Oh yeah I forgot to post an update on my dr project lol.

Appearance and Personality

Appearance: Daphne has a small and petite female body build, quite similar towards Rosabel. She has short but bouncy whisper white hair which she clips the left side of her bangs with two small white ribbons. She was pastel purple eyes which they can turn into soft green when using her half-myth abilities. Daphne seems childlike but she's rather smart when it comes to clockworks.

Personality: Daphne is the younger twin sister of her older twin brother Daniel, her family runs a clock shop across of the beautiful streets in the land of Autumntown.

Daphne and her brother are childhood friends with Rosabel alongside with her older brother Haru. She and Rosabel had stayed in touch with each other till they arrived at NRC but only to be placed in different form though.

She's pretty shy and distance at first glance towards other people in the campus and is often seen with her twin older brother or with Rosabel and her brother from time to time, or she's pretty much seen with Lynette and team.

Judging how she's with them, she's pretty social and friendly to them besides the other students there.

Like Rosabel and Amelia, she's a pure ball of sunshine and is a baby like her childhood friend Rosabel, pretty much a cute goody two shoes but is rather clever. Daphne is pretty much as a social butterfly if you get close with her for real.

Like any other land-myth, don't mock her much though. She's doesn't have a good control on her temper will lose control pretty much easily, just like Rosabel, she's let her anger go pretty wild till she calm down. Though she's often teased for being small like her friend.

A clever yet quick little girl, nothing is stopping her path through the peaceful time of her life.

Trivia

-The name 'Daphne' means laurel from Greek. From the Greek word, meaning "laurel". In Greek mythology Daphne was turned into a laurel tree to enable her to escape from Apollo. While her surname 'Chisaka' is a Japanese surname, and is a surname of the Lunda tribe, meaning: porcupine.

-She's based on Dia Viekone, one of the main characters in the anime called: 'The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat'.

-Since one of her myth abilities is agility, she's pretty fast at runner even through P.E. classes.

-Her brother would often joke about her being an actual bunny but Daphne pinched him for it.

-She and her brother were involved in a crash incident and the two were only who didn't escape the falling rubble and received a three week hospitalization.

-Her voice is pretty child-like but it's in the same tone when shouting, so I chose Nao Tayoma to be her voice actor.

Kosei didn’t like what he was seeing.

It had been some time since Jay left the house. Of course, as a child who didn’t enjoy wasting time on sleeping, he woke up early and went to school. He decided to not ditch classes at the moment, as he would do if he got bored when he was with his mother, and diligently got through his school day. He even got to talk to Hitomi-chan, who thanked him profusely despite his numerous protests.

But… now that he was at home, Megumi-san — or, as he would call her by himself, aneki, — told him that she would have to leave quickly to “go out with Jay”. Not only was that impossible, thanks to Jay’s lack of time, but it was an unusual lie for Megumi, who valued telling him the truth most of the time. She was oddly dressed, too, with a “gored skirt” (he remembered Megumi making the distinction between that type and another weirdly named type of skirt while working) and a white blouse. Normally, when at home, she would just wear pajamas or old clothing…

So, who was this someone she was going to meet, who wasn’t Jay, that she had to lie about? Kosei didn’t like the thought of it. Even then, he followed Megumi with all the precautions possible as to not be seen.

Now… he was sitting down at the coffee shop she had entered, hiding himself from her sight on the table behind the one she had sat on. Megumi, on the other hand, had left the coffee shop while mumbling about “buying a cupcake for him,” a sentence that only made Kosei even more suspicious. He knew Jay didn’t favor sweets, so who could it be? She didn’t have many friends who lived nearby, either! If it was Chisaka-san, she would say “for her,” Budou-san barely left the house, and both of the twins and their cousin disliked overly sweet food! Kosei thought again and again, but he couldn’t brush the sensation that whoever it was, it couldn’t be good.

He watched customers get inside. A busy-looking businesswoman; a rugby coach with an injured hand… the woman couldn’t be the one she would meet, he already established it could only be a man, even if she said she was there to meet someone and sat in the tables rather than the bar. The man, on the other hand, didn’t even look around and sat straight on the barstools! Neither of them could be right.

A man entered. He seemed to be on his early twenties, not so much younger than Megumi. Now, his next moves where important: he refused the barstool offered by one of the waitresses, saying he was “waiting for a girl”! And he sat on the table in front of Kosei, taking his phone out. The girl shouldn’t be on the coffee shop, for him to be behaving like that.

…Kosei didn’t feel proud of that, but he read what the man was writing from over his shoulder.

…he had to censor part of the message from his own brain, refusing to read on the disgusting language the older man used. Kosei didn’t feel guilty anymore. On the contrary, he wanted to punch the guy. It could only be him, but even if he wasn’t meeting with Megumi, he felt the girl he was after didn’t deserve this kind of treatment.

The bell on the door rang.

“Ah, no, we’re waiting for someone. It seems like she isn’t here yet, though…”

Kosei turned his head slightly.

Two men. One seemed to be on his twenties, perhaps 25; one more, one less. He had jet-black hair, which was messily tucked inside of a hat whose back was cut off. He wore a white coat with a black dress shirt under it, his pants also white. Kosei noted that they seemed pretty darn expensive, even excruciatingly so. That was someone who cared about their looks very much… but he had stone cold eyes, as cold as the icy blue color they had. For someone who was “pretty” (to Kosei, at least) and who cared about their appearance, he didn’t seem much worried about how aloof he looked.

The other one was wearing a simple brown sweater under a dark green coat, a white button-up shirt visible under those. His shoes were simple, and his jeans only reinforced the contrast between the man and the one be accompanied. His purple hair was tied near his neck, probably going to his waist if he let it down. His expression was kind and gentle, eyes a weird mix of blue and pink. They both sat on the table right behind Kosei, where Megumi had been earlier!

…the second one seemed to be on his late twenties or early thirties. A doctor, Kosei guessed, by the way he acted and spoke. It somewhat resembled most doctors he had met during his childhood, and the ones who would visit his mother. The other… it was hard to tell, but he would say that he seemed like an intellectual man. Listening to their conversation, he was writing a dissertation… a man finishing his doctorate, Kosei decided.

If they were the ones going to meet Megumi… why? Why did she lie? And why were they meeting up? What did a seamstress have to do with a doctoral student and what seemed like a doctor? And was the other man who met a girl buying fabrics just a coincidence?

|Basics|

Name: Nobuyuki Atari.

Aliases: Nobu-chan (by Airi), Shinozuka Hatsuharu (pen name for romance novels).

Gender: Male.

Age: 17 (presumed).

Appearance: He has a slim, small body, making him look calmer, effeminate, almost, with a thin, elegant face. He has vibrant yellow eyes, unlike his sister, with her pale yellow eyes. Nobuyuki has shoulder-length black hair, which he usually wears in a ponytail on the back of his head; it's incredibly messy despite his attempts to keep it in an acceptable state, and his bangs always fall into his eyes, often disrupting his work. However, when he cut it off, they kept rubbing his forehead, so he decided to pin it with a hairpin — apparently a gift from a friend. He always wears an eyepatch in his left eye for some reason.

Personality: Nobuyuki is a cold, pessimistic boy, who is generally rather calm and doesn't seem to care whether or not people agree with the things he believes in or thinks. He initially comes off as confident, but is later revealed to have self-esteem issues, often comparing himself to his twin sister, a famous geisha, who was kept as the heiress to the geisha family they were born in while he was put up to adoption for being a boy. His mother seemed to despise men more than anything else, and expressed that to him on his only visit to their geisha house. When Izamu was being treated poorly by Rei, the aerialist, for being a "dirty boy", Izamu noted how angrily defensive Nobuyuki became.

Nobuyuki has an extreme grudge against his birth family and uses their last name as a mean to show his spite, and how he "hasn't forgotten about them". He is much more tolerant to those who don't know his family or don't call him by his last name. Despite seeming to be closer to other men, he doesn't tolerate any sort of perverted actions from other boys or extremely stupid behavior, often being the one to call out his classmates for doing things like spying on the girls. His insecurity often leads him to just accept whenever someone insults him, but he's quick to defend those who defended him before or who he knows don't deserve it. He reveals that he often writes about protagonists who defend their friends and never waver on their beliefs, but are extremely insecure on their core, because of how he thinks writing shouldn't be just a mean to express ideas, but to express how the writer feels.

Nobuyuki believes that no one could have any sort of positive emotion towards him, with his lack of worth and his "terrible personality", but he often feels lonely when alone and tries to find someone who can just silently stay by his side while he writes or does something at random. He really wants to be appreciated and respected, and to prove that he's good enough for the Atari family name, despite his hatred towards how the family works and the beliefs they raise their children with. Nobuyuki has troubles trusting even those who are the closest to him, and needs constant reassurance that they care and love him, and often does the same as a way to show his mutual love and trust for them despite his insecurities.

Talent Description: Nobuyuki acquired his title through his immense popularity as a writer, the numerous awards he received with his books, having millions of people reading whatever he wrote and anxious for more stories with his amazing protagonists, most importantly Kenshin Edogawa, who, in his books, is "Kogoro Akechi's successor as a detective". He writes, as Nobuyuki, about marvelous mysteries that can only be cracked open by the most intelligent and perceptive of the readers, his fans creating numerous sites and forums dedicated to solving his fictional cases; he has worked, as well, with the police to help them in murders, with his great knowledge on the subject. As Shinozuka, he is only behind Toko Fukawa as the greatest romance novelist in all of Japan. He started writing for the fun of it, being a fan of murder mysteries. It made him quite the skilled detective, though he considers that just a hobby, and gave him knowledge on criminal behavior through searching and working as a detective himself, besides anatomical knowledge and various information about history, geography, human behavior, politics and such themes that he has to portray in his books.

Mental Abilities: The most perceptive and strategic out of all the participants. He's good at puzzles and games that surround solving something, putting all of his efforts into doing the best job into uncovering all the truth and doing it quickly. He has a fair amount of intelligence when it comes to domestic tasks, but is way better at codes, riddles and mysteries.

Physical Abilities: Nobuyuki is well trained in taekwondo, despite not having much natural strength. He depends more on his strategies than on his body, but he knows exactly how to use it, why, when and what to use it for. He has pretty good stamina, but wouldn't stand for as much time as an athlete would. His resistance isn't the highest, but good enough to put up a fight.

The little bit of his past that you need to know, for now: he was put in the orphanage as soon as his mother didn't have to give him food herself, since her whole family is an Utopia of women who hate men and work as geishas, swore that he'll prove himself better than them and was adopted by a loving family, but never forgot how the Atari family wronged him. She always keeps the original dolls, while mass producing copies of those; the first copies are called "Futago Chisaka" (Twin Chisaka), for being the only ones made by hand by Airi besides the original doll.
