She walked towards them and the closer she gets there the more she realized that rintaro was also sitting beside Mark, “Ginagawa mo dito?” tanong nya kay Rintaro who just gave the the ‘shush’ look then points to the screen then she realized he was on an online meeting.
She turns back to Mark and the other dude that was staring at her the whole time, tumabi naman si rinatro at binigyan sya ng space para mag hati sila sa isang upuan, “Didn’t know you guys were close?” tanong ni Mark, napatawa naman si Kaliya “‘di naman talaga, papansin lang yan” sagot nito, tinawanan nalang sya ni Mark at lumingon kay Sephie.
“Anyway, Kali this is Sephie our VP for Externals sa HQU JMA. Sephie this is Kali current VP ng CSO, sya din OIC ko dun.” pakilala ni Mark, ngumiti lang si Kaliya kay Seph at nilabas sa envelope and mga papel na kailangan nilang pirmahan. Tumabi naman si Mark at nakipag palitan ng upuan kay Seph para makapag-usap sila ng maayos. Joseph on the other hand was just staring at her face, mainly her eyes.
“Hello, what do you want me to call you?” tanong ni Kaliya na medyo naweweirdohan na sa tingin ni Sephie. Once he saw that she was starting to feel uncomfortable he immediately snapped out of it and cleared his throat, “U-Uhm— Sephie, you can call me sephie.” sagot nya. Nginitian lang ito ni Kaliya at sinimulang mag-explain ng terms and conditions ng kanilang memorandum, hindi nya napansin na medyo madami na syang jargon na nagagamit pero nakita nya na medyo naguguluhan na ang muka ni Joseph, “Sorry— medyo mabilis ba?” Tanong ni Kaliya, umiling lang si Sephie.
“Tanong ko lang, bakit ako?” tanong ng binata, napatawa naman si Mark at si Rintaro sa tanong nito na walang context. Siniko ni Kaliya si Rintaro at narealize ni Joseph yung tanong nya. “No— I meant ano— Like, bakit ako? Bakit ako yung pipirma? Usually kase signatories for partnership especially internal partnership falls under Executive Secretary’s Office na, hindi na sakin sa Externals haha…” pag clarify nito habang tumatawa ng awkward.
“Oh, that’s because for this particular partnership, we’ll have you as sponsorship partner.” Sagot ni Kaliya, napakunot naman ang noo ni Sephie, “Huh?” Napakunot din ang noo ni Kaliya “Didn’t kuya doie told you about this na? Since it’s a big event and some sponsors are requesting good marketing contents, we decided to partner with JMA…” She continues to explain hanggang magets na ni Sephie. “Okay okay gates” sabi nito, napangiti naman si Kaliya at inabutan sya ng ballpen. Pinanood nya itong pirmahan ang kanilang agreement at inabot ni Sephie ang ballpen pabalik kay Kaliya. “So i’ll be working with you for this project?” He asked with twinkle in his eyes which made her laugh.
“Unfortunately, nope. Partnerships is under lele’s department, proxy lang talaga ako sa signing since ako naman din nag hahandle ng legals and memorandums.” Tumayo na si Kaliya, “Anyway, thank you so much for your time guys.” nginitian nya si Mark at Joseph. Hinila nya naman ang baba ni rintaro at pinatingin sakanya, “Dear, if mauuna ka umuwi charge mo ipad ko, magrereview ako for IR.” bilin nito at bineso si rin bago umalis.

Personal Statement
I started my career as a monitoring and evaluation associate at NICE Indonesia in 2019. We provide a 5-year grant to 12 CSOs in Indonesia to develop their organizations. During those 5 years, we evaluate their performance annually based on the training and financial interventions provided. Some of the organizations I directly supervised include Yayasan Gerak Bareng, Yayasan Munashoroh Indonesia, and Yayasan Gema Insani.
In addition to the annual reviews I conducted, I also took on side jobs to measure the impact of several organizations. My team and I have measured the impact for Schneider Electric Foundation Indonesia, Yayasan Infra Digital Indonesia, Perkumpulan Ibu Pembelajar Bahagia (Lab Belajar Ibu), Komunitas Happiness Family, and wrote impact reports for the SMK Pusat Keunggulan assistance program in 2023 on behalf of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Apart from working in monitoring and evaluation, as a registered nurse in Indonesia, I am also active in several health education initiatives, particularly regarding the impact of the environment on health. My friends and I founded the Emcekaqu Sehat Berdaya Foundation, which campaigns for open defecation-free zones in Pandeglang, Banten. We observed the impact of poor sanitation on children's health, especially given the high stunting rates in the area, and we actively campaign for behavior change to eliminate open defecation. From this work, I had the opportunity to participate in several fellowships related to the environment, such as the Young Water Fellowship in Belgium in 2017, the Young South East Asia Leadership Initiative in Environmental Management in the USA in 2018, and the International One Health Camp in Vietnam in 2019.
Besides my professional life, I experienced a turning point in my personal life when my first daughter died during the delivery process. As a nurse, I know it's not just me but thousands of mothers in Indonesia who have experienced this. Since then, I pledged to contribute to reducing neonatal mortality. I decided to become a breastfeeding counselor, and now I have more than 50 clients, both online and offline.
Pursuing an MPH at the University of Melbourne, I blend my interest in planetary health and maternal and child health. Last semester, I took nutrition policy and politics as my elective because nutrition issues are currently rising in Indonesia, and I wanted a broader perspective beyond health. This semester, I took Planetary Health and Women’s and Global Health as my electives to accommodate my interests. As an Australia Awards Awardee, I know my studies are not just for me but for the greater good of Indonesia.
My grades might not be very good because the first semester of my MPH was the first time I lived abroad with only my family of three. I juggled academic life, being a wife, and being a mother to a 2.5-year-old daughter. Therefore, this semester, I strategized to take courses with shorter durations, so I can better balance my work and life. Thus, being involved in evaluation studies in maternal and child health excites me greatly. Furthermore, 1000 Days Of Fund is one organization I keep an eye on because they address issues holistically, from cadre training to providing growth blankets to parents.

La famosa meme coin Shiba Inu sta attirando nuovamente l’attenzione dei trader e degli analisti, registrando un significativo incremento di valore in seguito al recente rialzo del mercato delle criptovalute.
Un recente rapporto di Forbes suggerisce che la popolare meme coin potrebbe crescere ulteriormente, prospettando un aumento del 1700% entro il 2025.
Forbes ha analizzato l’andamento di Shiba Inu, evidenziando la sua evoluzione dagli inizi modesti fino a diventare la seconda più grande meme coin per market cap, subito dopo Dogecoin.
Attualmente, il valore di Shiba Inu è di 0,00001721 dollari. La meme coin è scesa dell’11% negli ultimi 7 giorni, andando sotto gli 0,0000190 dollari. A maggio del 2024, l’asset aveva superato gli 0,000030 dollari, spinta dal mercato rialzista e dall’interesse dei trader per le meme coin.
Himanshu Maradiya, fondatore e presidente dell’ecosistema blockchain CIFDAQ, ha sottolineato che le previsioni su Shiba Inu si sono rivelate piuttosto complesse. Le stime del valore della meme coin tra il 2024 e il 2025 vanno dagli 0,0001 dollari e gli 0,0003 dollari.
