Yes, I am mesheggeh. An absolute meshiggener.
Sunday. The nights are drawing-in & Outside the leaves on the summer trees blow. This morning, I climbed Win Hill. It is approximately 1km from the bottom and takes me around 25 minutes. Most of it is straight-up, or at least it feels that way. I did it twice, Each time with a 10km circuit of the surrounding area. It is all in preparation for my ‘ultra’ in October.
