Choices Book: Witness: A Bodyguard Romance
Characters: Cassian Keane (m!LI) x Viviana (Ana) Marin (MC /OC)
Rating/Warning: Adult Language, Adult Content ⚠️⚠️18+ ⚠️⚠️
Word Count: 1700+
Base in Play: 2nd
Summary: Ana escapes from Cassian, once more. Going over what he has learned about her, wondering where she could have gone, a place from her past life, a place of comfort. But he needs to find her before the ones that want her gone do.
A/N: I know this book gets a lot of hate and at times deserving so. It had its moments but those were far in between. So I took the concept of the book, some scenarios from what I remember and from a quick search and I'll be making it my own as much as possible. Because HELLO BODYGUARD ROMANCE!! (I'm thinking of you Mr. Rhys 'crawl to me' Larsen)
A/N 2: Viviana (Ana) Marin is a mix of the MC with OC characteristics in her. I am hoping that she speaks to me in more of Original Character sense because lets face it, the witness MC is possibly not the best out there. And Cassian needs better than what was given to us!! Please excuse any errors, I tried to edit as best I could!
A/N 3: This fic is for Day 1 of Spring Fever Pitch, it contains adult language and 2nd base action. Location Location Location! Nothing hotter than things getting hot in a library.
Characters and some scenarios in use belong to our friends at Pixelberry!
📖📖📖📖
How the hell did mange to slip pass me? I was still trying to figure that out. It wasn’t the first time, she did the first night we met and look where it landed her. Didn’t she know the danger that was surrounding her, wondering the city, an easy target for the ones that wanted her gone. I needed to find her before they did and before my boss knew she was missing.
I was in deep shit once I had to report what happened.
With a woman like her, book -fucking- smart, beautiful and god so stubborn, she needed to be shown just how dangerous the streets were for her without my protection. And once I found her, that was exactly what I was going to do.
I was done playing games, done babying her, done trying to make this situation as understanding as possible. It was my job and her life on the line for god’s sake. The file we had on her, ran through my mind. Needing to remember the places that she frequented, the spots that made her feel like she had a normal life, even if that life was no longer hers.
Parks, downtown, clubs, the campus where she worked— I run my hands through the thickness of my dark hair and sighed, she wasn’t dumb enough to go back to her apartment. There was a place somewhere in this city that made it feel like her old self, the real her. Not the woman she was trying to be that night I met her, the night she ran into the people that changed her life forever.
The party-goer was not her, that much I knew. I watched her in silence in my apartment where we were staying before the safe house was secured for us to move to.
“Where did you go Viviana?” I whisper into the night, allowing myself to say her real name, the sun had set some time ago. The craving of a long pull from a cigarette makes my hand tremble, my hand fisted at the urge before releasing it easing the need a touch. I quit that habit a few weeks ago, the need for it was strong right now, knowing it would ease the tension and help clear my mind.
I scan my surroundings, the neighborhood stilling for the night. Nothing seemed out of place, the small neighborhood I called home for years went by as it did every night, not an action out of place.
Viviana, Ana, as she liked to be called was going on hour two of escaping from my home. “Think Cass think!” I mutter out, that day replaying in my head for what felt like the thousandth time.
I was up before she was, Ana had wanted to make our breakfast this morning, I thought nothing of it. Like she always did, she excused herself to the spare room that had become hers. I, on the other hand checked in, gave updates, which weren’t many and received them, along with a new timeline of our move to the safe house.
Ana had come down stairs with a book in her hand, not just any book. I recognized the book, the cover well worn, the spine cracked after many reads as it passed through the Keane family. It was in my possession now, my mothers favorite Irish love story.
I didn’t dare take it from her, the look that settled on her face I only saw once. Our night together that seemed so long ago now. The way she spoke of her love of ancient myths and the classical writings of famous authors. Any other man would have been turned off by such a subject but not me, I was drawn in at the passion she exuded.
That's when it hit me, fuck. I know where she was, hoping she is still there. One of her favorite places and the second most dangerous place she could be.
After getting in my car and driving to the university she had been employed at, I walked through the campus, a quiet night for the most part. A few groups of students passed me by as I made my way to the library. The building lights glowed, the air blowing inside instantly cooling everyone who entered.
It was quiet, too quiet for midweek. My awareness on high alert, there should be more people in here. I had to be careful, unable to draw my gun out, I didn’t need to scare the students that were here. A simple nod from the library staff sitting at the counter was all I got as I made my way deeper inside.
Walking pass the open area that housed tables and chairs for study groups, a handful or so of students here. None bothering to look up as I passed them by, all of them lost in their studies.
Heading further into the library, the ticking of my watch feeling like the only sound heard in the quiet space. My eyes roam looking for any movement, anything or anyone that shouldn't be here and there in the glow of a lamp is her reflection on the window.
Ana’s long chocolate colored hair gone, in its place was short. dirty blonde hair, she was still incredibly breathtaking. Unable to see the green in her eyes with her nose stuck in book.
Silently closing the space that separates us. My anger building at the carelessness she has of her surroundings. “Do you know how dangerously stupid this was?”
“Jesus fucking Christ!” Ana jumps in her seat at the sound of my voice. Looking up at the reflection of us in the window. Our eyes lock on each other, my jaw tensing as the silent minutes pass by.
“You scared me Cassian.” Ana whispers.
“I scared you?” I chuckle at her statement. “I could have been anyone, you lost in a book at a library you came to often before entering Witsec. People you worked with roaming the campus, one word of you being seen here could get to those that want you gone. What if the people who want you dead were roaming around and you wouldn’t have a clue of what is going on until it was too late.”
Her bottom lip trembles at my words, praying that she understands what could have happened with this little escape. “I…I’m sorry. I needed to get out.” Ana pushes her seat back to stand, turning around to face me.
The need to show her what real danger she was in evaporates when her emerald green steal my breath from my lungs the moment they truly land on me.
I needed to protect her, not only because it was my job but I've come to like her far too much for our own good.
There’s a hesitation in my step, the urge to close the space between us and take her in my arms. Every fiber in me wanting to relive the memories, the ones that still haunt my dreams, of our night together. The way her lips moved with mine, her hands running up and down my back with her legs wrapped around my waist.
Running my hand through my hair, damn it. I’m going to regret this but I needed her in my arms. One quick stride and my arms are wrapped around hers, one around her waist pulling her in and the other at the back her neck, exposing that sensitive skin and making her mouth ready for me to take.
My darken gaze searching her eyes for permission, the slightest opening of her mouth and the breath that hitches in her throat let’s me know she wants this too.
My mouth presses into hers, Ana moves her lips against mine trying to grab control as she takes a groan out of me. Pushing her back into the table, pulling away, Ana breaks our kiss when she jumps on and spreads her thighs open for me to fit between.
My chest heaving as the air fills into my lungs, her hands find their way under the hem on my gray t-shirt, her touch against my bare skin making me flinch at the contact. “Cass.” My name filled with promise of what’s to come as it slips from her lips.
Placing a kiss on the corner of her mouth then moving along her jaw and down her neck. My own hands roaming over the swells of her breast, making quick work of the buttons of her shirt. Pushing it open revealing her white bra against her tanned skin. Her back arches pushing her breast out wanting more.
Taking one, the weight of it perfect in my hand before pulling the cup of her bra down, revealing her pebbled nipple, my hooded gaze looking up at the woman before me, my Ana, watching her reaction when I pinch her nipples tighter. Smiling as her head falls back and that sweet moan causing my pants to get tighter.
My mouth and tongue ready to devour the sight in front of me, when the screech of a chair stops me. My years of training kicking in at the sound, my hand wrapping around the handle of my gun, ready to face whoever snuck behind us.
“Sorry.” A timid girl, hands filled with books says, runs away from the scene she stumbled on, the instant I turn around.
My head drops, I let myself get carried away in the moment, damn it! My job was to protect her not claim her whenever she looked at me. This was just a lapse in judgement, never to happen again.
Her life was in danger, for all I know I could have put it more in danger and all I wanted was to take her right here, to finish what we started, but that would never happen.
Rolling my shoulders back and straightening myself out, with the heat of the moment gone, Marshall Keane settling back in. My next words were cold, short and indifferent. “Fix yourself. It’s not safe, we’ve been out for too long.”
“Cassian.” My name being called out as a plea.
“Please.” I want to say her name but she wasn’t Viviana or Ana anymore, and calling her by her name would be the third stupidest thing I would’ve done tonight. “Listen for once.”
Ana’s little escape could have been the end of her. I needed to keep her at arms length, for my sanity and her safety. I had a job to do and Ana clouding my mind would be a disaster for the both of us.
I just didn’t know if I could stay away.

Could you do an imagine where after they almost get killed on Jeddah the reader fesses up and tells Cassian she's pregnant? Thank you so much, I love your blog!
Hello, everyone! Long time, no write. I know, I know.
Hopefully there’s still a lot of love for Cassian/Rogue One going around? x
Warnings: None
Your stomach was turning. The bile was quickly climbing its way up your throat.
Shutting your eyes, you pressed your lips together into a tight, thin line.
It was taking every ounce of strength you had inside you not to be violently sick.
“Are you alright?” Jyn Erso’s worried voice came from beside you. “You’re pale.”
“Fine,” You managed to squeak out in reply before sinking down into your seat.
Of course you weren’t fine. Neither she, nor was anyone else sitting in the ship.
Not after what you had all just witnessed.
The Holy City of Jedah was gone. It had been obliterated to absolutely nothing.
Thousands of people were dead. And you, along with everyone else who was on board would have been dead too, had it not been for Kaytoo, who had flown the ship in to rescue you just mere moments before being blown to smithereens. It’s not like this was the first time that you’ve had a brush with death—you had been an officer for the Rebel Alliance for a long time and you’ve had a decent number of dangerous missions go south before. But this time things were different. After getting back positive results for a pregnancy test from the medical facilities back home on base, you had fallen into some kind of stage of denial. For several days since then, you carried on with your duties as if nothing had changed. You didn’t have to think twice about traveling to Jedha, even though you knew that it was a complete war zone.
Subconsciously, you lifted a hand and lightly placed it over your stomach.
That’s when it slowly dawned on you that you couldn’t do this anymore.
You couldn’t put your life at risk, not when you were carrying another life, one far more precious, inside of you.
“Hey.”
Slightly startled, you opened your eyes.
You hadn’t even noticed when Cassian had taken Jyn’s spot next to you.
“You don’t look so well,” he stated, observing you with a concerned gaze.
You quickly let your hand drop away from your stomach. “I’m fine, Cass.”
Cassian shot you a knowing look. “It’s okay. You don’t have to lie to me.”
“But I’m not lying.”
He moved closer to you and reached up, tucking a lock of hair behind your ear.
“I saw the look on your face,” he said, lowering his voice. “Back on Jedha.”
“Cassian.” You spoke weakly, feeling another wave of nausea coming over you.
“It’s okay. You don’t have to put on a brave face for anyone, at least not for me.”
A tear slid down your cheek—it was quickly followed by another and another.
“Cassian?” You whispered. “There’s—there’s something that I have to tell you.”
Cassian quickly took your hand in his. “What is it, my love? What’s the matter?”
You tried to speak, but the fear instantly overwhelmed you.
“You can tell me,” Cassian encouraged, squeezing your hand. “What is it?”
Dropping your gaze away from his, you let out a small, hesitant sigh.
“Do you remember when I went to see that medical droid?”
He nodded. “Of course I do. I’m the one who made you go see him. You were ill, and could hardly get out of bed for days.” His grip on your hand tightened and a worried expression flashed across his face. “Why? Is something wrong? Are you sick?”
“No. I’m not sick, Cassian. I’m pregnant.”
Cassian’s dark brown eyes went wide with pure, utter shock. “What?”
“The droid ran a number of tests, including a pregnancy test. It was positive.”
He let go of your hand and looked away from you, letting your words sink in.
Your throat and mouth went dry. “Cass, please say something.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I didn’t know how—”
Cassian cut you off sharply. “You didn’t know how?”
You blinked furiously in a futile attempt to hold back more tears. “Cassian I don’t blame you for being angry. I didn’t mean to keep this a secret from you. I wanted to tell you right away, and I see now that I should have.”
He fell completely silent once again, his eyes fixed on the floor of the ship.
“I’m sorry.”
“I would have never let you come to Jedha if I had known,” he murmured.
“I wasn’t going to let you come on this mission alone—”
“You put your life at risk!” He shouted, jumping up to his feet. “You put the baby, our baby, at risk! How could you do something so foolish, so selfish? What were you thinking?”
Your face grew incredibly hot as everyone glanced your way in shock.
No longer able to keep your composure, you dropped your face into your hands and started sobbing quietly into them.
Cassian dropped to his knees in front of you, his expression softening. He gently took your wrists and pulled your hands away from your face. “Hey. Look at me. I shouldn’t have raised my voice at you like that. I’m sorry.”
“What are we going to do, Cass?” You whispered, feeling your heart ache at the image of the children that you had seen on Jedha. “We can’t bring a baby into this galaxy.”
He shook his head. “Of course we can.”
“How can you say that when we both know how awful and terrifying it is to be a child caught in the middle of a war.”
“It was different for us. We had nothing and we had nobody. We didn’t have any choice, we had to become soldiers and fight in order to survive. But this baby…” He paused and the corners of his lips turned upwards into a small smile. “This baby will not be alone, my love. This baby has you and me to protect him or her, to stand in this fight for him or her.”
“Do you really think that we can do this, Cassian? You think we can keep our baby safe?”
Cassian lifted himself up to give you a soft, tender kiss.
“Yes, I do. This baby will always be safe. I will make sure of it,” he promised you.
Shaking off that rust! Next one will be a Poe imagine, and then another Cassian is coming up too.
Thank you for your sweet reading time, lovelies! x

MC Mixer: Viviana x Cassian (Week 3)
When will they arrive? a bit late to all events
What are they drinking? Cocktails always for Viviana, Cassian did turn her on to Stouts, which she loves. Being of Irish Heritage Cassian enjoys Irish Whiskey and Stouts
What kind of party-goer are they? Viviana is a wallflower, she rather be at home, reading, studying and getting lost in the classic literature. She is normally tugged along but once she is out she has a good time. Cassian is even more of the laid back type when able to but always on alert.

Can you do a Cassian and Reader headcanon with Reader going into labor and maybe some complications (but everything ends up okay!) and cassians fear?!
Never done a head canon before but here goes nothing! x
When you go into labor, Cassian is extremely nervous, but he manages to keep a calm, collected composure—more for your sake rather than his of course.
He stands by your side, holds your hand, and he coaches you, reminding you to breathe through the pain that you’re feeling. Even though it’s been hours since you went into labor, Cassian doesn’t dare to leave your side for anything.
At first, everything seems to be going well. Both you and the baby are in perfect health according to the holographic screen above your bed in the medical bay. It’s monitoring your vital signs, the baby’s vital signs, and it’s also timing your contractions. It signals that another contraction is on its way any second now and you take a deep breath, bracing yourself for the pain.
Instantly, you know something is horribly wrong when you feel a sharp, shooting pain in your lower back. You let out a scream as the sensation intensifies and Cassian clutches your hand, telling you to breathe through the pain. You manage to tell him that whatever you are feeling, it isn’t a contraction and that something’s gone wrong.
The holographic screen above your bed flashes red, and not only is your heart rate dropping, but the baby’s heart rate is dropping too. Severely. A medical droid rushes in with two human nurses behind it.
The droid informs Cassian that you’ve had a placental abruption, and that they have to take you to the surgical ward so they can deliver the baby by emergency caesarean. If they don’t, both you and the baby could lose your lives.
Cassian can’t go into the surgical ward with you and must stay behind and wait until the operation is over.
During your operation, Cassian is absolutely terrified. He’s never been this terrified over anything in his entire life. Kaytoo tries to comfort him, assuring him that with the proper treatment, both you and the baby have high chances of survival.
The wait is unbearable. Every second feels like an eternity.
When one of the nurses finally tells Cassian that the operation is over and that you and the baby are okay, he breaks down in tears of pure relief.
He immediately asks to see you.
When Cassian walks into the room and sees you, he rushes over to you and takes your hand in his. He kisses you and tells you over and over again how much he loves you. He then asks you about the baby.
You smile and tell him to turn around.
Behind him, another nurse is holding your newborn baby in her arms.
Cassian is in shock for a split second.
He quickly shakes it off and squeezes your hand tightly as the nurse asks him if he would like to hold his son.
SON
HE HAS A SON
Cassian takes him from the nurse and cradles him gently in his arms.
He gingerly kisses his soft cheek. He’s grateful to the maker of the galaxy that you’re okay and that his son is absolutely perfect.
Hopefully it wasn’t too bad!

Imagine you and Cassian's child (either boy or girl you choose) asking about Cassian because he's not around. :'(
Guess who’s baaaaack. So it’s been a while since I’ve written, and honestly I have missed it so much. I won’t go into detail, but basically I had my heart broken by somebody and it’s taken me a while to feel like my old self. :( I’m not 100% okay just yet, and I won’t be for a while but I’m at least feeling up to writing again which is a good sign.
I’m probably a little rusty, so this request isn’t very long. I hope you lovelies like it though. And I chose boy for this because choosing a name for a girl gave me a headache and with a boy I used Cassian’s middle name. :P

Jeron looked so much like his father.
As soon as he’d been born, you had known that he would look just like Cassian.
Call it a hunch or a mother’s instinct, but you had known he’d take after him.
What you hadn’t known, though, was how painful it was going to be for you.
It killed you. Jeron’s perfect resemblance to his father—it absolutely killed you.
Whenever you looked into his face, into his dark brown eyes, you saw him.
You saw Cassian in Jeron and it shattered your heart into pieces every time.
“Mama? Can I ask you a question?”
It was late in the evening and you were finishing tucking Jeron into his bed.
“If it has anything to do with you staying up late to watch holograms, the answer to that question is no, not a chance,” You answered, giving him knowing smile.
Jeron playfully rolled his eyes. “Fine, then can I ask you another question?”
“Of course, sweetheart,” You replied, pulling his woolen blankets up to his chin.
“Well, it’s just today in Galactic History, we learned about the Battle of Scarif.”
You instantly froze on the spot and your eyes went wide.
It wasn’t like Jeron didn’t know about his father.
He knew that for most of his life, Cassian had been part of the Rebel Alliance.
Jeron also knew that he had died as an officer on a mission. But that was all that you had told him, even though he constantly asked to know more about Cassian and The Rebel Alliance. “Maybe when you’re a little older,” You would answer, to Jeron’s disappointment. He was only nine years old, and you thought it was best to wait a little longer before you told him everything—about Kaytoo, about Galen and Jyn Erso, about The Death Star.
“Oh,” You said, trying your best to keep an even, steady tone. “Is that so?”
He nodded. “Is it true that Pappa died in that battle?”
You chewed anxiously on your bottom lip. How were you supposed to do this?
“Mama?”
You hesitated for a moment before finally replying, “Yes, sweetheart. It’s true. He died during that battle.” You let out a small sigh and sat down on the bed beside him. “You weren’t even a year old when it happened.”
Jeron frowned. “Is that why I don’t remember him?”
“You were only just a baby, then. You hadn’t been out of my tummy very long.”
“Everyone says that he was really brave.”
You smiled sadly. “Your Pappa was very brave. He was the bravest man I knew.”
Jeron’s eyes met yours and you felt that familiar aching inside of your chest.
“I wish that he was still here, Mama.”
You leaned forward, kissing his forehead. “Me too, my love. But the sacrifice that he made, the sacrifice that everyone in that battle made, it was all for the greater good. It was so that you could have a better future.” You paused for a second as the memory of the day you had said goodbye to Cassian flooded your mind. You cried and cried, and with your infant son in your arms, you begged him not to go on that mission, you pleaded him not to get on that ship with the other Rebels. It was a wound that refused to heal, even after all these years. “He did it for us. He went on that mission so that we could be safe from The Empire.”
Jeron went completely silent.
“Are you alright?” You asked, worried that the discussion had upset him.
Slowly, he nodded. “Yes, Mama. But I have another question about Pappa.”
“What is it?”
“Did he love me?”
You smiled sadly. “Oh yes. Your Pappa loved you very much. He loved you more than anything and anyone in the whole entire galaxy.”
He beamed. “Really?”
“Of course. You were the best thing that ever happened to him—to the both of us.”
Jeron reached over his blanket, taking your hand. “Thank you, Mama.”
“For what, my love?”
“For telling me about my Pappa.”
Definitely rusty. :( but I hope to shake it off quickly!

In This Life or The Next
Pairing: Cassian x Fem!Reader
Warnings: sexual content
Words: 3K
You couldn’t sleep.
After hours of staring up into the darkness of your private sleeping quarters, you let out a frustrated sigh and climbed out of bed, deciding that perhaps it was for the best if you just gave up on sleep altogether. You pulled on a warm wool coat over your sleeping tunic and then slipped your feet into your worn, black leather boots before leaving your quarters and heading down to the cantina. Although it was always kept open late to serve those who worked the dreadful evening shift on base, a majority of the cantina’s customers at this hour were actually off duty officers, pilots, and mechanics who had come out in search of a good time after a stressful day on the clock. The louder, more rowdier patrons were sitting close to the main bar where the enormous, reptilian creature behind the counter could quickly and easily refill their empty glasses. Others gathered around large tables and played card and board games, gambling away their credits like they weren’t so difficult to earn.
“Hey! Sweetheart!” Someone drunkenly called out to you. “Come join the fun!”
Keeping your head down, you walked towards a table nestled in a less crowded corner of the cantina and sat down. Another reptilian creature, one quite smaller than the bartender and female, came over and took your order for a tall, frosted, glass of dark amber brew. As soon as she had brought it out to you, you quickly chugged it down and then ordered another one. You normally weren’t much of a drinker, but you currently had a lot on your mind and you hoped that the alcohol would help take some of the edge off. So far, it wasn’t working. You didn’t know how many of these drinks it was going to take for you to forget the fact that you were probably going to die tomorrow.
No, not probably, You thought inwardly. You are certainly going to die tomorrow.
Sighing heavily, you picked up your glass and took another large gulp of brew.
The plan to retrieve the Death Star plans from Scarif was all set.
All that you and the other Rebels had to do was get there and put it into action.
“Count me in,” You’d told Jyn Erso after the council members shut her down.
“It’s a handful of us against hundreds of them,” she warned. “Are you sure?”
You’d nodded with all of the confidence in the galaxy.
“Even more reason for me to go. You’re going to need all the help you can get.”
It’s not like you regret making the decision to take part in Jyn’s mission.
Still. That didn’t exactly make accepting your fate any easier.
Your mind was far, far into orbit when you heard a familiar voice say your name.
Startled, you looked up and saw Cassian standing in front of your table.
“Oh. Hey.” You managed a tiny smile. “I’m guessing you couldn’t sleep either?”
“I’ve been tossing and turning in bed for hours,” he admitted. While he definitely looked pretty exhausted, there was something about his tousled and disheveled appearance that you couldn’t help but find so unbelievably attractive. Clearly by the looks that some of the other women in the cantina were giving him, it wasn’t just you who thought so. Cassian, who had always been completely oblivious to the female attention he received, paid them no mind as he pointed to the empty chair beside yours. “Mind if I join you?”
Casually, you shrugged your shoulders. “Nope. Go ahead.”
“I never took you for much of a drinker,” he joked lightly as he sat down.
“Yeah, well, you know. It’s a special occasion. Tomorrow’s a big day for us.”
Cassian’s teasing smile faded. “We don’t have to talk about that right now.”
You shook your head and smiled wryly.
“Not talking about it isn’t going to change the fact that we’re going to die.”
“Don’t say that!” He admonished. “We can’t afford to think like that.”
You laughed in spite of yourself. “Cass, it’s a pretty much a suicide mission. You know it, Jyn knows it—we all know it. Most of us won’t make it out alive.”
Cassian remained silent, his gaze refusing to meet yours.
“You know I’m right,” You murmured quietly, taking another sip of your drink.
After a moment’s reflection, he finally spoke. “It’s for the greater good.”
“If we succeed in getting those plans—”
“We will,” Cassian interrupted you, sharply. Realizing there were others sitting at nearby tables, he lowered his voice. “We have to get those plans. We’ve already seen what that thing can do. If we don’t do something about it, then nobody will stand a chance against The Empire.”
You nodded, looking down at your hands. “I know that, Cass.”
He touched your shoulder, the physical contact taking you by a slight surprise.
“Are you afraid?” Cassian asked you, quietly.
“Of what? Dying?”
He nodded.
“No, not really. Not as afraid as I am of what I’m going to miss out on when I do die.”
He shot you a puzzled look. “What do you mean?”
Your face grew warm and you suddenly wished you hadn’t said anything.
“It’s just—nothing. Nevermind, forget it. It’s stupid.”
“No, no, you can tell me,” he insisted.
You hesitated. “I’ll never get to know what the future held for me, you know? It’s not that I regret joining the Rebel Alliance, but I can’t help but wonder if this was it for me. What if it wasn’t?” You paused for a second and looked at Cassian; he nodded and silently urged you to continue. “What if there was supposed to be a little more to my life than just the Rebellion? What if the future had something in store for me after the war, when peace was brought back to the galaxy? Would I meet somebody, fall in love, and get married? Would I have children?”
Cassian waited for you to finish before letting out a soft chuckle. “Wow.”
At this point, your cheeks were blazing hot with embarrassment.
“See, I knew I shouldn’t have told you!”
“I’m not laughing at you, I promise I’m not,” he swore, holding up a hand.
“I know it’s incredibly stupid—”
“It’s not stupid.” Cassian shook his head. “And you want to know something?”
“What?”
“I bet your future would have held a lot for you. You would get married and have children that you would raise to be strong and brave, just like you.” He gave you a small, wistful smile. “And I’d be extremely jealous of the lucky man who got to spend his life with you.”
His words caused your heart to start fluttering madly inside of your chest.
Cassian had never exactly been subtle about his feeling towards you.
You at least made an effort to mask yours, but he still knew they were there.
The two of you knew better, though. As officers for the Rebel Alliance, your duty to the the Rebellion and to the galaxy came above everything else. With the war going on and The Empire growing stronger and stronger, there could have never been anything between the two of you.
“Cassian?” You murmured his name as he started leaning towards you.
He only stopped when your faces were mere centimeters apart from each other.
He lifted his hand and gently cupped the side of your face in his palm. Biting his lower lip, he looked into your eyes and waited for a reaction from you—when he realized that you weren’t going to make any move to stop him, he leaned further in to finish closing the distance that was keeping the two of you apart from each other. Your heart slammed painfully hard against your ribcage as he caught your lips with his own in a deep, passionate kiss. The warmth of his mouth, the scent of him, it enveloped you and sent an electric current throughout your body. Your hands immediately found the collar of his jacket and you pulled him even closer, returning his kiss with just as much fervency, if not more.
Much sooner than you would have liked, Cassian broke the embrace. “You have no idea how long I’ve been wanting to do that,” he said breathlessly, grazing the soft skin of your cheek with his thumb. “I’ve been a fool to wait this long.”
You felt a sudden wave of courage wash over you and kissed him again.
“Let’s go up to your quarters,” You whispered when you pulled away.
Cassian’s eyes widened slightly at your proposition. “What?”
“They’re a lot closer than mine are.”
“I think you’ve had too much to drink. You don’t know what you’re saying—”
“I know exactly what I’m saying,” You asserted in a low tone. “Please. If we only have tonight, if this is our only chance to be together, then let’s just take it.”
The lustful look that flashed in his eyes made your breath hitch in your throat.
“Alright.” He stood up from his chair, holding out a hand to you. “Let’s get out of here.”
Although Cassian’s private quarters weren’t too far from the cantina, the journey there felt like it was taking a damn eternity. You were able to keep your hands to yourself for most of the way, but as soon as the two of you entered an empty lift with no other passengers, you clutched his jacket and pulled him down towards you, fusing your mouths together in another kiss. You let your hands slide down his chest and your fingers started fumbling around with the buttons of his shirt.
Cassian couldn’t help but chuckle as he caught both of your hands his own.
“Don’t. Someone might see us.
You flushed lightly. “I can’t help it. I don’t want to waste a single second.”
He leaned his forehead against yours. “I know, but we have until morning. Every moment until then, I’m all yours.”
As challenging as it was, you remained patient until you reached his quarters.
Cassian unlocked the door, took your hand, and led you inside.
Suddenly, it hit you like a massive asteroid that this was really going to happen.
He immediately noticed the change in your expression. “What’s the matter?”
“Nothing,” You fibbed.
“Don’t tell me you’re suddenly shy. Just a minute ago in the elevator you tried to rip my clothes off.” When you didn’t respond, the smile faded from his face. “It’s completely alright if you’ve changed your mind about this.”
“No, it’s not that all, Cass. It’s just…” You stopped, your voice wavering. “This will only make tomorrow a lot harder. When have to get on that ship to go to Scarif.”
He reached up and took your face between his hands. “I know.”
“But I do want this, Cassian. I want to be yours. Even if it’s only for tonight.”
Thankfully, you didn’t need to say anything more to convince him.
Cassian leaned down, claiming your mouth with his. This kiss was different from all of the others—it was hungry, searing, and mind melting. It didn’t take him too long to deepen the kiss. His tongue swept across your bottom lip silently asking for more, and without even giving it a second thought, your lips parted, granting him permission to explore your mouth even further. You were taken by your own slight surprise at the small moan that had come from the back of your throat as his hands went to your hips and moved up underneath the hem of your tunic.
With your own burning desire to feel some skin, you started to undo the buttons of his khaki colored shirt. It took some fumbling around, but you succeeded and pushed his shirt off his shoulders. He groaned into your kiss as you lightly raked your fingers down his bare chest. Cassian wasn’t ridiculously built, but he had a very lean, athletic frame and you could feel each and every single muscle under his smooth, warm toned skin. He was absolutely perfect, more so than you ever could have even imagined.
He tugged off your coat and broke away from you for one split second, just long enough for him to pull your tunic over your head. He tossed it to the floor before taking you back into his arms. You let out a tiny whimper as he tore his lips from yours, moving them down to the delicate flesh of your neck. His mouth ghosted right over your pulse point while his hands went around you, working to take off the plain, white breast band around your chest. Cassian added it to the growing pile of clothes on the floor and then started pushing you back towards his bed.
You responded with a strange noise, something in between a moan and a sharp exhale of breath as the back of your knees hit the edge of the mattress. With his arm around you, he carefully guided you backwards until you were lying on your back on his bed. Cassian gave you a lust filled glance and began to trail his way further down your neck, going down your chest and stomach until he came to a stop at the waistband of your pants. He hooked his fingers underneath it, slowly pulling them, along with your undergarments, down your legs.
Your face grew unbearably hot as you laid before him, completely naked.
He could see everything—every freckle, every birthmark, every ugly battle scar.
Having read your thoughts, Cassian pulled himself up to you and lovingly kissed the tip of your nose. “You’re perfect,” he assured you. “You’re so perfect.”
With that, he let his lips lightly feather their way back down your body.
“Cassian…” Your voice was low, husky, almost unrecognizable.
He had stopped and settled himself between your legs.
Cassian reveled in the glorious sight before him for a brief moment before finally dipping his head, his mouth moving to the apex of your thighs.
You gasped out in pleasure, your back arching up off of the mattress slightly. He swirled his tongue against your arousal, alternating between that and taking you into his mouth. Your hips bucked upwards, trying to somehow drive him deeper, as deep as physically possible. The sounds that Cassian was eliciting from you were growing louder and louder—every moan and every whimper echoed off of the walls of his quarters, but you couldn’t care less who heard you.
You could feel the beginning of your orgasm coiling up tightly in lower belly. You clenched at Cassian’s bedsheets, trying your best to fight it in a futile attempt to draw out the bliss for as long as you could. However Cassian had other plans. It wasn’t very long before you were sent tumbling over the edge. His mouth slowly kept at it, helping you ride out your pleasure as you cried out his name over and over again. Once the sensations of your climax began to subside, you dropped your head back onto the mattress and focused on catching your breath.
Cassian looked up at you, groaning at what he saw.
Your skin was flushed, and your lips were red and slightly swollen. He had never seen a more stunning sight in his life.
Cassian brought himself back up to you and kissed you deeply, letting you get a taste of yourself on his lips. “I want you,” he declared huskily. “Let me make you mine.”
Knowing what he meant, your heart skipped an anxious beat.
“Cassian, there’s something I have to tell you. I’ve never—”
You couldn’t even say it out loud.
Cassian’s gaze met yours and he nodded understandingly.
“As much as I want you, we don’t have to. You tell me to stop and I’ll stop.”
You touched his chest, feeling his heart beat strong under your fingertips.
You knew he would only take what you were willing to give him.
And at this point, you were willing to give him anything and everything.
You smiled softly, your hand reaching for the button of his pants. “Are you going to take these off or do I have to do it for you?”
Cassian chuckled softly as he got up, sliding them down his legs. “Better?”
“Much better.” You smiled again as he kicked them aside and climbed back up over you. You couldn’t help yourself and placed your hand on the back of his neck, pulling him down towards you as he moved to be on top of you. As he did this, you felt him, all of him, brush against the inside of your thigh. “Cassian,” You gasped out his name as the arousal pooled between your legs all over again. “Now. Please.”
His mouth hovered above yours. “Are you sure about this?”
“I’m sure.” You nodded, almost desperately. “Please. I want this. I want you.”
You couldn’t have been anymore sure that this was what you wanted.
Still, that didn’t exactly stop the wave of apprehension from coming over you as you felt him settle against your entrance.
Cassian must have sensed your nervousness because he paused and gave you a quick, reassuring kiss. He gently pushed himself inside of you and slowly started going further in. It hurt, at first. It was a sharp, stabbing pain that was like unlike anything you had ever experienced. You couldn’t stop the cry that escaped your lips.
Cassian stopped his movement abruptly and brought his hands to either side of your face. “It’s alright,” he murmured, soothingly. “Just relax, my love.”
The pain didn’t go away, but as he started moving again it came complemented by something else, a sensation of tight, surging heat and the sudden urge to tell him to speed up and thrust. These feelings were so foreign to you and they only intensified as he sank further inside of you. Cassian’s chest became flushed, his skin glistening with a thin sheen of sweat. He gave another gentle, experimental thrust, and you could hardly believe how incredible it felt to be sheathed in such taught heat, to push your hips forward and feel every inch of him. Any and all of the pain you felt before vanished completely, having been replaced by waves of pleasure that crashed and receded with each of Cassian’s thrusts.
Your mind was lost in the most delicious haze as he continued on with his swift, smooth strokes. Your moans of pleasure echoed throughout his quarters and he only made them grow louder as he started whispering sweet, beautiful nothings into the hollow of your neck. He told you over and over how beautiful you were, how good it felt to be inside you, how long he had dreamed of making you his—and then he said those three words.
“I love you,” Cassian whispered breathlessly, keeping up his steady rhythm.
You gazed up into his dark brown eyes. “And I love you. I’ve always loved you.”
He was close to the edge, and so were you.
A shudder started wracking over his entire body.
You cried out as that final deep thrust made an orgasm slam into both of you.
Cassian collapsed beside you, his chest heaving as he tried to catch his breath.
“Come here.” He pulled you so you were lying on his chest and held you tightly as you both recovered yourselves. “Are you alright?”
You looked up at him and nodded. “I’m better than alright.”
Cassian slid his index finger underneath your chin, tilting your head up to his for a tender kiss. “I love you. I love you more than anything or anyone in the galaxy. Even if tomorrow we don’t make it out…” His stopped for a second, his voice going hoarse. “Just know that I love you, alright? And whether it’s in this life or the next, I am always going to love you.”
You buried your face into his chest, trying to your hardest not to burst into tears.
Cassian wrapped his arms around you, and the two of you spent the rest of the night dreading the morning that was to come.
I really, really hope this wasn’t terrible.
Thank you all so much for your sweet reading time. x

So this is for an anon who sent in this request. Nonnie, if you’re reading this, I’m sorry for taking like five billion years to write this!
Request: I was wondering if you were willing to give a Bodhi imagine a try? By no means do you have too, I just think it would be cute if you did like an imagine being cell mates with Bodhi and falling for him?
Warnings: None
Words: 766
“Get your slimy hands off of me right now!” You shouted, angrily. “Let go of me!”
Well, technically speaking, the things clutching your arms weren’t really hands.
They were actually more like tentacles. It’s not like that really mattered, though.
What did matter was the fact that they were dragging you towards a prison cell.
“Let go of me!” You cried as you fought with all of your might to free yourself.
“Silence, you little troublemaker!” The creature snarled, tightening his grasp.
You squirmed and struggled, but found it was futile. There was no escaping this.
Opening the door to the prison cell, the creature carelessly tossed you inside.
You grimaced as you hit the wall and fell onto your hands and knees in the dirt.
“And don’t even think about trying anything!” he snapped, closing the cell door.
Scowling, you tried to get up to your feet, however a hand shot out to stop you.
“Whoa, whoa. Take it easy, you hit the wall pretty hard.”
You looked up to see a human male with long dark hair and dark brown eyes. He knelt down beside you, putting a gentle hand on your shoulder.
“Are you alright?” Although he was a stranger, his concern sounded genuine.
“Yeah, I’m fine.”
His gaze shifted away from yours and he frowned. “You’re bleeding.”
“What?”
You reached up and lightly touched your temple. Sure enough, there was a small gash there from where your head had connected with the wall.
The man took his hand off of your shoulder and reached into his jacket pocket.
That’s when you noticed that he was wearing the uniform of an Imperial pilot.
He immediately noticed the expression of disdain that crossed your features.
“No, no, no,” he said, quickly shaking his head. “I don’t serve The Empire.”
“And I suppose you’re just wearing that uniform because it’s fashionable, then?”
“What I meant is, I don’t serve The Empire anymore.”
You raised your eyebrows. He’d actually abandoned The Empire?
“You’re serious?” You asked, the skepticism evident in your tone. “You left?”
He nodded.
Without saying another word, he went back into his jacket pocket and pulled out an old, grease stained piece of light blue cloth. He seemed momentarily hesitant but then, to your slight surprise, he lifted his hand and pressed the cloth gingerly to your wound. You winced as he applied a gentle, but firm pressure to it to help stop the bleeding. He gave you a small, apologetic smile and continued to apply more pressure little by little.
He’s handsome, You thought as you silently studied his face.
It was hardly the time or place to think of such things, but you couldn’t help it.
“I’m Bodhi, by the way,” he finally spoke after a while. “Bodhi Rook.”
You smiled and introduced yourself too.
Bodhi then spent the next several minutes attempting to stop your bleeding.
“You’ll need a sealant for your wound,” he said, suddenly. “It’s quite deep.”
Your smile faded slightly. “How am I supposed get sealant when I’m locked up?”
Bodhi’s other hand reached into the same pocket, producing a tiny glass tube.
There was a tiny amount of clear fluid inside, just enough for one single use.
“No, save it,” You said. “You never know, you might need it for yourself—”
But it was too late.
Bodhi had already opened the tube and was pouring the liquid onto his finger.
“It’s going to sting a little,” he warned, pressing the sealant into your wound.
You bit down hard on your bottom lip to keep from swearing out loud.
Muttering a quick apology, Bodhi focused and went to work to seal the gash.
“You’re a brave man, Bodhi,” You murmured, breaking the silence that had fallen over the two of you.
He paused, shaking his head. “Me? Brave? Hardly.”
“It takes a tremendous amount of courage to go against Palpatine and leave The Empire.” You sought to meet his gaze. “Most people would be too afraid to even think about doing such a thing. But not you. You made the choice to leave. That right there is the epitome of bravery.”
Bodhi sighed softly. “Most people would see it as being cowardly.”
“Those are probably the same people who let their own fear of The Empire make their choices for them. Those people are the true cowards,” You asserted. “They don’t know what true bravery really is. But you do, Bodhi. It’s very admirable.”
He said nothing back to you, but you could see that he was doing his best to fight off a small smile as he applied the last of the sealant on your wound.
This is the first time I’ve ever posted at a decent time rather than 3 AM!
Anyhow, this was my first ever attempt at someone other than Cassian so I hope it turned out alright. I didn’t really know how to go about it as they’re both in prison and just met…so I was like, how do I make them fall for each other?! So this is the idea I came up with. Reader assuring Bodhi Rook that he is damn awesome and he should never forget it.

Cassian gently nudged you in your side with his elbow. “Look, there he is.”
When you found Chirrut, he was sitting on a stone outside of The Great Temple.
It was quite surprising to see that he was by himself.
Usually he and his partner, Baze Malbus, were attached to each other at the hip.
But this afternoon, Baze was nowhere in sight.
Must have gone off to take a nap somewhere, You thought with a small smile.
Surely keeping his eye on Chirrut was something of an exhausting task for Baze.
“I am one with The Force and The Force is with me. I am one with The Force—”
He held his staff in a gentle, but firm grip in his hands as he continued chanting.
“Let’s go,” Cassian said eagerly as he started leading the way towards Chirrut.
The smile on your face faded slightly and you stopped walking.
“Cass, wait a second.” You grabbed his arm, holding him back. “This is insane.”
He looked down at you with a puzzled expression. “What’s insane?”
As if he didn’t already know. It wasn’t too long ago that Cassian had appeared at the door of your private sleeping quarters and told you there was something that the two of you needed to discuss right away. Before you even had the chance to ask him what he was talking about, Cassian pulled a silver ring out of his pocket, dropped to one knee in front of you, and asked you to become his wife. You had said yes to him, of course, but Cassian still had another proposal up his sleeve.
“Tonight,” he’d said, taking your hands tightly in his own. “Marry me tonight.”
“Tonight?” You repeated, your eyes going wide. “Are you hearing yourself?”
Cassian nodded. “Yes, I am. Loud and clear. I want us to get married tonight.”
You opened your mouth to speak, but nothing came out. You were too stunned.
“We can have a small, private ceremony outside the temple—under the stars.”
“But we would need to find witnesses, not to mention someone to marry us!”
Cassian’s thumbs lightly rubbed the back of your hands. “Finding witnesses isn’t a problem, after all, we each only need to have one. And I was thinking we could ask Chirrut to see if he would be willing to officiate.” He paused for moment and gave you an apologetic smile. “I know that it’s not the wedding that you deserve, but I just can’t wait any longer to make you my wife.”
And now here you were.
In just a few short hours, if Chirrut agreed to officiate, you would be married.
“Are you alright?” Cassian’s voice brought your mind back from orbit.
“I’m fine, it’s just…” You trailed off, trying to find the right words to say.
He turned towards you and gently cupped your face between his hands.
“If something’s wrong, please tell me. If you don’t want to do this, tell me—”
“No, Cassian, that’s not it at all. Of course I want to do this. Nothing would make me happier than marrying you,” You assured him, gazing up into his dark eyes. “I do want to do this. It’s just—I’m feeling a little bit overwhelmed.” You gave him a a small, teasing smile. “But, I’ve heard that it’s normal for a blushing bride to feel overwhelmed on her wedding day. She is marrying the man she loves, after all.”
Cassian laughed lightly and kissed the tip of your nose. “So, you’re sure, then?”
You nodded. “Absolutely.”
He kissed you again, this time on the lips, and took your hand. “Come on, then.”
Chirrut’s steady chanting continued as the two of you approached him.
As you drew closer to the spiritual warrior, you started feeling like an intruder.
“Cassian, maybe we shouldn’t bother him right at this moment,” You whispered, clutching his hand.
Chirrut’s chanting came to an abrupt stop and he turned towards you.
“Yes, maybe you shouldn’t bother me right at this moment,” he repeated, although you saw the smile that was tugging at the corners of his lips.
You and Cassian exchanged a confused glance.
“How did he know—?”
Chirrut held up a hand to silence you.
“You two have a very big favor to ask of me.” It was a statement, not a question.
You looked at Cassian. “Well, go on. It was your idea to ask him, after all.”
Cassian cleared his throat. “Yes, well, we were wondering if you would do us the honor of marrying us. Tonight. In a very small, intimate ceremony.”
Chirrut didn’t respond right away. He had fallen into deep, deep thought.
“Chirrut? Is something the matter?” You asked, nervously.
He set his pale, clouded blue eyes on you. “All is as The Force wills it.”
You quirked an eyebrow. “Come again?”
Chirrut smiled. “You two are meant for each other. You belong together. The light that surrounds each of you, it becomes brighter only when you two are together, but when you are apart, it begins to dim.” His eyes somehow managed to fall on your hand, which was still holding on tightly to Cassian’s. “The Force, however it may have brought you two together, it did so for a reason.”
“I believe it did,” Cassian agreed, squeezing your hand.
You squeezed it back. “It truly did.”
Chirrut’s smile widened. “You’ll each need to have a witness present to validate the marriage.”
“I’ve asked Jyn to be mine.”
“And Kaytoo is mine,” Cassian said. He noticed the look on your face and let out a small chuckle. “Don’t look at me like that. You know he would never forgive me if I asked someone else.”
You couldn’t help but smile. “Yeah, I guess that’s true.”
Cassian turned back to Chirrut. “So, does this mean you’ll do it? Will you marry us?”
“It would be an honor,” He replied as he rose to his feet. “I trust it would be okay for me to bring Baze along to the ceremony?”
You nodded. “Of course you can.”
“Good,” Chirrut grinned. “He’s a sucker for weddings.”
Not sure about this one, but I think it turned out okay.
This wasn’t a request, it’s my own idea/work. Next imagine is a request! I hope everyone has a good Sunday!

Hopefully another Cassian request isn't an issue? Can you write one where another Rebel officer flirts with the reader and Cassian gets super jealous? Please and thank you!
Nope, not an issue at all!
Here you go! I hope it’s to your liking, nonnie.
Warnings: None
Words: 1,155
“Before you go, I just wanted to say that I had a great time with you last night.”
Cassian’s blood boiled as he watched the scene that was unfolding before him.
Just a few feet away, you stood with Avan Parr, a fellow Rebel Alliance officer.
Cassian didn’t like the way the man was looking at you.
And he definitely didn’t like the way that you were looking at him.
“I had a really nice time too,” You replied, flashing him a friendly smile.
Avan reached out to take your hand in his and Cassian angrily clenched his fists.
“We should do it again, you know, once your mission on Serenno is complete.”
Cassian couldn’t take it anymore and he stiffly walked towards the two of you.
“I hate to interrupt,” he practically sneered, “But we’re starting to lose our time.”
Avan grinned sheepishly. “Sorry, Captain. I didn’t mean to keep your partner.”
Ignoring him, Cassian narrowed his dark eyes at you. “Get on the ship. Now.”
Your mouth fell open in pure shock. He’d never spoken to you like that before.
For a brief moment it felt like he had just slapped you across the face.
Without waiting for your response, he whirled around and stalked off towards his waiting U-Wing. He hopped on board without so much as glancing back at you.
Avan frowned. “What’s with Andor?”
“I don’t know.” Your voice wavered slightly. “But I’m certainly going to find out.”
After saying a quick goodbye to Avan, you quickly boarded the ship.
Cassian was up near the cockpit, shrugging out of his brown leather jacket.
“Excuse me, what the hell was that?” You asked fiercely as you approached him.
With his back still to you, he rigidly replied, “What was what?”
“Get on the ship. Now,” You mimicked him. “How dare you talk to me like that!”
He remained silent.
“Cassian?” You waited, but still, he said nothing. “Cassian, I’m talking to you!”
Slowly, he turned around to face you. His eyes had gone stone cold.
“In case you’ve forgotten, we have a mission we have to complete on Serenno.”
“Cassian—”
“We don’t have time for you to stand around flirting with your new boyfriend.”
You crossed your arms over your chest. “Avan isn’t my boyfriend, Cassian. And I wasn’t flirting with him either. We met up at the cantina last night for a few drinks and dinner and we were just telling each other that we had a good time.”
Cassian snorted, shaking his head. “Well, isn’t that sweet.”
You raised your eyebrows at him.
“You know, if I I didn’t know any better, I’d say that you were jealous.”
“Don’t flatter yourself. I am not jealous.”
“Then why are you so upset?”
“I’m not upset.”
You scoffed. “Okay, then why else would you be acting like such a damn jerk?”
Cassian groaned out of frustration. “Can you just drop it? We have to leave—”
You grabbed his arm. “We’re not going anywhere until we talk this out, Cassian. I need to know what’s going on with you. Please, just talk to me.”
He snatched his arm out of your grasp and took a step back. “What do you want me to say? That you’re absolutely right? That I’m jealous? That the second I saw him take your hand it took every single ounce of strength I had in me not to walk over and knock his head off his shoulders?”
“Cassian, you have no right to be jealous. You know how I feel about you, you’ve always known. But you were the one who said that we couldn’t be together, that we could never be together.” Your voice started to tremble and you paused for a moment, trying to collect yourself. “You’re the one who said that we could never be anything more than just mission partners.”
“So you found somebody else,” he stated, bitterly. “You moved on.”
“Yes. No.” You let out a small groan. “I mean, I tried to.”
“You tried to?”
“Avan is a nice guy. And I’ll admit that it I really liked spending time with him.”
Cassian tightly clenched his jaw.
“I was lonely,” You continued quickly before he could say anything. “You’ve been avoiding me, Cassian. Do you think I haven’t noticed that we only ever talk when we’re sent out on missions by the council? That we don’t eat our meals together anymore like we used to? That whenever I even try and approach you, you make up some excuse to leave?” Hot, frustrated tears blurred your vision. Not wanting to cry, you furiously blinked them back. “You can’t be upset with me for trying to move on, not when you’re the one who’s been pushing me away.”
His expression suddenly softened. “I had to push you away.”
You stepped closer to him. “But why?”
“Because, what I felt—what I feel for you, it’s something that I have never felt for anyone else before. It’s so incredibly strong that sometimes it scares me. I swear to you that I never meant to hurt you, but I was so lost and confused. I thought it would be best for me to put some distance between us. I thought that maybe if I spent less time with you, these feelings would subside. But I was wrong.”
“So what do you feel for me, Cassian?” You whispered, looking up at him.
Your eyes widened in a slight surprise as Cassian reached up and gently cupped your cheek in the palm of his hand. He put his other hand on your hip and pulled you as close as he possibly could. He looked deeply into your eyes as your arms wrapped themselves tightly around his neck. Cassian leaned down into you, and the both of you stood absolutely still, each waiting for the other to make the final move.
Finally, it was Cassian who closed the remaining distance between you and him.
He softly pressed his lips to yours. Any and all hesitation that he might have had before vanished completely as you parted your lips, allowing him to deepen the kiss.
“That,” he said breathlessly once he’d pulled away, “Is what I feel for you.”
“And here I thought you hated me or something.” You were just as breathless.
Cassian frowned. “I’m sorry. And I’m sorry about earlier. I shouldn’t have spoken to you like that. It’s just that seeing you with Avan, the thought of you with him, or with any other man that’s not me, I just couldn’t handle it.”
You couldn’t help but smile. “I appreciate the apology, Cass. And I forgive you.”
Relieved, he smiled back at you.
“And you don’t have to worry about me being with him, or with anyone else for that matter,” You assured him with all the confidence in the galaxy. “Believe me, you are the only man that I could ever want, Cassian.”
Ending was a bit meh, but it’s almost five in the morning so…yeah.
Not 100% sure but the next imagine might be a Bodhi one! I have a request for one and it’s almost completely finished. I also have three more Cassian requests and some ideas of my own. So I have a lot of imagines to come if anyone’s interested!
