Paradox
From Lira: Sometimes I think I’m losing my mind, which is weird, because my mind is really all I have. It’s all I’m good at. Some kind of tunnel One minute, I was trying to hone this “second sight” thing, and then with no warning, I found myself in some kind of tunnel. Well, not exactly a tunnel. I could see moonlight, so whatever it was, it was open to the sky. Tunnels are meant to be…

Note
I don't know when you made that post but are you still having that issue? I believe that I am also being followed by an entity that is killing me. From 2011 to 2013 it gave me strength in exchange for hurting myself but in 2014 it tried to get me to kill myself and after I didn't do it it stopped rewarding me and life has been becoming more intolerable every year physically and mentally.
You need to perform a banishing ritual. There are various ceremonies you can perform to achieve this. Variations of this will work:
What you’ll need
-5 candles (two black, two white, one purple if you can manage it, but if no black is available, white and purple will do)
-Salt
-sage and or Palo santo
-Banishing herbs (mugwort, eucalyptus, peppermint, cayenne, etc) you can add as many or as little as you like. One will suffice.
-Herbs for protection (rosemary, basil, bay, cinnamon etc)
-dagger/ceremonial knife
-metal/glass bowl, cauldron, or abalone shell
-frankincense incense (optional)
1. Ring of salt
Find a clean area in which to perform the banishing spell. Draw a ring of salt around you, within the ring of salt, draw a pentagram. Make sure it has one point at the top—not two. (Upside down is used for dark magic, the opposite of what we are trying to achieve here).
2. Place candles at each point of the star
Generally I put purple at the top, purple is a dominating spiritual color, which forces the target to leave. Then place the black and white candles around the other four points. Black breaks the target’s will, casts it out. White is healing, cleansing. With each candle that you light, set your intention. Be firm and blunt, and say something along the lines of, “This is not the place for you, and it’s time for you to leave.” You may wish to offer a blessing or well-wishes if it makes you feel better about things, and say, “It is time for you to move on, and we wish you the best in your new place.” Frequently, this will do the trick and eliminate whatever problems you may have been having.
3. Burn sage
After setting your intention and giving the entity its marching orders with each candle. Take a deep breath and light the sage. Once it begins to burn, wave it in a circle above your head, trace it all around your body, and say your affirmation and intention over and over. Variations of: “this is not a place for you, it’s time for you to leave.” “You are not welcome in this space”, “I banish you from this space” should be chanted over and over while you do this. Focus all your energy into forcing the entity as far away from you as possible. Do this part until you feel it’s presence burning off.
4. Burn incense/herbs
Burn the incense and the dried herbs in a cauldron or glass bowl. Continue to chant, and be sure to bless each corner of the 5 pointed star. You can use pagan gods, archangels, or the elements. I use the elements personally. “In the name of the divine spirit I banish thee from this space.” “In the name of the power of water, I banish thee from this space”, “in the name of sacred fire, I banish thee” earth, air etc.
5. Clearing/closing
After the herbs and incense have burned to ashes, you will close the circle. You can use crystals if you like in this ritual. Quartz and selenite are particularly good in this. You can hold each one and focus your energy on banishing as you hold the crystal. Once this part is done, you lift each candle in the palm of your hand and say your affirmations again. One for each candle, then blow it out. Do this one by one until they are done. With the last candle, be sure to tell it to go away and never come back, because it is no longer welcome. After the final candle is blown out, you can sit and meditate. Clear your mind, breathe deep and let it out slow. Once you feel relaxed, you may rise.
Here are some links to other rituals of this does not work or appeal to you:

22. 33. 41.
22. What inspires you to write the character?
the first thing i put in my powerpuff girl style cauldron when brewing him was my social anxiety i was finally coping with! i wrote him when i was a senior in highschool and was finally getting to be on the other side of it, and at the time was working on my AP art portfolio, in which i painted a person’s face melting onto their school desk because i was a bb high schooler and That’s the manifestation of how i felt. so he used to be a anxious boy with candle wax skin that’d melt if a pretty boy talked to him. in terms of media/chemical x, i was pulling a lot of inspiration from Carrie and Firestarter and Matilda!
updating him from noir was less about creating him from scratch and more looking at what was fun about his character, what needed some rearranging (amping up some traits), and how i thought he’d progress. now i really enjoy writing him as a character built on extremes and getting to play with his personality creating obstacles. and i wanted to tighten up his lore so i was looking into different fire element creatures, and got to hellhound! which i revamped a lil with cassandra from the mythos in mind
33. What is one of the most primary things your character feels that is missing from their life?
he’s missing any kind of stability or reassurance ……, he lived in the same, slow moving house for 12 years of his life and then very suddenly he’s being spun around by life and he’s definitely getting nauseous. so much has happened that he hasn’t had any time to process it and he keeps himself busy so he doesn’t have to confront it. and he has no one telling him that its ok, he can rest, that he should be proud of himself
41. How does your character usually show affection? Are they openly romantic or more restricted with their affectionate emotions?
once he feels sure about his feelings and that they’re reciprocated, he’s openly affectionate with them! not in a showboating way just in a very casual way. sometimes he plays it up in a I’m Here and I’m Queer sort of rebellious way

Ostaras Cottage
Upon the shore of the lake, I happened upon a strange little cottage that appeared to be in the shape of some flower. How possibly lived here, I wondered as I crept forth to peer into the windows. Upon seeing what decorated the room, I quickly stepped away and went along my business.

A Fool's Journey?
From Lira: I had Tarot on the brain. After I remembered HFM Gwyneth’s collection of tarot cards, I couldn’t get divination off my mind. So I did what any self-respecting Chimerical Librarian would do: I looked it up on the internet. Cross-checking with terms like “sorcery” and “wizard”, I came up with quite a lot of pictures of different printings of tarot decks, and a number of prominent…

Love Attraction Spell
Tumblr media
So I wanted to update you on the love spell I recently did. I seem to do these every year, hopeless romantic i guess. I still haven’t found the “right” one though. This time I did some research to try something new. In a book I found a simple spell to attract a lover, it involves a few herbs and a fire. I put my own twist on it, I will explain in a minute.
Love spells are really tricky, a lot of people do them wrong. My personal belief is that love spells are meant to attract love, not force someone into something that they don’t want. I will never force magick, especially love magick, onto someone.  Would you really be happy with someone knowing it’s not real? I doubt you could get the same feeling inside, you know, that warm tingly thing…you must know what I mean, I swear I wasn’t just having a stroke….anyway..
Back in the day, a well known voodoo queen named Marie Leveau was the one to go to for all your love spell needs. A simple spell she used was asking her female client to bring the glove of the man she wished to bewitch. Marie would fill it with sugar and honey to sweeten him, then a dash of steel powder acting as the magickal catalyst to “seal” the deal. The woman had to then sleep with this under her bed…Not a good idea in a bug heavy area like Louisiana, but hey, if it worked!
My Love attraction spell was quite simple as well. As stated above, it involved a fire, three herbs and a simple incantation. I wanted to amp it up a little bit though. The herbs I chose were lavender, jasmine and rosemary. These three herbs are notorious for work with love spells. The great thing about lavender is I used to use it a lot starting out, so the smell always reminds me of spells and magick.
Tumblr media
I wanted an extra boost of power. I developed a personal attraction potion. The purpose of its use was to aid in attracting whatever you wish, mixed with certain ingredients or objects would get the desired effect. Like dressing a green candle with it, and burning that candle surrounded by skullcap and coins would attract money to the caster. I will be selling them eventually, but that comes later.
So I poured some of my potion into the bottom of my cauldron and dropped more on the top of the candle and lit the flame. As the flame was burning I sprinkled on the herbs from above one at a time. I took my lighter and drew the flame into the herbs so they would burn with the candle.
A lot of witches feel that spells need to be done on certain days and moon phases, I  usually don’t do this, and my spells for love haven’t exactly worked, so this time I figured to give it a shot. The spell calls for it to be cast on sunset on a Friday during a waning moon. So at about 5pm I started my spell.
I wanted to make sure I was protected so I cast a circle of salt around me, as well as wore an amulet of protection around my neck. I lit a white candle next to my cauldron as well. I sat in front of my burning flame and recited the spell.
My true love’s face i’ve yet to see I know not what his name may be But soon his heart will beat for me Come hither my love, so mote it be
I focused all my energy on picturing a lover with me, the feeling i’d get, the happiness…everything. After, I kept the candle burning, which took a lot longer than I thought it would. I kept my cauldron near the window and waited hours for it to fully burn. It seemed that it was taking a lot longer than normal, this surprised and intrigued me. I had to sleep and the candle was still burning, so I placed it by my bed (making sure nothing around it could be set on fire) and went to sleep. When I awoke I looked inside the cauldron and everything…i mean everything was burned. Not a drop of wax and the herbs were black ash. I took this as a good sign. Never have I had a candle burn 100%.

One moon is divine but having two moons in the house is incredible! Looking into the light I was oblivious to the huge spider coming down from the ceiling. It appeared that he was also drawn to the light. The cats sat quietly at my feet as I stood lost in my thoughts.
