I love how the guys working at UA actually DO have a degree. Like yeah i teach 10 ways to non fatally catch some guys but also math homework

Also if being a hero doesn't work out then you have some other options at least

Midnight teaches Art History. Present Mic teaches English. Cementos teaches Modern Literature and Ectoplasm is a Math teacher. They definitely have degrees!

And I'm sure Power Loader probably has a degree in Engineering due to being a Support Course teacher. Recovery Girl probably has a medical degree and Hound Dog is a guidance counselor.

Then there's Nezu who... he's Nezu!!!

Chapter 168 - The Strange Tale of Aoyama

It was late at night when a small group of sailors from the Pharon boarded the ship’s tender on an escavage to the nearby shore. A small, crippled body lay in the middle, covered in blankets. First mate, Tenko Shimura, watched on from the safety of the ship, not daring to make the same mistake. He scowled with a glint of satisfaction at the idiots aboard as they were dropped into the sea.

The small boat rowed ahead in rough waters until it hit the banks. That’s when two of the sailors splashed into the water to make their way ashore.

“Take the captain beyond the reef until we get permission to bring him ashore,” Midoriya ordered like more of a request.

“You know,” the second sailor splashed into the water, “this may be your worst idea yet.” He took a swig from a bottle, “and that’s saying something.”

Midoriya turned toward his friend, “It’s the best shot we’ve got. He won’t survive the night if we don’t take this chance.”

“I know, you nerd,” he growled, “it’s not like you didn’t explain it a hundred times on the boat trying to get Monsieur Sour Face to agree. I still think you’re an idiot. And just so all bases are covered and Aizawa doesn’t behead me with you- you’re in way over your head, second mate.” He jabbed a finger at his face, being sure to get him to stop walking.

“You didn’t have to come.”

“Of course I did. You don’t have any way to protect yourself in the face of stupid, suicidal danger. I won’t abandon you.”
