The Bands of Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion 2018: Pop Evil
Entering its eighth year, the Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion festival has transitioned from not just a cool event that is part of World’s Loudest Month, but one of the cornerstones of the month long series of festivals. Billed as the Mid-Atlantic's biggest rock festival, it expanded to a three-day event back in 2016 and hasn’t looked back. An absolute beast of a festival, it drew more than 105,000 fans and music lovers to the Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC last year, reaffirming the fact that event organizers Danny Wimmer Presents and AEG Presents have worked their magic yet again. Set for May 4th, 5th and 6th, expect 2018 to break another record, thanks to the stellar and diverse lineup that will be gracing the four stages over those three days. From rock to metal and a plethora of the subgenres (for those who want to get specific), it will all be represented, and this year Carolina Rebellion will even feature some bands that no one had been expecting. That smorgasbord of talent essentially ensures that 2018 is going to be another record breaking year for the festival; and it will almost certainly sell out in advance, so be quick in purchasing tickets. Interested in more? Then let’s take a look at one of the bands set to perform during that epic weekend… Pop Evil will be one of several acts performing some new material during their set at Carolina Rebellion; their self-titled LP due out just a couple of months before World’s Loudest Month kicks off.
Because of that, expect a fiercer, more impassioned Pop Evil than ever before. That may be difficult to imagine, though the lead single from Pop Evil, “Waking Lions”, sure suggests as much. Not only does it find the quintet back in top from, but also rare form as they do what they do best: churn out hard-hitting anthemic rock songs. Their catalog of songs is teeming with such tracks, and the longer that Pop Evil has been around, the more striking they become. Hence, why their latest material is shaping up to be capable of pushing them to another level. Another factor in that is Hayley Cramer, their newest addition (who has been sitting behind the kit for about a couple of years now) having no trouble filling the shoes of her predecessor, maintaining that ferocious percussion that has long been the backbone of Pop Evil’s music. A staple act of festivals such as Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion, it has been fun to watch Pop Evil’s progression over the past few years, going from a band that could pump up the early bird festival goers with ease, to becoming a key act with prime set times. They’ve cut their teeth and risen through the ranks, and 2018 is looking like it will be the year that Pop Evil secures their spot as one of the strongest modern rock acts. Event Info: Friday – Sunday, May 4th – 6th, 2018 at Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte, NC. All ages. $89.50 for single day tickets | $199 for weekend admission | VIP and other options available.

youtube
“Pour Out Another One” is best described as an anthemic middle finger to what COVID-19 has done to the music industry over the course of the past year. After linking up with Kevin “Thrasher” Gruft (Escape The Fate) and Aaron Edwards, we wanted to write a song that embodied the attitude of just saying ‘f*ck it, let’s throw a few back’ and party our way through this.” – Jake Massanari

Them Evils are kicking down the doors with their new party anthem “Pour out Another One”. A song that evokes a message that people can relate to now more than ever. As COVID-19 continues to keep the world from enjoying day-to-day pleasures in life, the band knew this was the time to show that it doesn’t stop them from keeping the good times rollin’. Whether it’s the struggle to survive or just celebrating the time we have.. ‘Pour Out Another One’ is proof that the life of the party never dies.
In 2020 Them Evils managed to put out 2 singles during the national lockdown, “Where Ya Gonna Crash Tonight?” and “Coattails”. Each song shows off the band’s diversity in songwriting and achieving individual success through online streaming platforms.
Their previous EP Rollin’ Stoned and Livin’ Free was enthusiastically received with placements on Key Rock playlists at all major streaming services, and the band supported that release with more than 100 live dates in 2018 that included a national headlining club tour with stops at Shiprocked, Welcome To Rockville, Carolina Rebellion, and main stage @ Rock On The Range. 2019 saw the band supporting Pop Evil, Of Mice and Men, The Black Moods, and He Is Legend, as well as festival appearances at Exit 111 and Rock USA. Positive Press looks were posted at Kerrang, Loudwire, AXS, Rock Revolt, Alternative Addiction and others that added to the band’s critical acclaim.
The band plans to continue touring as they soon as they can safely do so, with tours and festival dates currently being explored for 2021!

TREMONTI RELEASES MUSIC VIDEO FOR THE DEBUT SINGLE “TAKE YOU WITH ME”
Song From The Upcoming Napalm Records Release A Dying Machine Available Worldwide On June 8 - Digital Pre-Orders Now Available At:
http://smarturl.it/ADyingMachine
Tremonti, the band comprised of Mark Tremonti on vocals/guitars, Eric Friedman on guitars/backing vocals, and Garrett Whitlock on drums, have released the first official music video for the debut single from their fourth full-length album, A Dying Machine, out worldwide via Napalm Records on June 8. “Take You With Me,” the second song released from the album, is now available on all streaming services. The music video for the song was directed by John Deeb and can be seen at: https://youtu.be/BYwrSAZzXEc.
“Take You With Me” comes on the heels of the lyric video for the title track that was released at the beginning of April. The album, A Dying Machine, is available for pre-order at http://smarturl.it/ADyingMachine in various physical configurations as well as digitally. Fans that pre-order the album digitally will receive an instant download of the new single “Take You With Me” and “A Dying Machine” as well as 2 future tracks that will be released before the June 8th street date. The new single is also available on all streaming services including Apple Music and Spotify.
A Dying Machine is the first concept album of Tremonti’s career and the music is inspired by a story that came to Mark while on the last Alter Bridge tour. During that time, the epic title track “A Dying Machine” was born. The story, which is being turned into a full-length work of fiction authored by Mark Tremonti and John Shirley, takes place at the turn of the next century where humans and fabricated beings called “vessels” are trying to co-exist. Tremonti and Shirley are working on finishing the novel to release alongside the record.
Tremonti will be hitting the road in support of A Dying Machine. The band will be playing a record release show in Orlando on May 12 at the Social. They are also confirmed for Carolina Rebellion on May 4, the Lunatic Luau on May 5 and will be playing a headline shows in Savannah on May 2 and Atlanta on May 7. The band heads over to Europe in mid-June for seven weeks of touring that includes dates as direct support for Iron Maiden alongside headline shows and European festival appearances. Full tour information and ticket purchase links can be found at www.marktremonti.com.
After two decades at the forefront of all things guitar, a GRAMMY® Award win, 40 million-plus units sold between Alter Bridge, Creed, and his eponymous Tremonti, and countless other accolades, Mark Tremonti once again summited an uncharted creative peak in 2018. For the very first time, the guitarist and singer crafted an immersive concept and accompanying novel for Tremonti’s fourth full-length album and first for Napalm Records, A Dying Machine. Since emerging in 2012, he and his bandmates—Eric Friedman [guitar, bass] and Garrett Whitlock [drums]—have built the foundation for such an ambitious statement.
Their full-length debut All I Was bowed in the Top 5 of the Billboard Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and Top 30 of the Top 200. The 2015 follow-up Cauterize hit the #1 spot on the Top Rock Albums chart on iTunes when it was released. 2015 saw the frontman take home “Best Guitarist” at the Loudwire Music Awards just a year removed from his 2014 “Riff Lord” win at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods. In between sold out headline gigs and festival appearances everywhere from Rock on the Range to Shiprocked!, 2016’s Dust maintained that momentum. With A Dying Machine, Tremonti reaches new heights like never before.

Review- With a Rebel Yell, rockin’ at the Rebellion 2018
By Mari Loth
This was my first time heading down to the Carolina Rebellion, the line-up made my 14-year-old self-squeal with excitement! Being able to re-live my teenage playlist live was an exciting feat in itself. Also having bands that are a major influence on my life in present time as well! Day one at Rebellion we arrived at Charlotte Speedway, around 2pm, I would highly suggest getting VIP…

Get Psyched Podcast Episode Highlight: DIY Series ft. The Saw
Erika aka ‘The Saw’ is a DJ at WKNC and has also been the Chainsaw music director for over three years now. She’s worked multiple other positions including Content Creator and Content Manager. As NACC’s DJ of the month for June 2019, The Saw has also emceed the State Fair and introduced Between the Buried and in 2018. Also in 2019, she taught 2 workshops at the CBI convention! The Saw’s work is endless also including interviewing bands, writing blog posts for WKNC and a personal website, hosting ‘The Saw’s Electric Chair Heavy Metal Podcast’, and so much more.
In this episode, The Saw gives us insight into how she got into metal and how it set her on her current path. Both her parents are metalheads who met in a mosh pit, “it’s in my roots” she said. The DJ was also exposed to metal through her older brothers and cousins who were in local bands and was involved with the scene since she was 8. At age 14 she went to her first Carolina Rebellion. “This is where I’m supposed to be, this is where I belong,” she said she knew this as soon as the show started “it filled a void in my heart,” after this she said “metal was always there for me.”
As far as getting into working at WKNC the DJ says her father told her about the station and suggested she try out DJing Chainsaw. She said she had no idea before and when she checked she saw that no one was currently in the genre. This is where she decided to fill the gap and started her mission to share metal with more people and make sure people see how special the genre is.
This is where Erika’s mission comes in. “There’s a stigma that metalheads are mean and you can’t talk to them” she says. “The music might sound one way but the people are very kind.” Erika wants to show people the truth behind the genre and that there’s no need to stigmatize or judge based on how the music might sound. Since metal got her out of a rut, she wants to do anything she can to give back to the music. She says metal is an underground genre right now, so she wants to do all she can to shine some light on the genre and the bands in it, “I wouldn’t be here without the local bands.” This is why The Saw started ‘The Bone Cruncher,’ her local metal segment at WKNC. This helped ‘The Butcher Shop,’ gain another segment and that is when The Saw took off.
As I mentioned, The Saw has a website, attached below, this is where she showcases all of her work. She plans to use the site to continue her work after college, using it as a ground base. She soon realized “I can really do something with this website.” She considers all of these platforms a way to show off all the band’s hard work, and she enjoys her role in the community. Especially being able to support these bands. She said she loves “seeing the community come together” and that “the DIY scene in all genres, it’s all helping one another out.” She’s participated in many benefit shows (Crowdkill for Cancer and WKNC’s First Chainsaw Show where she emceed) and says seeing the people come together is really what makes it worth it and what keeps her going. She enjoys the friendship and commodity of the scene. “You can be happy, metal isn’t that sad to be honest.”
As The Saw says “I've been a metalhead my entire life, it’s a lifestyle for me,” “my blood type is type o-negative, (which is) a metal band… that’s not a coincidence.”

RED CHINA IS JEW CHINA: THE DISTURBING ORIGINS OF CHINESE COMMUNISM AND THE DEEPENING CHINESE-‘ISRAELI’ TIES OF TODAY
OCTOBER 21, 2018
MADDCOLDSONOFKUFA
5 COMMENTS
by Jonathan Azaziah
You wouldn’t know it upon first glance, but China and the Jews are chum-chum-chummy. It’s a historical relationship that goes back to the very inception of Chinese communism. In a July 9th, 2012 piece entitled “A Jew In Mao’s China” by Laura Goldman for “The Schmooze” of the Jewish Daily Forward, she revealed, “In fact, 85 to 90% of the foreigners helping the Chinese at the time of the Communist takeover were Jewish. This included the daughter of the founder of the brokerage firm Goldman Sachs, who left the comfort of her Park Avenue home to assist the Chinese.” In conjunction with these startling anomalies, the US ZOG had a base in Tianjin from 1945-1947. Tianjin was home to a sizable Jewish community, particularly Russian communists. It was from the Tianjin base that the Dixie Mission of the OSS trained, financed and armed none other than Mao Zedong and his merry band of “revolutionaries” to fight the Japanese–which, contrary to popular opinion, weren’t “imperialists” nor “warmongers” but rather, liberators of Brown and Yellow peoples colonized by the ZOGs of Europe. That however is another story for another time.
The OSS itself was a den of Jewish and Judeophilic intriguers, set up for the sole purpose of infiltrating and ultimately destroying Germany and Japan. There were a multitude of Jewish operatives who were brought into the fold strictly because of their Jewishness and connections with businessmen and bankers in Europe who also sought the downfall of the Axis Powers. Leading this effort in organizing, coordination and recruitment was Nahum Amber Bernstein, the lawyer for the genocidal Jewish Agency and preeminent funder of the Haganah. Another key OSS operative was the notorious Major Louis Mortimer Bloomfield, a wealthy Montreal-based lawyer who was also connected to the Haganah as well as a main player in Permindex, the shadowy Jewish-dominated corporation that helped murder President John F. Kennedy. These are the types who the Chinese communists took assistance from. No dignity whatsoever as just a few decades earlier, the Sassoon family, known as the Iraqi-Jewish Rothschilds, crippled large swathes of the Chinese population with opium addiction. All of this, as well as what is about to be discussed, is extremely relevant as the Chinese-‘Israeli’ relationship of today unfolds at an increasingly expansive rate. Now allow us to delve into Red China’s Jewish patrons. And founders.
Grigori Naumovich Voitinsky (birthname: Zarkhin) – Russian Jew. One of the founders of Soviet Sinology. Handler of Chen Duxiu. Cofounder of the Chinese Communist Party, which he and his colleagues established in 1920. Bolshevik. The process of forming the party in its nascent stages can mostly be attributed to his strategic thinking. Bolshevik propaganda was disseminated through the Shanghai Chronicle–which he managed. He can indeed be identified as the godfather of Chinese communism as well as other branches of communism in the Asian world.
Manfred Stern aka Emilio Kléber aka Lazar Stern aka Moishe Stern aka Mark Zilbert aka General Kleber – Ukrainian Jew. Leader of the International Brigade in Spain. Bolshevik. Helped put down the anti-Soviet rebellion in Mongolia. Became the GRU’s chief spy in the US with his missions centered around stealing American military secrets. Would become the chief military advisor in the Jiangxi–Fujian Soviet, with Mao, Zhu De and others reporting directly to him.
Solomon Adler – Jew with origins from Karelitz, Belarus. US Treasury Department economist, Treasury rep in China during WW2. Pegged as a Soviet spy by Whittaker Chambers, returned to China to spearhead translating Mao’s works into English. Was also with the International Liason Department, a vital organ of the CCP whose functions included foreign intelligence.
Henry Kissinger – Among history’s worst human beings. Involved in a slew of genocides, massacres, war crimes, destabilizations and other acts of psychopathy–particularly in Asia. Masterminded the opening of trade with China and sold out America’s manufacturing power to the Chinese. Grandsire of transmogrifying China into a commie state to a cappy state.
Jakob Rosenfeld aka General Luo – Austro-Hungarian Jew. Minister of Health in Mao’s provisional government and top Mao advisor. Served in the Chinese Communist Force from 1941 on and participated in the Chinese Communist Force’s march on Beijing. Settled in the Entity after the Communist takeover of China was complete. Statue of him was erected in his honor in Junan county, Shandong and a massive exhibit was named after him in 2006 in Beijing’s National Museum of China.
Sidney Rittenberg – Charleston, South Carolina Jew. Descendant of slave-owners. First American to join the CCP. Close advisor to Mao, Zhu De, Zhou Enlai and other high-up CCP leaders. Trusted translator of the Chinese Communist “revolution”. Married into the Chinese family of Wang Yulin. Cultural Revolution supporter. Played a key role in transmitting Chinese Communist propaganda for Xinhua and Radio Peking. Ascended to the head of the Broadcast Administration – i.e. propaganda production – in an unprecedented move that nobody ever thought could be held by a foreigner. But in Communist China of course, Jews weren’t foreigners but “comrades”. Returned to the United Snakes of IsraHELL in 1980 to found Rittenberg & Associates, a company which became a vital go-between for American corporations and China.
Sidney Shapiro aka Sha Boli – New York Ashkenazi Jew. Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Council. Head of Communist China’s propaganda apparatus. Top translator, writer and publisher of works on China, as well as an actor in Chinese films focused on American villainy. Conducted extensive research into Jews in China and got the works translated into Hebrew and published in the Entity. In December of 2014, the China International Publishing Group announced it was establishing a Sidney Shapiro Research Center in his honor to investigate model criteria for translation between Chinese and English.
Israel Epstein – Polish Jew. Anti-Japanese spy. His father was a Bolshevik agitator. Member of the NKVD’s China divison. Mao’s Minister of Finance/Appropriations. Honored by Mao, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao. Member of the CCP and editor of China Reconstructs/China Today. His wife was a top contributor to one of the most widely used Chinese-English dictionaries published in China.
Frank Coe – Richmond, Virginia Jew. Treasury Department official from 1934-1939 who worked with the Silvermaster spy ring that featured Harry Dexter White at the head of Operation Snow–the precusor to Pearl Harbor. Friend and co-conspirator of Solomon Adler. Key player in Mao’s Great Leap Forward.
Robert Lawrence Kuhn – Jewish investment banker, Kissingerite and international corporate strategist with an “expertise” in China. He’s been advising the CCP on economic policy, science, technology, media, culture, US-Chinese relations and international communications for over 20 years.
Mikhail Borodin aka Mikhail Gruzenberg – Jew from Vitebsk, Belarus. Top lieutenant of Lenin. After the Bolshevik takeover, he engaged in spying activities in the UK ZOG, US ZOG and Mexico. Then led a group of Soviet advisors in Guangzhou. He negotiated the First United Front between the Chinese Nationalist Party of Sun Yat Sen and the Chinese Communist Party. Under his guidance, both parties reorganized on Leninist dogma and organized training institutes for mass organizations, such as the Peasant Training Institute, where none other than a young Mao served, and the Whampoa Military Academy. He arranged shipments of Soviet arms and kept a balance between the radical communists and the “bourgeios” Nationalists.
David Crook – Staunchly anti-Russian Jewish supremacist from the UK. Fought with many other Jews in the International Brigade during the Spanish Civil War. Got recruited by the NKVD as a result of his actions in Spain and was sent to China where he also doubled as a British intelligence agent, working with communists against the Japanese. An architect of China’s foreign service and active in the CCP’s theft of private property, aka “land reform”.
Adolph Abramovich Joffe – Turkic Karaite Jew from Crimea. From a very wealthy family. Associate of Trotsky and Hungarian-Austrian Jew Alfred Adler. Ally and supporter of Lenin. Chairman of the Petrograd Military Revolutionary Committee that overthrew the Russian Provisional Government. Ambassador to China, signing agreements with Sun Yat-Sen and overseeing the distribution of aid and weapons to the Kuomintang as well as cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Chinese communists.
Richard Frey aka Richard Stein – Jew from Vienna, Austria. Arrived in China in 1939 and joined in operations against the Japanese. Member of the CCP and took part in the 7th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Yan’an – the political and military base of the Communist Party of China– as a guest auditor. Pioneer of Integrative Medicine Treatment in China. He founded and managed the first computer database for the medical information center in Beijing. Chairman of the Information Institute and curator of the Medical Academy of Sciences of China. Helped build relations between Austria and China. Honored by Hu Jintao.
Shafick George Hatem aka Ma Haide – Syrian-Lebanese Jew often mistaken as a Maronite who lived in both upstate NY and Lawrence, MA. First traveled to China’s Shanghai with Jewish colleagues (and communist agents) Lazar Katz and Robert Levinson. Traveled to communist HQ in Bao’an (modern-day Zhidan) to directly assist Mao’s troops and personally examine Mao to dispel rumors of Mao’s impending death via a mysterious disease. Chief organizer for recruiting foreign medical personnel to treat Chinese communist forces fighting Japan in northern China. Became a public health official in China after the communist victory in 1949 and holds the distinction of becoming the first foreigner granted Chinese citizenship. Known as the “American Physician Savior to Modern China”.
Hans Shippe aka Morzec Grzyb – Jew from Krakow, Poland. Germany Communist Party member. Soviet journo. Joined Chinese communists in Guangzhou as a translator and interviewer, spreading interviews with top CCP leaders including Mao. Associate of Shafick George Hatem (Ma Haide). First Jew to fall on the battlefield in China’s war against Japan. Monument erected in his honor by Chinese communists in 1942 in Shandong province.
Ruth Weiss aka Wei Lushi – Jew from Vienna, Austria. Said to be the last surviving European eyewitness of the Chinese communist takeover of China. Top educator at the Jewish School in Shanghai, the School of the Chinese Committee of Intellectual Cooperation and West China Union University. Did propaganda work for the Publishing House for Foreign Literature and financial work at the China Welfare Fund. Named one of eleven foreign experts by the Communist Party of China that were part of membership of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in 1983.
Rewi Alley – Crypto-Jew, homosexual and probable pedophile from New Zealand. Associate of Ma Haide, Ruth Weiss and Hans Shippe. Became a secret member of the CCP in the late 20s/early 30s and by 1932, was carrying out mission after mission for the communists. Set up the Chinese Industrial Cooperatives to bring in foreign and local high-born money for the war against Japan. Credited with introducing “guerilla industry” to China. Became a top propagandist for the new regime, writing works praising the CCP and its actions nationwide, including the Great Leap Forward. Bragged of his “familial” ties to the CCP’s top brass, including Mao. Rewi Alley Memorial Hall and Research Centre at Lanzhou City University College erected in his honor in 2017. Also honored with the Queen’s Service Order by the New Zealand ZOG and was instrumental in forging strong bonds between Beijing and Wellington.
Betty Chandler aka Chen Bidi – Jew from Manitoba, Canada. Close to Israel Epstein and Sidney Shapiro. CPPCC member. Active participant in the management of Red China’s state affairs. Worked as a medical professional on the front lines against Japan as well as a propagandist, disseminating pictures of alleged Japanese atrocities to US papers as a means of defending the Chinese communist narrative. Carried on the hasbara work at the Publishing House for Foreign Literature, serving as an English-language lecturer.
Hans Miller – German Jew. Came to China in 1939 and held the title of director in at least four different hospitals. CCP and CPPCC member. Trained with Mao and participated in fighting against the Japanese. Helped develop medical science in China and was appointed VP of Beijing Medical University. His contributions during the war against Japan were said to have been critical, especially in Yanan.
Gunther Stein – German Jew. Soviet spy and Red China spy part of the Sorge spy ring. Used his journalist credentials with AP, the Manchester Guardian and the Christian Science Monitor to mask his clandestine activities and deflect attention off the fact he was disseminating propaganda on behalf of the communists. Wrote the book “Challenge of Red China”, celebrating the defeat of Japan and new regime of communism. Today this book is touted by none other than the Rothschild-bankrolled CFR.
Philip Jacob Jaffe – Ukrainian-Russian Jew from NYC’s Lower East Side. Co-founder and policymaker of the Committee for a Democratic Far East Policy (CDFEP). Associate of Israel Epstein and Gunther Stein, who were both CDFEP members. Function of the CDFEP was to instill communism deep into Chinese society through anti-Japanese propaganda. Met with Mao as early as 1924. Published the journal “Amerasia” with money from the Judeophilic Vanderbilts. Amerasia was raided by government authorities for publishing classified materials and Jaffe along with his colleagues and his presumed source, a Jewish Office of Naval Intelligence officer named Andrew Roth, were arrested for espionage. Was a friend and financier of Thomas Arthur Bisson aka T.A. Bisson aka Arthur, a propagandist for Chinese communism in America, suspected Soviet spy who collaborated with Jewish agent of the Soviets Joseph Bernstein, and prolific anti-Japanese writer.
Eva Sandberg aka Eva Xiao – Polish-German Jew. Soviet citizen and spy. Known as the “Only White Western Woman in Yanan”, she married Chinese poet Xiao San, an old classmate and boyhood friend of Mao. She helped Xiao run the editorial department at the Lu Xun Academy of Arts and disseminate communist thought. Was also just one of three Soviet women in all of Red China.
Ursula Kuczynski aka Ruth Werner aka Ursula Beurton aka Ursula Hamburger aka Sonja (codename) – Prussian-German-Polish Jew. Her father, Robert Rene, was a well-known and wealthy economist. Her Yahoudling husband, Rudolf Hamburger, was an architect of the German Communist Party and also a Soviet spy who worked with her in China. Infiltrated MI5, the Royal Air Force and the OSS. Eulogized by the Jew York Times as a “Colorful and Daring Soviet Spy”. Attained the rank of Colonel within the Soviet military. Awarded the Order of the Red Banner for her espionage in China. She ran a spy ring in Shanghai and her missions prominently featured the interception of Japanese communications and sabotage of Japanese military positions in Manchuria. She stored weapons and secured bomb-making materials for Chinese communist guerillas. It is said that Japan would not have pulled out of Manchuria had it not been for her work. Collaborated with the Rosenbergs, David Greenglass, Harry Gold and Klaus Fuchs to get classified nuclear armaments info to the Soviet Union and is credited particularly with being responsible for ***the transmission*** that started the Soviet nuke program. Fuchs, for the record, was recruited into services for the Soviets by none other than her brother Jurgen Kuczynski, an internationally renowned economist.
Michael Menachem Greenberg – Polish-Romanian-British Jew. Managing editor of the Institute of Pacific Relations (IPR) publication, “Pacific Affairs”, where he disseminated a heavily anti-Japanese line. He became a China specialist at the Board of Economic Warfare and an assistant to the agency’s head, Lauchlin Currie–who was revealed to be a Soviet spy connected to Jew Harry Dexter White and the Silvermaster espionage ring. Later worked as a Foreign Affairs Economist in the Administrative Division, Enemy Branch, of the Foreign Economic Administration. His tasks involved finding ways to economically squeeze Japan. Revealed to be a spy for Red China by the investigations of Joseph McCarthy, whose “red-baiting” wasn’t so immersed in paranoia, megalomania and bigotry as liberals (mainly Jews) would have the world believe. Ultimately escaped prosecution and imprisonment and returned to England where he wrote the hasbara book, “British Trade and The Opening of China”, attacking the British for colonially exploiting China in the Opium Wars but deliberately obfuscating the role of the actual opium traders–the aforementioned Mizrahi Jewish Rothschild lieutenants, the Sassoons.
Mark Gayn aka Mark Julius Ginsbourg – Russian-American-Canadian Jew born in Manchuria. Schooled in Russia’s Vladivostock, China’s Shanghai, California’s Claremont and New York’s New York City (Columbia). Writer/journalist for the Jew York Times, Washington Post, Time, Toronto Star and Newsweek. Worked for and passed info to the spy den masquerading as a journalism magazine of Philip Jacob Jaffe, Amerasia. His home was raided by the FBI and 60 classified documents were found. Declassified FBI files reveal that he was Soviet/Chinese spy who had stolen these OSS documents, which related to Chiang Kai-shek’s battle plans against Mao. The theft of this info proved crucial in the Chinese Communist Force defeating Chiang Kai-shek and attaining power. Inexplicably, despite the arrest following the raid on his home, he was let go under the pretext that he would serve as a double agent for America but this never materialized. More probably however, it was Jewish Lobby pressure and his importance to the Maoist cause that procured his release. Said to have obtained information that JFK was going to be assassinated–significant considered the Jewish-‘Israeli’ role in that crime. Traveled to the Soviet Union every year between 1964-1970, not to mention multiple visits to China and was able to get two sit-downs with Mao–more than likely because of his spying almost 20 years earlier.
In conclusion–and a damn clear conclusion at that–there’d be no communism in China without the contributions of these Jews and many others still to be discovered and documented. From the subversive efforts of Gayn and Kuczynski, to the state-building efforts of Epstein, Chandler and Shapiro, to the primordial efforts of Stern and the godfather of them all, Voitinsky. Also, China would not have become the world power it is today if Henry Kissinger hadn’t opened up the doors to trade. Moving further forward, as discussed at the start, we see China becoming disturbingly more ingratiated with the ‘Israeli’ entity in the fields of military, intelligence and technology cooperation as time goes on–no doubt an extension of Jewish-Chinese familiarity going back almost a century.
Jonathan Pollard, the Jewish-Zionist traitor and most destructive spy in American history, gave classified intel to ‘Israel’ which then sold the bombshells to Beijing and he passed stolen secrets to China directly too–at the behest of his “Tel Aviv” handlers and to help his wife’s business plans. ‘Israel’ and China worked hand-in-glove during Operation Cyclone to bring down the very Soviet Union that made Chinese governance “red” in the first place! In 1982, ‘Israel’ provided the Chinese with advanced missile tech and upgraded their tank fleet. This turned into a full-blown defense relationship that prospered after the events at Tiananmen Square.
As it stands at this moment, ‘Israeli’-Chinese bilateral trade has reached a whopping $13 billion, about 260 times what it was in 1992 when it was just starting to take off due to the military ties. Chinese students are flocking to the usurping Zionist entity in record numbers for studies, especially technology, which means, whether they know it or not–though you better believe that the ‘Israelis’ know it for certain–they’re being tapped as Talpiot fifth columnists when they return to China. There are extensive, regular direct flights operating between “Tel Aviv” and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Hong Kong–which aeronautically links the Zio-Tumor to major cites of China’s north, south, east and west.
China’s explicit backing of the Saudi war on Yemen–a Zionist war through and through–is another blatant display of Chinese-‘Israeli’ collusion. Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan is currently visiting the illegitimate ‘Israeli’ regime and he said unequivocally that “cooperation” between the two “needs” to be “taken to the next level”. Baby-killer Netanyahu called China “very important” for the Jewish gangster “state”. We see their words coming to fruition already as China has been given control of two ‘Israeli’ ports, including occupied Haifa where the ‘Israeli’ enemy maintains its nuclear submarine array –signifying that the genocidal Halakhic-Talmudic regime sees Beijing and its “One Belt, One Road Initiative” as vitally integral elements of its security along with its hegemonic system.
This isn’t to say that there aren’t nuances. Mao locked up several of the Jews mentioned in this piece for overstepping their limits and he went against the advice of those who still curried favor with him when he decided to provide arms and military training to Palestine’s PFLP–which ended due to pressure from who else but war criminal Henry Kissinger. He always seemed to be teetering on standing with the peasantry from which he came and the Jewish-led international hegemonists who sought to turn China into “theirs” since they couldn’t break it with the opium pandemic. And he always sold out to the latter.
We are aware of the involvement of the CIA in destabilizing China on numerous fronts. Tiananmen Square (Operation Yellow Bird) comes to mind–the NED and George Soros were involved too–as does Taiwan, where neocon Jews led by Michael Goldfarb and his Orion Strategies LLC seek to maintain sedition and division, and of course Tibet, where the CIA has been active for nearly 6 decades. Nearly everything you read about Tibet in the Western press is from the CIA. Even the Dalai Lama is a paid stooge of the Company. Moreover, the latest bunch of hasbara about “Uyghur Muslim internment camps” is more Sorosite-NED trash, meant to obfuscate the very real Turkish-Saudi-American-‘Israeli’ covert interventionism in backing Takfiri terrorists in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. And lest we forget that these very same Uyghur Takfiri terrorists, who flocked to Syria in big numbers as foot soldiers for Zion, literally look to ‘Israel’–that’s right, ‘Israel’–as their model for a “homeland”.
But fighting back against imperialist meddling with ‘Israeli’ technology and military support doesn’t make you an anti-imperialist superstar nor will it endear you to millions of Muhammadi-Husseini revolutionaries seeking to liquidate the transhistorical framework of oppression led by Islam’s greatest enemy. Hell, it doesn’t endear you to revolutionaries PERIOD–Muslim or otherwise. What it makes you is a lollygagging fool. Because ‘Israel’ is playing every side while it further cements its global dominance and paves the way for its Dajjalic false messiah–we see it already with the previously noted Uyghurs. ‘Israel’ will discard China to the curb just like it does with all other Shabbos Goyim. So this piece, apart from its fact-finding nature, is also meant to serve as a warning to our Chinese brethren who have Anti-Parasitic vision and consciousness, not to mention a strong sense of patriotism. Get out while you still can before ‘Israel’ sucks you dry.
First it was Bolshevism. Now it’s Zionism. And in both instances, Red China means Jew China and the named-names evidence… the hard, direct, named-names evidence… proves it beyond all shreds of skepticism. The only question that remains now is… Will a nation with a history as vibrant as China allow itself to be nothing but a ZOG in service of a “nation” as accursed as the cancer calling itself ‘Israel’? Or will it reassert its civilizational glory as well as its place in the pantheon of Global South Resistance and disassociate itself from the Zio-Tumor? With Chinese tycoons like Jack Ma enamored with ‘Israel’ and China’s political leadership all the way up to Xi Jinping pushing to merge China and ‘Israel’ closer and closer centrally when it comes to technology, it doesn’t look good to say the least. God help the Chinese people. God help us all. And may God damn World Zionism and all of its tribalist agents as well as its collaborators past and present to the Naar.

The Bands of Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion 2018: Thrice
Then let’s take a look at one of the bands set to perform during that epic weekend… Thrice is back with a vengeance. At least, that’s sure how it seems. After a three-year long hiatus and four years away from any major touring, the quartet made their return in 2016 with a new record. And while it made sense that they would do some touring to support it, fans no doubt presumed they’d be taking more time off after that year. But no.
Headline tours, co-headline runs, and supporting acts such as Rise Against, Thrice has done it all within the last couple of years, and 2018 is shaping up to be another fairly busy year, thanks to a few festival appearances like this one at Carolina Rebellion. Best of all, Thrice will be making Carolina Rebellion just a little more special, since it will be one of only two festivals they’ll be playing in the U.S. this spring. Upon making their return, the released one of the strongest records of their career, 2016’s To Be Everywhere Is to Be Nowhere touching on some all too relevant social and political issues, raising thought-provoking questions for listeners to ponder, while backing the messages with some robust, in-your-face music beds. With that era behind them, expect a more all-encompassing set from Thrice at Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion. A set that will surely draw from several entries in their catalog, and one that is certain to be teeming with that immense energy they’re known for as the look to leave a lasting impression on everyone. Event Info: Friday – Sunday, May 4th – 6th, 2018 at Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte, NC. All ages. $89.50 for single day tickets | $199 for weekend admission | VIP and other options available.

Epicenter Returns With an Epic 2020 Lineup
Epicenter Music Festival is an annual rock and metal focused festival at Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina. Epicenter will be returning in 2020 over the weekend of May 1-3. In 2019, Epicenter filled the void left behind by Carolina Rebellion - another rock and metal-centric festival based in North Carolina that held its final year in 2018. Epicenter’s inaugural year in North Carolina in 2019 boasted an almost impossible-to-top lineup with Rob Zombie,New Years Day, Foo Fighters, Plague Vendor, and many more. You can check out our full review from 2019 in our archives or check out our full photo album! Though the festival faced the unfortunate wrath of mother nature in 2019, Epicenter fans are ready to rough it in rain boots again for 2020 should it come down to it. Should mother nature decide to grace us with a spectacular storm again - we simply ask that more of you understand the importance of staking your tents down this year. OK? OK - onto the full festival run down, now.
Epicenter Music Festival’s 2020 lineup stands in all its epic glory as it touches on many of the greatest acts in the history of every sub-category of rock n roll and metal. Epicenter 2020 attendees will have the opportunity to get down to TWO completely unique sets from Metallica, Deftones, Papa Roach, Chevelle, New Years Day, HELLYEAH and many more out-of-this world artists. Metallica is one of America’s most iconic heavy metal bands from Los Angeles, California that made their debut in the ‘80s. Metallica had a massive world tour scheduled in 2019 that was subsequently postponed after lead vocalist and guitarist, James Hetfield, entered rehab. After putting their massive tour with support from Slipknot on-hold, the band was determined to make a come back for the sake of their fans. They will be headlining several of the major rock and metal festivals throughout 2020 to make up for their absence in the prior year. Their back-to-back performances at Epicenter are definitely set to be the highlight of the weekend as they will definitely be bringing their A-Game to the stage. Another staple in American alternative metal music also hailing from California would be Deftones. Deftones also made their debut in the ‘80s with their infamous artistic, experimental nu-metal sound that they have reprised as their very own. They have been gracing festival lineups around the world and for their tour schedule lately. With their appearances becoming more frequent, fans are left wondering if new Deftones music could possibly be rearing its head sometime soon. The Epicenter Music Festival lineup is definitely oozing with alternative and nu-metal talent from top-to-bottom. Another American heavy-metal group from Texas known as HELLYEAH will be performing at the festival. Many may know lead singer, Chad Gray, from his time in the infamous experimental, heavy metal band Mudvayne. Gray’s vocals has an infamous, distinguishable growl that sends his lyrics to another level when performed live. Alongside these amazing metal bands, several staple rock and punk rock artists will be performing over the weekend like Lynyrd Skynyrd, David Lee Roth, and Dropkick Murphys.
While the headliners really turn Epicenter Music Festival into a star studded red carpet of the rock n’ roll world, the under-card acts is where the true talent lies. The two sleeper hit performances of the weekend are guaranteed to be Plague Vendor and New Years Day. Plague Vendor is an alternative, indie punk band from California with an out-of-this-world, energetic on stage presence that is sure to get you up off your feet and moshing in no time. Comprised of singer Brandon Blaine, guitarist Jay Rodgers, bassist Michael Perez, and drummer Luke Perine, the band’s sound is a righteous blend of post-punk, hardcore punk vibes that sends you into a spin-kicking frenzy. Their latest album By Night was released in 2019. The single “New Comedown” has an indie, garage rock vibe that leaves you absolutely unable to sit still. The music video is also the perfect demonstration of some of Brandon' Blaine’s sweet dance moves. Then to flip the script and hit attendees with some in-your-face gothic rock, gothic metal vibes - New Years Day will be performing on Friday. New Years Day made their debut back in 2007 with their album My Dear and Ashley Costello won the hearts of alternative, punk, and scene kids around the world. Their latest album Unbreakable was released through Century Records in April of 2019 and debuted at #3 in the US Current Hard Music Album Chart. Their lead single “Shut Up” is an absolute banger with a KILLER music video. No - seriously - Ashley Costello is killer in this performance, check it out here to see what we mean. Other hits from their latest album include “Come For Me” and “My Monsters”. Don’t worry - we totally won’t judge you if you start rocking the #HalfHead look after falling for Ashley Costello and her wickedly powerful vocals.
Alongside an epic lineup of music artists, Epicenter Music Festival provides a completely immersive festival experience for all attendees onsite. Epicenter will feature a full art tent filled from wall-to-wall with insanely creative pieces from a variety of artists as well as massive, sixteen-foot tall pillars scattered throughout the grounds where artists will be bringing the grounds to life through live-painting. Curators at Epicenter Music Festival have also brought together The Music Experience for guests which features all the elements involved in making music in a professional band setup. The interactive exhibit will feature all the major instruments that are used by today’s most popular artists. The Music Experience tent will be hosting members from many of the performing bands from the weekend with contests to win your own equipment to haul home. That’s right dudes - you could win guitar, amps, basses, and a ton of other free gear just by stopping by The Music Experience during your festival weekend. Don’t sleep on this chance to score some sweet new gear for your artistic lair at home. For another chance to meet some of your favorite artists for the weekend, you can also make sure to stop by the F.Y.E. Fan Experience. F.Y.E. will be hosting the ultimate fan & artist interactive experience with autograph signings and meet & greets. Besides meeting your rock n’ roll heroes and scoring some brand new gear for free - what’s a music festival without a little drink or two? Curators at Epicenter will be bringing the Boilermaker Bar, Caduceus Wine Garden, and Heavy Tiki to the party for attendees to quench their thirsts in between each raging set. The Boilermaker Bar will be featuring a collaboration with Metallica’s Blackended Whiskey and Enter Night Pilsner. If beer isn’t your thing and maybe you want to sip on an elegantly poured glass of wine instead, head over to the Caduceus Wine Garden to taste wines handcrafted from the Caduceus Cellars & Merkin Vineyards. Caduceus is owned by Maynard James Keenan of TOOL, A Perfect Circle, and PUSCIFER. If neither of these tickle your fancy - you can hop over to Heavy Tiki to say “Aloha!” to a heavy dose of tropical vibes with their island inspired cocktails. Make sure you check back after the festival for our full review of the delicious eats, treats, and cocktails available at Epicenter 2020 on our Bars & Bites page.

After the torrential downpour and lightning we dealt with on Day 1 of Welcome To Rockville at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, FL, Day 2 was the complete opposite for most of the day. It started off sunny and hot and helped immensely drying off the grounds that were saturated with water. I had some fun stuff set up early in the day for The Photo Pit and was very excited to see that lineup of artists.
The day started off with an interview with John Cooper, vocalist and bassist of Skillet. This was an interview I was super excited to get and it was absolutely worth taking the time to do it. For those who don’t know, John is a huge fan of fantasy, sci-fi, and comic books. So we had some great discussions around Star Wars, Game of Thrones, and Avengers: Endgame. We talked about the teaser to the new Skillet album, their current tour, and a follow-up tour that will have a stop in Orlando, FL, where I live. Look for that interview to be posted soon to The Photo Pit YouTube channel and on the website.
Afterward, I took a run over to the Zippo Sessions Stage for another interview. This one, I never thought would happen, so thank you to Alex from Zippo for getting this set up for me. As I waited by the stage, Jose Mangin walks in. He is the host of SiriusXM Octane and one of the hosts of SiriusXM Liquid Metal. Jose and I have met a few times and he remembered me. We talked a bit about the Zippo Sessions, our love for the festivals, and Jose teased about an upcoming project as well. It sounds like a new festival to me! Look for that interview to be posted soon to The Photo Pit YouTube channel and on the website.
And then it was on to photographing some of the bands playing that day. My first of the day ended up being Black Label Society at the Monster Energy Stage. The band is currently on their 20 Years of Sonic Brewtality Tour and will be releasing on May 17th their next album Sonic Brew – 20th Anniversary Blend 5.99 – 5.19. The album is a remaster of their first album Sonic Brew. As expected, Zak Wylde was a wild man on the guitar, shredding as no one else can, while singing. The huge crowd appreciated their performance, which was not surprising. Black Label Society is a fun band to watch.

On the Metropolitan Stage we had Skillet ready to rock our faces off. The band is known for getting the crowd moving with their anthem rock music and also known for being extremely energetic during their live performances. Today was no exception as John Cooper and his wife Korey Cooper were seriously rocking on stage. Jen Ledger, who I think is one of the best drummers today, played with such passion and you think she’s going to knock off her cymbals with every hit. Seth Morrison provided his own energy on stage getting the crowd engaged and getting very creative with his guitar playing. Skillet had a tremendous crowd and they were moshing, crowd surfing, and bouncing on their feet for the whole set.

It was then back to the Monster Energy Stage to see In This Moment perform. Their sets are always unique and the most fun for their hard rock/metal theatrical performances. With an entire church like background on the stage and the Blood Dolls performing in unison with Maria Brink, the band delivered a stellar performance. My personal favorite is always watching Travis Johnson performing with his piercing gaze and thunderous bass notes. In This Moment is still touring in support of their most recent album Ritual.

After a much-needed break from the heat and for some water, it was back to the Monster Energy Stage for a very special performance. Last year on May 4th at the former Carolina Rebellion, Shinedown released their latest album Attention Attention. The album was a tremendous success and today was the one year anniversary of the album’s release. Besides that, Jacksonville, FL is Shinedown‘s hometown. So this was a very special performance for them to play today. And when they hit the stage, you could feel the excitement from the crowd and the love and support they had for this band. There were so many people there to see them that you could clearly hear the fans singing back the songs from halfway across the venue. Shinedown must have fed off the fan’s energy because it was one the best sets I’ve seen them perform. And I was happy to see Brent Smith perform his normal ritual of having the crowd shake hands with their neighbors while he shakes hands with the photographers in the pit.

Back at the Metropolitan Stage after Shinedown was done, the legendary Judas Priest took the stage. The legendary British rockers were recently in Jacksonville, FL at Daily’s Place back in September 2018. The band is still touring in support of their most recent album Firepower. Judas Priest had some killer firepower going that night with some excellent mix of older and newer music in their catalog. Rob Halford came out on stage wearing a top hat with skulls and a long cane and changed outfits throughout the night and even rode out on a motorcycle when they performed “Hell Bent For Leather”. The crowd went berzerk for Judas Priest with moshing and crowd surfing. It was a great performance and personally was pleased they were on the lineup. Seeing Judas Priest is a performance you’ll never forget.

Last, and certainly not least, Rob Zombie played the Monster Energy Stage. The band is no stranger to the Danny Wimmer Presents festivals as they have played them numerous times in their career. Rob Zombie always puts on a performance that makes you feel alive. It’s entertaining, engaging, and honestly, you never know what to expect from them. And that night, they didn’t disappoint anyone. Rob Zombie, John 5, Piggie D., and Ginger Fish rocked the crowd with some favorites “Well, Everybody’s Fucking in a U.F.O., complete with a giant robot on stage, “Living Dead Girl”, and wrapping up the night with “Dragula”.

Welcome To Rockville Day 2 was a huge improvement to the craziness that occurred on Day 1. With great weather and a solid lineup, the fans absolutely appreciated the hard work all the bands put in on the stage.

Can You Spot the Royal Protocol Meghan Markle Broke at the British Fashion Awards?
Prince Harry has always been a royal renegade. When he was 17, the red-headed prince was taken to a rehab centre after he admitted he had smoked marijuana and illegally drank alcoholic beverages. When he was 27, TMZ released naked pictures of the royal, who was reportedly playing strip billiards in a Las Vegas hotel suite. For over two decades, Harry has been rewriting the royal rule book — and in the process, became known to the world as the fun and charming prince. (No offence, Will.)
And now, Harry has found the perfect partner-in-crime. With American-actress Meghan Markle on his arm, the British Monarchy is receiving the modern treatment it so desperately needs. From pantyhose to PDA, we have an ongoing list tracking every time that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stray from royal protocol:
Meghan paints her nails burgundy
On our roundup of weird royal facts, it’s listed that Queen Elizabeth has been wearing the same $8 nail polish for nearly 30 years. It’s a nearly-sheer, light pink polish — Essie’s “Ballet Slippers” to be exact — and according to the brand’s website, in 1989 Queen Elizabeth’s hairdresser sent the company a letter requesting a bottle of “the only colour Her Majesty would wear.”
It’s not just the only colour she’ll wear—it’s the only colour she’ll tolerate in Buckingham Palace. According to OK! magazine, there is a rule in place stating that coloured nail polish does not meet royal standards and is considered “vulgar.”

When Meghan Markle made a surprise appearance at the British Fashion Awards to present her wedding dress designer, Clare Waight Keller, the British Womenswear Designer of the Year award, all eyes were on her pregnancy glow. As she cupped the growing royal baby in her black Givenchy gown, royal rule followers were quick to question: is that… dark nail polish on the Duchess of Sussex’s fingers? Maybe the burgundy hue is an act of royal rebellion, maybe it’s some mystical lighting mishap, or maybe, she just thought it was a seasonally appropriate winter nail colour. Either way, we plan on copping the look this Christmas.
Meghan closes her own door
When Meghan Markle arrived at London’s Royal Academy for her first solo engagement as Duchess of Sussex, she made a small gesture of independence that shook the Internet. Without her prince on her arm, Markle rolled up in a fancy black car in a fancy black Givenchy dress. And then, she did a thing that (apparently) few royals have done before: she shut the car door.

— Emily Andrews (@byEmilyAndrews) September 25, 2018
Doesn’t really seem worthy of a headline, does it. But according to Twitter—where this earth-shattering news was the top trending story—it’s almost totally unheard of for an on-duty royal to nudge a car door closed. Is this further evidence that she is a down-the-earth princess? Because if is, Kate Middleton deserves some props too.
Meghan has an opinion about abortion
Great to chat with Meghan Markle, Duchess Of Sussex, about Repeal and the importance of her feminist activism. So important to have people in her position championing women’s rights. Total sounder! pic.twitter.com/Vjdquo45CP
— Una Mullally (@UnaMullally) July 10, 2018
It’s totally okay for royals to have political opinions—as long as they don’t publicly share them. As part of their offical royal tour of England, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended a fancy garden party in Dublin. At the event, Markle struck up conversation with a few pro-choice activists and politicians who supported Ireland’s recent abortion referendum.
One feminist journalist tweeted about her positive interaction with the feminist Duchess, while senator Catherine Noone tweeted: “The Duchess and I had a chat about the recent referendum result — she watched with interest and was pleased to see the result.” The Irish politician realized the epic mistake she’d made, and quickly deleted the tweet, sending out instead: “I should say she seemed pleased — she was interested and very measured, not political at all.” She later deleted the second tweet too.
Markle is a vocal feminist, so we probably could’ve predicted her stance on women’s reproductive rights. (And secretly, we hope this is a rule she keeps on breaking.)

Meghan Markle made her Buckingham balcony debut on June 9 in celebration of Queen Elizabeth’s birthday. The of-the-shoulder silhouette of her pale pink, princess-worthy outfit from designer Carolina Herrera was, in fact, not so princess worthy after all. Tabloids were quick to call out the Duchess of Sussex’s dress as a break from unspoken royal protocol, with Page Six claiming: “fashion tradition usually dictates that Royal women do not wear off-shoulder or other more revealing styles.”
For the past seven years, Kate Middleton has worn dresses with sleeves that reach past the elbow, People notes, as did Princess Diana when she attended the festivities. But let’s not get our pantyhose—which Meghan Markle is wearing now!— in a twist, fashion rules were made to be broken.
Meghan’s coat of arms does not include her family name
With the tiara and the title also comes other cool royal perks, like your very own emblem. Now that she’s officially a member of the British monarchy, the Duchess of Sussex has received a personalized coat of arms. Traditionally, the symbolic gift goes to the father of the bride ahead of the royal wedding—Kate Middleton’s coat of arms not only reflects the Middleton family, but also her mother Carole’s maiden name (Goldsmith). With the newest addition to the family, however, the palace has decided to bestow the honour on only Markle herself.

— Kensington Palace (@KensingtonRoyal) May 25, 2018
The coat of arms, however, does pay homage to Markle’s roots. The custom design includes a blue background (the Pacific Ocean) and two golden rays (sunshine), which Kensington Palace says is representative of the Duchess’ home state of California.
A two ring royal wedding ceremony
Usually, royal men don’t sport wedding bands after they marry. Harry’s grandfather, father and brother have all opted to follow this tradition by not wearing a ring after they wed their respective wives. However, Markle and Harry have chosen to break this tradition, exchanging rings in the ceremony that they will continue to wear. This signifies equality in the marriage and is a modern step for the monarchy.
Meghan wore a crossbody bag
The princess-to-be arrived at Edinburgh Castle on February 13, 2018 wearing an appropriately chic and seemingly inoffensive outfit: Burberry coat, Veronica Beard pants, Birks rings and a Strathberry bag. But it’s not what Markle was wearing that broke protocol, per se, it was how she was wearing it.

GASP! A crossbody! What a shockingly common and un-royal — AKA comfortable and practical — way to carry one’s lipgloss and cellphone.
According to royal expert William Hanson, royals always carry a clutch as a means to avoid shaking hands. “It is protocol that you do not extend your hand to any member of the royal family (blood royal or those who have married into the family) unless their hand extends first,” Hanson told the Daily Mail. “The Duchess of Cambridge may well prefer not to shake hands with certain people—but there are other ways to achieve this, as used by the Queen and other members of the royal family, [rather] than opting for a clutch over a bag with a strap.”
Christmas with the Queen
After weeks of rumours, Kensington Palace officially confirmed last December what we all were wishing for: an un-wed Meghan Markle would be spending Christmas with her prince. Markle’s invitation was, of course, a break from royal tradition, with Markle being not yet being married into the monarchy. But it seems with Prince Harry, rules don’t apply, because a palace spokesperson told AP that “you can expect to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Ms. Markle at Sandringham on Christmas Day.”
Meghan ignored the pantyhose policy
The royal family has an unspoken policy about wearing pantyhose in public. It’s not a style-code that’s set in stone, per say, but it’s a tradition that’s long been upheld by Queen Elizabeth, Kate Middleton and the ruling ladies that came before them.

Until now! When Meghan Markle stepped out with Prince Harry for their official engagement photocall, the world ogled every inch of the American actress’ outfit. The Internet went wild for Markle’s snow white overcoat by LINE the Label and her opal earrings from Birks, but royal watchers were quick to note the one thing she wasn’t wearing: pantyhose.
They’re tied the knot in May
There’s nothing better than a spring wedding, right? WRONG. It turns out, a marriage in May would not have been approved by the Prince’s great-great-great granny, Queen Victoria. The late, great monarch believed it was unlucky to marry in the fifth month of the calendar year, buying into the superstitious rhyme: “Marry in May, and rue the day.”
Meghan’s been married before
Before hooking up with Harry, Meghan was in a long-term relationship with producer Trevor Engelson. They Hollywood powercouple married in 2011, after seven years of dating, and divorced in August of 2013. Now, Engelson is making a show about a man who has to share custody of his child after his ex-wife marries into the British monarchy. According to Deadline, this is the plot: “Divorce is hard. Sharing custody is harder. Sharing custody with the British Royal family when your wife marries a prince, in the unforgiving spotlight of London’s tabloid media, is next level.” GROSS.
Photography by Amanda Edwards/Getty Images
Previously, members of the Royal Family have not been allowed to marry divorcees. As you may recall — from history books, or from season one of The Crown — Princess Margaret had to break off her relationship with Peter Townsend because he was divorced, and Edward VIII abdicated from the throne in order to marry American socialite Wallis Simpson. But it’s not that big of a deal anymore: Prince Harry and Prince William’s father, Prince Charles, married fellow divorcee Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, in a civil ceremony in 2005.
This means that Prince Harry will be the first royal family member to have a church wedding with a divorcee. In 2002, the Church of England agreed that divorced people could remarry in church — with the discretion of the priest, of course. After all, it’s only 2017.
Meghan isn’t Anglican
For centuries, it was forbidden for royals to marry a Roman Catholic. However in 2015, an amendment to the Act of Settlement of 1701 made that allowed British royals to have an interfaith marriage. Markle has never *actually* discussed her religious affiliations openly, though it has been widely reported that her father is Jewish and she attended an all-girls Catholic high school in Los Angeles.
Before her Windsor Castle wedding to Prince Harry, Meghan will be baptized and confirmed in the Church of England. By completing these religious sacraments, Markle honours Queen Elizabeth, who, as the sovereign, holds the title of “Defender of the Faith and Supreme Governor of the Church of England.”
They’re all about the PDA
Okay, so calling a hand-holding PDA is a little extreme. But hey, *technically* it is a public display of affection!
Photography by Chris Jackson/Getty Images
There are no specific anti-PDA rules, but public displays of affection have previously been avoided by the royal family at official events, due to their position as working representatives of the British monarchy. For example: Prince William and Kate Middleton have been photographed holding hands less than a dozen times in the past 10 years (!!!).
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have ignored this unspoken rule at pretty much every opportunity. When they made their first public appearance, the couple shared a smooch. During their joint appearance at Toronto’s Invictus Games, they were photographed holding hands. Even when they stepped out together as an engaged couple, Markle and Harry couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. Not that we’re complaining or anything…more PDA-filled moments please!
Meghan’s Vanity Fair cover
In Vanity Fair’s October cover story, @MeghanMarkle opens up about living in the spotlight, starring on @Suits_USA, and her whirlwind royal romance: “I think it’s really simple. We’re two people who are really happy and in love.” Photograph by @therealpeterlindbergh.
A post shared by Vanity Fair (@vanityfair) on Sep 5, 2017 at 4:00am PDT
It’s not unprecedented for a royal to grace a magazine cover (after all, Kate Middleton was in British Vogue), but to open up about her private life with Harry pre-engagement was a big shock for royal watchers. Here’s the major takeaway: Prince Harry and Markle are madly in love and they’re not afraid to share it with the world.
“We’re two people who are really happy and in love,” she said. “We were very quietly dating for about six months before it became news, and I was working during that whole time, and the only thing that changed was people’s perception. Nothing about me changed. I’m still the same person that I am, and I’ve never defined myself by my relationship.”
