I'm sorry, but if no one say it, I will. I haven't seen this anywhere so here I come.

The hate Zara Dearborn gets ( which is deserved, dont get me wrong. like she is a bitch and should die) its 10times harder than Sebastian for example. People do fanfics about him being the romantica main character and sometimes with Clary -her sister I should remind like wtf- but have evryone forget the actual bitch he is?

He is 100times worse than Zara. He LITERALLY TRIED TO RAPE CLARY among with the destroying the world.

But apparantly Zara is the most hated in this series like wtf.

Yes, Zara should die. But thinking she is worse than Sebastian is criminal.

Another whole story that u like more Sebastian as a villian, his arch and his involment in the books. That liking him as a villain, because he was a good villain. But please, lets stop hating more in Zara when that motherfucker tried to rape his fucking sister and would have done if Clary haven't ran way

In the history of Shadowhunters, women have always been warriors on a par with men, but at some point in the 20th century, women mostly took care of the house and children. Was there really a time when there were so many shadowhunters that they decided to weed out most of them?

Shadowhunters and Daddy Issues: they are present in literally every character.

Julian- I killed my father when I was 12. Then was left to be a father to 4 kids.

Magnus- My actual father is a literal prince of hell, and I killed my step father because he tried to kill me

Clary- my dad attempted genocide and experimented on me, my brother, my boyfriend and my mother

Jace- My actual dad was in a cult and left his wife for no reason. My fake dad KILLED ME

Sebastian- my dad made me a monster

Ash- I murdered my monstrous father who wanted to murder me, I fear I am like him

Izzy- my dad's affair emotionally stunted me and he wasn't there when my little brother died and I blamed myself

Alec- my dad don't accept me for who I was and was an adulterer

Tessa- My bio father is a prince of hell and tried to take my children and take over the world. My step father got involved with mortmain-, resulting in the rape of his wife

Malcom- my adoptive father murdered the woman I love, who was also his daughter

Jem- I watched my father tortured to death in front of me when I was a child.

Kit- my father lied to me my entire life, neglected me and then got murdered by demons in front of me

Will/cecily- our father left a literal demon in a box in the house, killing his daughter then gambled away our home

Maia- my dad (and mom) invalidated my experience with my abusive brother

Charlotte- my father arranged a marriage for me and didn't believe in my bc I was a woman

Jesse- my father left me with a batshit crazy woman

James- I will never live up to my father, or fall in love as hard as he did

Mortmain- my father was murdered for who he was, leaving me with an all consuming rage and desire for power

Nathaniel- IDK who my bio father even is, leaving me with a maniac as a father figure

“It . . . ,” Kit began, and trailed off as Ty reached over, yanked the zipper on the bag down, and eyed the cache of stolen daggers, boxes, scabbards, candlesticks, and anything else Kit had scavenged revealed in the moonlight. “. . . might be,” Kit concluded.

NO ONE IS DOING IT LIKE THEM

Ty wanted a closure and a reminder of him, while Kit wanted distance...

"I know," Ty said. His voice shook. "I know but- can I say goodbye to him? If I could talk to him just once..."

"He is already gone." Magnus said. "He didn't want to say goodbye to you. To anyone reallu. But I suspect it was you."

I heard Ty take a breath like he never has before. Like he was gasping for air, like he’d been sucker-punched and he was trying to breathe and trying to breathe and he couldn’t.

He whispered, “That’s not how you clean a gun.”

Sorry, I should have said before. Kit was cleaning a gun. Why would there be a gun at your house? Blackthorn Hall is like a rock. You turn it over and so many things are underneath. This time a gun was underneath.

Kit went whiter than any ghost I’ve ever seen. He dropped the gun onto the counter. And he didn’t speak. I wonder if he was wondering what I was wondering. I was wondering how Ty knew how to clean a gun. Enough to tell someone they were doing it wrong.

Maybe he just didn’t know what to say, so he said that.

After that they looked at each other.

Time is not fast or slow where I am. And yet it was long enough for me to feel like the whole world was disappearing, like there was nothing else in it except Kit and Ty looking at each other.

Kit said, “You shouldn’t be here.”

He has never spoken to me like that. With such a cold voice. He had put his hands in his pockets and his shoulders were thrust forward, like he was being aggressive, but I could see his hands in his pockets, all knotted up. I wonder if Ty saw it too. Kit’s fingers, digging and digging into themselves.

But Ty wasn’t looking at Kit. He was looking past him at the window. I could hear birds, and quiet English sounds, and Ty breathing. He said, “How long do you think it will take you to forgive me?”

Kit looked at me. He looked a little betrayed, as if somehow I had known he would be here, had planned this. But I didn’t. “I don’t know,” he said.

“But not now,” Ty said in the smallest voice.

“No,” Kit said. “Not now.”

There was no more reason to stay then.

Maybe there was a reason. Maybe it was Kit’s hands crushing in on themselves, till I thought the bones would break like hearts.

But Ty couldn’t see that. Ty was in pain. I put myself next to him, wrapped myself around him, held him while we went back through the Portal. I was sad. I wanted to see you very much, Jules. But Ty needed me to be there with him.
