Ant’s continuing adventures in fatherhood still make us chuckle. Box’s little brother’s sushi aversion hurt his soul. But hey, we talked sushi for a bit. Tee’s dog is a diabetic, and though it’s kind of sad, it’s a fun story. We then head on over to Reddit for our weekly helping of AITA. We then share our entertainment recs for of the week before sharing some other show biz including another helping of Tubi or Not Tubi. My little #grrrl is swimming again! She was a weekly member of the #dogswimming gym here in #tucsonarizona , until #immunemediatedhemolyticanemia #caninediabetes and subsequently losing her vision due to uncontrollable #insulinresistance … but a few months ago her glucose levels stabilized ( they’re still on the high side, but no hills/valleys) so very carefully and slowly we are returning to the pool! Great exercise ( especially in this hot hot #arizonasummer ) it gives her brain stimulation and is great for her confidence! Lady Bell update...I took LB to the vet for her follow up and her sugar is down to 406 from 456 last wk but normal is 120 range so we've got a long way to go so he raised her insulin level. The awesome Nurse Misty shaved these 2 spots on her sides to guide me with injections. It may look a bit funny but it's so much easier. Mom is doing injections as well bc it's tradeshow season so I'll be traveling and she'll have to give them to the babygirl. I can't say it enough but I don't know what I'd do without my Mom. Thanks for the kind words and prayers. Her eyesight isn't better but she's adjusting well and as a #schnauzer her nose is very powerful. Last night after my #pomeranian Little Bear's health failed suddenly and drastically I had to end his suffering. As hard as my son & I are trying to be strong we've filled with greif and sadness. 🐾 He would have been 15 years old on March 3rd. He was always there for me and never left my side through surgeries, years of treatment and days of agonizing pain and actually helped me with my health and to walk better without my walking aids. We helped each other. Bear Bear was a very special friend to many of our #friends and #family His #willpower was phenomenal and his disposition was just amazing. Although he was so sick with #caninediabetes #caninecushingsdisease and had 2 #kneesurgeries then ended up being a #blinddog & #deaf he'd still greet everyone, go for walks, play and had a fullfilling life. 💘🐾🐕💙 An online #CandleCeremony 🔥will be held: Monday, February 26, 2018 10:00 pm [-05:00] THE MONDAY CANDLE CEREMONY...... Please pray for my Lady Bell. I found out yesterday she has diabetes. She's very sick and I'm now having to give her insulin twice a day. We're hoping we caught it soon enough. I was devastated I can't lose my Baby Bell. My girls and I have been through so much these last few months. After I was told about Bells I was told something else that crushed my heart even more. Idk why I keep expecting something different.
