Some art from a massive cats commission I did of the entire cast, the designs are different because these are costumes worn by the italian cast

in order from left to right:

electra, rum tum tugger, victoria, jemima

my least favorite under the cut, because I'm no coward

I couldn't participate in an 'Every Cats Character' event without including my favorite girl. I adore Electra utterly. Leah Sue Morland's 1998 portrayal is hand's down my favorite.

I designed some masks for the cast of Cats if it were a masked theater performance :) I was inspired for a lot of them by the 1986 Hamburg production in particular.

ahh Electra

for her design it's a mix of 1998 and the Broadway revival designs

OK SOOOO

She is Bombalurina and Macavitys daughter

I go back and forth on her having powers, I definitely think Jemima does, but unlike Jemima's i think Electra's powers is more external then internal, like maybe teleporting and shapeshifting??

Shes older then Jemima by either a few months or a year at most

Shes a mamas girl and was basically attached to Bomba when she was little

She give 'creepy little girl' vibes

i think she likes dancing and her number 1 dance partner is Etcetera

she's a surprisingly good hunter

I think she's quiet but not shy she just doesn't like to talk a lot

As a ADD girly i think she's a ADD girly, i don't know why it's just vibes

She really looks up to misto and thinks he so cool

When she grows up i think she becomes a tribe protector like here mama

I'm sorry this is so shit, i swear i have more thoughts about her i just don't know how to write them down 😭😭
