hmm…. does it count if i actually really liked how vintagebeef’s house looked when they made it all red and covered in poppies LOL. also a big fan of what iskall did with the monolith, that was kind of the only way to save that thing.

With enough in a farm, a patient farmer, and multiple milking stalls and machines you could easily farm boys for meat and milk. Hook them up to milking machines constantly, feed them nutrient rich kibble and they'll all be birthing big porky babies ready to be culled one by one and then immediately knocked up again

YEAH i think mumbo has such complicated feelings because he doesn't want to seem like a creep. there are definitely humans who *would* be weird towards hybrids and he doesnt want to make grian uncomfortable. nor does he want to make things weird between them because he is so important to the hybrids. he does a lot for them! he doesnt want grian to just say yes to him because he's worried about losing that support...

definitely, he would get some sense knocked into him by one of the other hybrids living in the forest. idk who else is there (hermits? life series people? who knows...) but someone would tell him to just confess his stupid feelings already.

about that Poison Ivy post. I agree with the concept, and totally I understand your frustration with the comic bc it’s factually wrong. however I didn’t read those panels as saying she eats meat or supports animal agriculture, I read it as she hunts and eats vegans lol

Yeah, but that's not what's in the book though. She's at a roadside diner ordering meat. She's financially supporting the industry while bringing up the demand for it. Also, why would she hunt vegans, the group of people doing less environmental damage (by a sizable metric too) who are on her side, and not the meat eaters who are doing more damage??? Like the comic is nonsensical and has no rationale. Which again, takes away from her character because she's supposed to be both smart and educated. Like, again, if you're going to write a character with a cause, you have to research what people who follow that cause stand for. This is a very basic thing to do as a writer???? And, I'm still reading her books, but odd things pop up from time to time which make me want to hurl my comic across the room because the writers don't understand basic concepts about environmentalism and the movement. (And it comes across as cope tbh). Like if you can't handle writing an environmentalist, then don't write Poison Ivy ??????
