#Bungo stray dogs season 4 spoilers

Silly thoughts I’ve had upon starting Bungo Stray Dogs Season 4 (spoilers below the cut)

-Ranpo calls Fukuzawa dad unironically. First he did it as a joke like: “Dad I’m hungry!” “Dad, Tanazaki’s bullying me!” “Daaaaaaad!” But now occasionally he’ll call him dad without batting an eyelash and Fukuzawa has a lot of feelings about it- all good ones; just- a lot of them.

- Chuuya’s not allowed to swear on the daily cause he tends to string curses together and be very loud. Before he went and saved the gang from the hunting dogs however he was allowed one curse word by Mori. Any other day he’d have to put money in the swear jar.

-on that note: Kunikida tries not to swear at all around the younger members of the agency. If he’s mad at Dazai, he’ll spell the word instead.

Kuni: “Dazai get your A-S-S up and do your paperwork!”

Kyouka: “*to ranpoe* I know what that spells.”

Ranpoe: “Ass.”

Kyouka: “Ass. Mr. Kunikida. Ass.”

Kunikida: “Stop it”

- Nikolai is an absolute ler and tickle monster- have you seen those portals? He could pop in anywhere and just start tickling! He doesn’t even need to get close to you either; so good luck with revenge. (He looks tickly- get him by surprise and he’s done for!)

-Jouno hates Tetcho the most because he tends to smell the worst post workout and makes it a point to hang around the blind man after. He has no other reason to do so besides being petty.

-Poe buys Karl cute hats. The raccoon never wears them, and when he does he usually tears them up within minutes. That doesn’t stop him from buying them.

I couldn’t help but be reminded of this scene while reading chapter 119

In the manga, it’s phrased slightly differently. He says the goal is to get the girl’s family to “abandon her.”

And then Fyodor does this:

He told Dazai exactly what he was going to do back in chapter 64.

Someone drew a parallel between young Odasaku and young Dazai and now there's a lot on my mind

The same empty cold eyes, both of them were put through so much already while still being just kids. It also makes it easier to understand how Oda managed to understand Dazai's heart and mind so well. Because he was the same.

I wonder how would've been if they ever met at that time, when they were both too young to be alone...

I am officially 4 episodes away from the end of BSD S4 y’all!!! I’m gonna try to finish it this weekend!

KUNI NO! 😭😭😭😭😭 I’m 99% sure he’s okay but my god 😳 He blew himself and the swordsman up in a POOF!

Also I don’t really care for Jouro-Jouno? The white/red tipped hair guy. I’m sure that’ll change soon but right now he’s on my side eye list 😒😒😒 I’ll likely come around by the end of the season.

YOSANO!!! She was already a fave before, but now? 😭😭😭😭😭 Her backstory hurt and made me hate Mori more (is that even possible?) god bless her- she didn’t deserve to suffer with so much burden :( I do love Ranpo and her interacting with one another while the bosses trade blows though!
