question! ida seems to be a woman of modest living, what would be things she indulges in? whether that be something like chocolate or makeup, nail polish, jewelry? anything?

Ugh, wow ok. Youre so right, she doesn’t splurge and she’s modest and generally rather thrifty. She likes saving up money to give others suprising and niche gifts, she’ll take time to track things down and hoard a gift for ten months after finding it before giving it to them on the special occasion.

But she has a few indulgences. Methinks the girl always liked her hair scarves, she wasn’t a complete dandy but she had some aviator heroes during her time at the airfield down in Florida and tourists expected her to look the part -which she did in khakis, high boots and hair scarves. Ultimate 30’s chiq without being fussy about it. She keeps at the styles after the war despite the trend waning.

It’s no coincidence Rosie Rosenthal gave her his own scarf after the war, knowing the woman wouldn’t refuse and would actually make use of it and wear his scent next to her face-

Methinks she loved a good shoe, something comfy but also pretty, she has nice legs and that’s been about her only vanity, to keep them in some style.

But after the war, she really becomes enamoured with sleep wear. Silky and soft and anything that’s not remotely scratchy or heavy. This requires the house to be kept quite warm but -you should see her in her little scraps of silk short and slips, she’s a vision and she’s terribly comfy. When she’s cold she wear Robert’s baby soft flannel robes he’s worn to utter softness

Perfumes. Not super heady but she loves to smell good and after being deprived of cleanliness for so long, she’s a little obsessed with scents

What does their bedroom look like? (bcos i wanna kno if he's got the standard gauzy blue veils most belves have or if its smth else) Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen? What makes them feel guilty?

While it bears a hint of traditional Quel'thalas chiq, the bedroom is done mostly in blacks, deep greys, and splashes of white. As the deep reds, gauzy blues, and rich purple draperies are reserved for the combination library and sitting room on the second floor next to the kitchen. A blank piece of paper is perfect for scribbling notes and schemes upon. Despite the handwriting being his own, the words would be practically illegible. The sketches of gizmos, places, and items get the point across. Not being able to help others is about the most guilt inducing thing left in his life. Not having the power, or knowledge necessary to justify his acquisition methods and means is...infuriating and heartwrenching in equal measure. However, after seeing the evils being judged in Revendreth first hand, he's convinced his own particular sins are so utterly lacking in genuine malice that he should never feel bad about anything else, ever again.
