Oh you sweet summer child.

So you're curious about Chicago! My wonderful little Spamton looking Papyton boyo. If you scroll on my blog, you might be lucky enough to eventually find the post which inspired his inception, however that's a ways down. In esscences, it was a post someone made comparing Spamton's traits to those of Papyrus's and Mettaton's. And I, with my perpetual fankid oriented brain said "OP you've given me too much power", and made a fan kid based off Spamton.

Chicago G. Blook! (This ref is a little old but it has his info) Because he grew up with a celebrity dad and very popular older sister, he always felt the pressure to do something great. Upon meeting a pink rabbit monster also of influential parents, he decided to try and go into advertising (however because of his stage fright and general social awkwardness, he is terrible at it). His friends are the Hot Spots!
