Together Through the Night
I've been worried about Felix after hearing about the car crash. I really hope he's doing okay and recovering well and he is safe. So I wrote this imagine where the reader is caring towards him during his recovery. In the story, she stays by his side and makes sure he feels supported and comfortable. I hope he is okay and will recover 100%.
!!THIS STORY IS NOT TO GAIN LIKES FROM SOMEONE ELSES ACCIDENT OR INJURIES I THOUGHT IT WAS A CARING FLUFF IMAGINE TO WRIGHT ABOUT HOW Y/N WAS CONCERNED AND CARING TOWARDS FELIX!!
The night was draped in a blanket of stars, twinkling brightly against the dark canvas of the sky as Felix settled into the plush back seat of the company car, his heart filled with a sense of anticipation. The soft hum of the engine provided a comforting rhythm, while the gentle flow of music from the radio wrapped around him like a warm embrace. He gazed out the window, watching the city lights glimmer and dance as they passed, each bright glow a reminder of the vibrant life he shared with his bandmates. Tonight had been filled with laughter and joy, but as he relaxed into the leather seat, he had no idea that the journey home would take a terrifying turn.
Suddenly, that tranquility shattered like glass. As they approached a dimly lit intersection, he barely registered the sight of a bus swerving wildly into their lane until it was too late. The impact was explosive, a cacophony of crunching metal and shattering glass that filled the air with a violent urgency. Felix was thrown against the seat, a jolt of pain radiating through his body as panic flooded his senses, blurring the edges of his vision. The world around him spun chaotically, the once familiar comfort of the car morphing into a scene of horror.
Meanwhile, Y/N was driving behind them, her laughter mingling with the happy chatter of the other members of Stray Kids, the atmosphere bright and carefree. But in an instant, that warmth turned to ice as her eyes widened in horror at the unfolding tragedy ahead. “Felix!” she screamed, her voice a mixture of terror and desperation that sliced through the night. With her heart pounding like a drum, she shouted at Chan to call for help. “Chan! Call 112!” She didn’t think twice; adrenaline surged through her veins as she flung open the car door, her feet hitting the pavement as she sprinted toward the wreckage, every instinct urging her to reach him. Han and Lee Know raced after her, their urgency matching her own as they gripped her arms, trying to keep her from rushing into danger. “Let me go! He needs me!” she cried, the raw emotion in her voice echoing her panic.
“Y/N, don’t!” Lee Know urged, but her determination was unmatched, her spirit unyielding as she dropped to her knees on the cold pavement, tears cascading down her cheeks. The sight was gut-wrenching; medics surrounded Felix, pulling him from the wreckage with hurried efficiency, but to Y/N, it felt like time slowed. His face was pale, stark against the dark surroundings, and her heart felt like it was fracturing as she watched helplessly, fear and anguish spiralling within her.
As the ambulance arrived, red and blue lights flashing against the night, Y/N’s heart shattered. They rushed Felix away on a stretcher, her spirit dimming with every passing second. “Please, be alright,” she whispered to herself, repeating the words like a mantra, desperate for a sign that he would pull through. The hospital loomed ahead, a stark contrast to the vibrant life outside. As Y/N ran through the chaotic halls, the antiseptic scent assaulted her senses, and the hospital lights felt harsh and unwelcoming. She finally reached Felix’s room, where a sharp inhale escaped her lips as she stepped inside and took in the sight before her—him lying vulnerable on a stark white hospital bed beneath the unforgiving glow of fluorescent lights.
"Felix…" she breathed, stepping closer like a moth drawn to a flame, her heart stuttering at the vulnerability etched across his features. He looked fragile, almost ethereal, caught between hurt and comfort. “It’s just a torn nerve,” he managed to rasp, his voice a broken whisper. There was a strength buried in his words, but it could hardly pierce through the storm of emotions swirling in her heart. “I’ll be okay after a few days’ rest.” But those reassurances were mere echoes in her mind; she needed him close.
Without a second thought, driven by pure instinct, Y/N rushed to his side and enveloped him in a fierce embrace, her body trembling with emotion. “I thought I lost you!” she sobbed into his hospital gown, overwhelmed by the tumult of worries crashing over her like waves. She searched for evidence of his injuries, the instinct to protect him fighting against the torrent of her fear. Felix held her as tightly as he could manage, warmth blossoming in his chest despite the pain. “I’m here, Y/N. I’m alright,” he assured her gently, brushing his fingers through her hair with a tenderness that made her heart ache even more. His attempts to soothe her were met with fierce determination; she was resolute in her promise. “I’m not leaving your side,” she declared firmly, her voice a beacon of unwavering defiance against the uncertainties surrounding their reality.
As the other members entered the room one by one, their expressions mirrored the concern in Y/N
As the other members entered the room one by one, their expressions mirrored the concern in Y/N’s eyes, each face etched with worry and a mix of relief. Chan stepped forward first, a gentle smile breaking through his apprehension as he approached Felix’s bed. “You gave us quite a scare, didn’t you?” His tone was playful but thick with the gravity of the situation. The others followed suit, each offering their own brand of comfort—brought to life through the familiar banter and fond memories they had all shared. Laughter mingled with tears as they recounted lighter moments, filling the room with a warmth that clashed vividly with the sterile hospital atmosphere. Yet, despite the levity, Y/N’s heart ached for Felix, knowing the gravity of what he had endured.
Between laughter and well-wishes, Y/N remained by Felix’s side, her fingers intertwined with his as she refused to let go. The room buzzed with camaraderie, each word shared a lifeline thrown into the chaos of emotions swirling around them. Felix felt buoyed by their presence, their support wrapping around him like a warm blanket, softening the edges of the physical pain he felt. But it was Y/N’s unwavering devotion that stood out the most—her eyes bore into him with such concern and love that he could hardly stand the thought of being anything less than okay for her sake. Every soft touch of her hand, every glance shared, ignited a flicker of hope that he would soon return to the life he cherished.
Once the laughter simmered into a comfortable silence and the other members said their goodbyes, giving each other promises of support and reminders to look after Felix, Y/N found herself alone with him once more. As they settled into their new reality, she moved her chair closer to his bed, the proximity a comfort against the white-paged uncertainty. The rhythmic beeping of the machines around him served as a lullaby, the sterility of the environment fading as she leaned her head against the cool surface of the bed. Exhaustion finally took hold, her eyelids feeling heavy as she began to drift into a light sleep, still holding onto Felix’s hand as if it tethered her to the ground amid the swirling chaos in her heart.
In the stillness of the room, as Felix watched her, he felt a wave of gratitude wash over him. The shadows of the hospital flickered gently like thoughts teasing at the corners of his mind, but Y/N’s presence cleared those away. He reached out, resting his hand atop hers, the warmth of skin against skin grounding him. As he caught himself drifting off, he was jolted awake by the thought that he might not have been there, that she might have lost him. He couldn’t imagine life without her, the realization lighting a fire within him. As the moments passed, he could hear the soft sound of her breathing beside him, peaceful and unguarded.
As the night deepened, Chan stepped in to check on Felix, his footsteps soft against the tiled floor. Taking in the scene of Y/N nestled beside Felix, her face peaceful in the dim light, he couldn’t help but smile. “You should count your blessings, Felix,” he said quietly, his voice holding an undeniable weight. “She’s not just a friend; she loves you more than that.” The words hung in the air, pregnant with meaning, and Felix felt heat creep up his cheeks as he glanced at Y/N, the peaceful expression she wore tugging at his heartstrings.
“I love her too,” he whispered back, the words spilling from his lips with a sincerity that took even him by surprise. Gratitude swelled within him for her fierce loyalty and devotion, knowing she had been there for him during the darkest moments. “I can’t thank her enough for being by my side.” His heart nearly ached at the thought, and Chan’s smile widened, understanding the depths of that unspoken bond. As they exchanged glances, Felix felt a spark of hope flicker to life, illuminating the dim recesses of his uncertainty.
Unbeknownst to them, Y/N, though teetering on the edge of sleep, had heard every word, and warmth flooded through her at the confession. It was a moment she had dreamed of—words that held the promise of something deeper between them beyond friendship. As they tumbled in the silence of the night, the weight of their emotions began to entwine, weaving a tapestry rich with love and connection born from fear, resilience, and the sheer joy of being alive to share this moment.
As Chan stepped back, the gravity of the moment hung in the air, thick with unspoken words and emotions. “I’ll give you two some privacy,” he said gently, a knowing smile on his face before he quietly exited the room, the sound of the door clicking shut echoing in the stillness that followed.
With the room now cloaked in a serene quiet, Felix turned his full attention to Y/N, who sat beside him, still nestled in the warmth of their moment. He could hardly believe the depth of what had just transpired, the air still humming with the truth of their mutual feelings. Glancing at her, he couldn’t shake the urge to rouse her, to share this precious connection that felt like a dream.
“Y/N,” he murmured softly, letting the smooth timbre of his voice fill the space between them. “Wake up.” He could see her eyelids fluttering gently, the soft rhythm of her breathing calming yet alive with warmth.
As she stirred, Felix's heart began to race, anticipation swirling within him. “Y/N,” he called again, this time giving her hand a gentle squeeze to coax her out of her dreams. The calm intimacy they shared wrapped around them like a warm blanket, shielding them from the chaos of the previous hours.
“Felix?” she murmured, her voice thick with sleep and laced with concern as she blinked her eyes open, registering the atmosphere around her. The soft overhead lights bathed her in a gentle glow, and as her gaze settled on him, the warmth in her expression made his heart swell.
“I just wanted to make sure you were okay,” he said, his voice steady but filled with tenderness. “You scared me for a moment there.” He watched as a smile began to spread across her face, illuminating the remnants of the worry they had both faced.
“I’m okay,” she replied softly, her voice still heavy with the haze of sleep. “How about you?”
Felix smiled, his heart lightening at her concern. “I’m a lot better now that you’re here,” he confessed, sincerity sweeping through him. The weight of the night began to lift, replaced by the joy of being able to share this moment with her.
Y/N’s cheeks flushed at his words, and as they locked eyes, the connection between them deepened. “You have no idea how important you are to me,” she said, her tone serious yet filled with emotion.
Felix felt a surge of warmth in his chest, a powerful urge to express everything he had kept bottled up. “I know tonight was… frightening,” he began, his voice dropping to a heartfelt whisper. “But seeing you here, right next to me… it makes everything feel a little less scary.” His voice trembled slightly, revealing the vulnerability he had kept guarded.
“I was so afraid, Felix. When the bus hit, all I could think about was losing you,” she admitted, her voice cracking just slightly. “I could hardly breathe. You mean everything to me.” The sincerity in her gaze pierced through the remnants of fear, igniting hope in Felix—an unshakable sense of something more.
Despite the painful shadows of the night, a tentative smile crept across Felix’s face, illuminating the room like the dawn breaking after a long storm. "Really?" he asked, his voice barely above a whisper, as if he feared shattering the tender moment. “You mean that?”
“Of course I do! You’re not just my friend; you’re so much more than that.” Her voice rang clear, solidifying the truth of their feelings. The acknowledgment swallowed them whole, the energy palpable in the air between them.
With determination surging through him, Felix shifted slightly in bed, carefully positioning himself despite the dull throbbing of pain in his body. Y/N leaned closer, her supportive gaze fueling his resolve.
“I need to tell you this,” he said firmly, locking onto her eyes. “I love you, Y/N. I have for a long time, and I want to be by your side, not just as a friend, but as something so much deeper.” His words flowed like a release, unbound and pure.
The silence that followed felt electric, their shared breaths mingling in the air as the gravity of his confession sank in. Y/N’s heart raced in response, exhilaration casting aside any lingering doubts. A radiant smile broke across her face, lighting up the room. “I love you too, Felix. I always have!”
With those cherished words, something within Felix shifted profoundly. The fear and uncertainty that had plagued him faded into the background, replaced by an overwhelming sense of joy. “So, this means…” he trailed off, hope blooming as he searched her eyes for reassurance.
“It means we’re in this together,” Y/N replied, her voice thick with emotion. “And I’m not going anywhere.” As she spoke, she moved closer, their shared space pulsing with newfound energy.
She reached out to gently cup his face in her hand, her thumb grazing the stubble on his jaw. “Not now, not ever.” The sincerity in her eyes was a soothing balm, wrapping around Felix's heart and calming the storm of worry that still fluttered in his chest.
Emboldened by her touch, Felix leaned in closer, their foreheads nearly touching, the warmth radiating from her adding fuel to the fire of emotions dancing between them. He could feel the weight of everything they had faced that night melt away, leaving only the sweet tension of this moment. “Can I kiss you?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper, thick with both anxiety and eager anticipation.
“Yes,” Y/N breathed, her heart racing at the thought. The simple agreement felt monumental and woven with all the longing that had simmered beneath the surface for so long. Felix closed the gap between them, their lips finally meeting in a soft, tentative exploration.
At first, the kiss was gentle, a muted expression of affection that spoke volumes about all the unshared moments and fears they had faced together. As they leaned into it, the kiss deepened, infused with a mixture of relief, love, and an overwhelming sense of belonging. It was as if they were wrapping themselves in a shared warmth that countered the chill of the night.
As they pulled back slightly, their breaths mingling in the air, the world around them began to blur into nothingness, replaced by the profound connection that surged between them. Felix caught a glimpse of surprise and elation in Y/N's eyes, and a rush of happiness flooded through him. The kiss had solidified the bond they had begun to forge, one that transcended the boundaries of friendship.
The warmth of the moment enveloped them, turning the sterile hospital room into a sanctuary. Felix could hardly believe how much had changed—a chaotic night had transitioned into a beautiful beginning. He gently brushed his fingers along her cheek, cherishing the softness of her skin beneath his touch, feeling an undeniable pull toward her.
“Y/N,” he said softly, still close enough to feel the warmth radiating off her. “I’ve wanted to do that for so long. You have no idea how relieved I am to finally say what’s been in my heart.” His voice trembled slightly, the weight of his emotions surfacing openly now that they had cleared the air between them.
“I’m so glad you did,” she replied, her eyes shining with shared joy. “It’s like a dream finally coming true.” Suddenly, she leaned in, pecking him on the lips again, an innocent yet electric spark igniting between them once more. It was a reaffirmation of their feelings, a declaration that they were no longer bound by mere friendship.
Felix chuckled lightly, the sound warm and filled with affection. “Let’s promise to face whatever comes next together, okay?” His gaze was intense, filled with depths of sincerity and hope.
“I promise,” Y/N replied without hesitation, the conviction in her voice a balm to both their souls. She took a deep breath, feeling the weight of everything they had faced together solidified into an unbreakable bond. “Whatever happens, we’ll be stronger for it.”
In that quiet, dimly lit hospital room, amid the sounds of beeping machines and the distant hum of activity outside, Felix and Y/N shared a moment that felt suspended in time—a moment that held the promise of a thousand tomorrows. The world beyond might still hold uncertainties, but in each other, they found a foundation upon which to build something lasting and beautiful.
As Felix settled back against the pillows, he couldn’t help but smile at Y/N, a newfound lightness filling the space between them. In their hearts, they both knew that tonight was just the beginning of a beautiful journey—one that they would face together, hand in hand.

My friend and I were on a dark green school bus which was being driven erratically down an oceanside dirt road. It was drifting around a hairpin turn and launched into the water over a cliff. I calmly explained to my friend how to us the emergency exits as it crashed into the sea. After we both surfaced, I dove back down into the bus to get my phone so she could play Tetris.

Bus crash kills at least 28 Iranian pilgrims
At least 28 people have been killed in a road accident involving a bus carrying Pakistani pilgrims in central Iran, Iranian state media reported.
The accident occurred late Tuesday night in the central province of Yazd. There were 53 passengers on board the bus, which was travelling to the holy city of Karbala in Iraq to perform the Arbaeen pilgrimage, said Teymour Hoseini, general and head of the road police of Iran’s law enforcement forces.
According to a preliminary investigation by the Yazd Road Police, the accident was caused by a technical defect in the vehicle’s braking system, state media reported on Wednesday.
The pilgrims on the bus were rushing to Iraq to honour Arbaeen, one of the Shiite rituals held annually in the days leading up to the 20th of the month of Safar. They gather in the city of Kerbala for the event, considered the largest annual public gathering in the world. Ali Malekzadeh, director general of crisis management in Yazd, told state television:
Unfortunately, 11 women and 17 men were killed in this accident. Seven of the injured are in critical condition and six of the injured have already left the hospital.
Of the 23 injured, six have been discharged and seven are in critical condition, he also said.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari expressed condolences over the loss of life. He instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide assistance to the victims and bring the bodies of the deceased to their homeland.
Iran has one of the worst road safety records in the world, with about 17,000 deaths annually. The high number of deaths has been blamed on disregard for traffic rules, unsafe vehicles and inadequate emergency services in vast rural areas.

News from Vancouver Island, BC and beyond, 19 June.
Stephen Ewing, a Port Alberney man who was previously sentenced to 16 years in prison for sexual assault, pleaded guilty to new charges of sexual assault with bodily harm and strangulation.
2. The Cameron Bluffs Wildfire near Port Alberni, which has burned 229 hectares of forest, is now under control and suppression efforts have decreased fire behavior.
Highway 4, the only paved road connecting the Island’s west coast communities, is expected to remain closed until at least June 24, and a four-hour long detour route along logging roads remains the only way to reach the west coast.
Helijet is offering a daily round-trip helicopter flight between Nanaimo and Port Alberni starting Monday to circumvent the tricky detour, with a one-way fare costing $175 and booking must be done by calling the airline.
3. The Donnie Creek wildfire in northeastern British Columbia has become the largest individual fire ever recorded in the province's history.
The fire is still out of control and has resulted in evacuation orders for a sparsely populated region primarily used by the forestry and oil and gas industries.
The intensification of wildfire seasons in recent years has been linked to human-caused climate change.
4. BC Health-care unions say new whistleblower protections announced by Adrian Dix for British Columbia won't create conditions for staff to speak freely about the system.
Health-care workers must go through communications departments before speaking publicly or to the press, leading to concerns about narrative control and muzzling.
The new whistleblower protections are welcome, but concerns remain about the complexity of the reporting process and the need to extend protections to workers in private or long-term care facilities.
5. Six of the 10 seniors injured in a bus crash near Carberry, Manitoba, remain in critical condition.
The Canadian Red Cross is providing mobile medical units to displaced people in central Ukraine affected by the war with Russia.
The governments of Ontario and Canada have proposed a $10-billion settlement with the Robinson Huron Treaty Litigation Fund over unpaid annuities for using their lands.
