Marvel Reveals Location of Doctor Strange During "One World Under Doom" Event

Marvel Comics has announced a new ongoing Doctor Strange comic that will shed light on where the former Sorcerer Supreme is during Doom's rule in "One World Under Doom" and the hint is right in the title. Doctor Strange of Asgard hails from Derek Landy and artist Carlos Magno.

"Doctor Doom tricked Doctor Strange into surrendering the title of Sorcerer Supreme. Now Doom is ruling the world, and Stephen Strange is…experiencing a bit of an identity crisis. Searching for purpose – and maybe revenge – he travels to Asgard to see if Thor’s kingdom might be looking for a Sorcerer Supreme of its own. Loki’s willing to help, but that help comes with a wicked catch, and Strange quickly realizes that becoming Asgard’s top magical authority is going to be more complicated than he thought." Out this week: Capwolf and the Howling Commandos #1 (Marvel, $4.99):

Capwolf, the werewolf version of Captain America, was first introduced as a concept back in the early 1990s by Mark Gruenwald and Rik Levins. Marvel’s revisiting the concept, only this time it’s written by Stephanie Phillips and drawn by Carlos Magno, the story is set during World War II and the Howling Commandos are along for the ride.
