I'm working on my Master's in International PR and Global Communications, and I'm doing a study on how Diana, Princess of Wales, and Camilla Parker Bowles (Queen Camilla) shaped modern royal communications.

The entire family appeared to have been awake all night long, and yet duty calls.

I understand "Christmas Duty," but certainly people would also understand that THIS year it would be unwise to hug and touch strangers who are fighting life threatening illnesses.

The work of a Princess is never done. I don't envy our precious Catherine. The family was obviously forewarned that the crowds were gathering to SEE & TOUCH 😬 the "Remission Princess."

In My Opinion The King (active cancer), Camilla (respiratory disease), and Catherine (remission but not cured) are all immunocompromised.

None of these royals (including their caregivers, like Prince William) should be touched, hugged or in the faces of strangers who are sitting/standing for long periods in the cold.

It's obvious, most family members are not interested in "tarry time walkabouts." They are focused on the A to B like Princess Anne: smile and keep it moving.

What if all the family members walked along the rope lines: shaking hands & accepting flowers on behalf of relatives? If they were all assigned to a handshake "zone," then anyone who waits outside will at least be greeted by 1 BRF family member.

Catherine could then immediately walk with her kids to a "children's section" closer to the gate while others chit chat & cover assigned "zones" like king Charles at the decreased mobility/senior section, Camilla with pets, others chatting with foreigners, press etc

See the lovely screenshots of Catherine's four (4) favorite people waiting in the wings (Wills, Louis, Charlotte & George) all patiently watching and waiting for Mum & Wife to break free from the crowds. I also hated to hear strangers beg Princess Charlotte for a hug. #stranger danger

Hats off to the security team. The support by the Royal Protection Officers (and Johnny) was impressive, providing a warm yet imposing presence. Prince William has always understood that he stands in for his mother, the late Princess Diana, and now a bit of that burden is shared with his wife & children. I must admit that William did a remarkable job as a child greeting strangers during walkabouts. I wonder what was going through his mind as he was always pleasant and good natured about the whole thing. Does anyone know?

I so hope the pushy woman below isn't visiting from America😳 She's a good example of someone who is too selfish stand in the walkabout line. Listen to her demands to the Princess via video & audio:

"Weve been praying for you...blah blah blah...so can I have a hug? What about a handshake, can I have a photo? 😬

I will defend Yoko Ono and Queen Camilla, not because I like necessarily like them, but because I feel like they are two women used to justify the public’s misogyny under the guise of being morally correct

She was raised in her childhood to be a huntress and kept the companionship of her father and the shepherds in the hills and woods.
