this is so nice where did you find this place”

“A client recommended it to me and he offered to cover the hotel” He wraps his arms around her waist “I want everything to be as you dreamed”

“Oh Gabe it’s more than I dreamed me in the city of love” She smirks trailing a finger down his chest “With a hot guy”

Gabe raises an eyebrow “Oh? And what are you doing with this hot guy?”

“Oh so many things” She wraps her fingers around his tie “Which I’ll show you later on tonight”

“I look forward to that” He pulls her closer “And things I’ll do to you you’ll be screaming my name by the end of it” He trails kisses down her neck as she sighs “We better head out before I rip this dress off you”

Quinn giggles “Of course” They head out to the car and they drive to restaurant under the Eiffel Tower

“I hope you enjoy the food here”

“Have you been to Paris?”

Gabe smiles “No this is my first time I’ve always wanted to go the city of love with someone special” He reaches for her hand “I’m so glad it was with you”

Quinn blushes “So am I”

“Now let’s head up to the top” Gabe takes her hand then they head to the elevator that takes them to the top.

Quinn looks out at the amazing Parisan view “Wow the New York skyline is nothing compared to this”

“So amazing beautiful looking at this I’ve never seen a city that looks like this” Gabe wraps his arms around her “I never thought that I would see this with you by my side”

“I will always be with you Gabe”

“You know I fell for you the first time I saw you”

“You did?”

“Yes at first when I heard about you and your case I was just excited to for someone with that fire to join the firm and when I saw you I couldn’t help but want to get close to you and as I got to know you I enjoyed every moment of our time together”

“Me too Gabe and everyone knew you were favoriting me”

He sighs “Yeah I let my feelings for you come between the job but I tried to keep it in check it was hard”

Quinn giggles “I could tell you resisted a lot”

“I did and I regret it but no more resisting I’m here with you now and I can’t imagine my life without you in it you keep me level headed when you know I’m being a control freak you kick my ass when I need it and you make me happy every single day there’s no one I love more in this world than you”

“I love you too Gabe but where is all this coming from?”

Gabe smiles as he gets down on one knee and pulls out a ring box from behind his back and opens it revealing a beautiful diamond ring “Quinn Logan I love you so much will you do me the honor of marrying me?”

Quinn gasps as she takes a step back “Gabe are you serious?”

He grins “Very serious come back here”

Quinn giggles “Yes I will Gab”

Gabe slips the ring on her finger then rises “Well I can check that off my bucket list a proposal at the Eiffel Tower”

Quinn smiles “And you can check this off too” She kisses him deeply as Gabe’s arms wrap around her

Gabe pulls back smirking “Now how about we do those things you promised me”

“Well what are we waiting for”

Gabe chuckles as he holds her hand “Coming Mrs. Ricci?”

“Coming Mr. Ricci”

Choices Summer Pal 2024

Hey @gaiuskamilah, I am your secret pal! I made you a couple of different things which idk if you would like some of them so that is why I made them in Ellie's favorite colors. I hope you do enjoy them though.

To start off I made these edits of outfits from other stories (specifically HSS and HSS:CA) in Ellie's favorite colors (or as close as I could get to them).

And then I also made these as I wanted to have some practice with some art and since Six is more of a me thing and not one of your interests (Unless you do like six, but I couldn't find anything about that hence this) I had to make them in Ellie's favorite colors again.

Here is one of your gifts (I wasn't 100% sure on the skin tone but I held up the sprite body next to the body on the game and this looked the closest but if it's not I am sorry)

I did Ellie in alt costumes as Teal Alt Howard (With Shorts), Orange Alt Boleyn (with the Boleyn Skirt, which was never actually real but I thought it fit), and Black Alt/Swing Cleves (With the bodysuit reveal and kneehigh boots, which again are not real) mostly cause I thought these fit her vibe.
