Ingredients:- 1 Packet — Zorabian Chicken Legs Skinless 450 grams 1 tbsp Cajun Spice / Peri Peri Spice 1 tsp ginger finely chopped 1/4 small onion finely chopped Chopped Coriander / Parsley 2 tbsp mustard oil 1/4 cup curd / Dahi 1 tsp kasuri methi Salt as per taste Method:- A) Mix the above ingredients in a bowl on chicken legs skinless as per the video. Let it marinate for 2 to 3 hours. B) For the glaze:- 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp peri peri sauce Pinch of food colour Mix everything & brush it over grilled chicken. C) In a Grill Pan, add some oil & rotate the chicken till it gets a golden grilled look.
