Violet saw the balloons, and the colors look pretty.

But, Audrey Kendricks appeared and not just saw the mermaids, but her boyfriend. And he's got cotton candy.

Polly Stripes is the one who can see them from land. One mermaid saw Randy Drastich and she recognized him.

(Today, we met Violet the mermaid who knew Randy Drastich. When she sees Randy, he sees Violet. And now Randy recognized that mermaid. At this point she is a friend.)
