now I can attempt sleep without dying of heat stroke

its been so cold it may as well still be winter and NOW we have a hot day and oops i get a flareup in digestive issues (sanitised way of saying i cant stop shitting bc im so warm and i cant cool down whcih also puts me at risk of dehydration LOL )
