Completely forgot to update last night. Apologies.
For those who are wondering, this is Boyle. He’s from the movie.

[No Ina Boyle Symphony 1 recording on Spotify.]
YouTube Links: Boyle 1, Maslanka 7
Submitter's Comments:
Boyle 1 (1 submittal):
I know this piece is not going to win or anything but I just think its so beautiful and I need more people to know about it. The only recording I can find is on YouTube. Anyway I'm not really sure how to describe it except it reminds me a lot of Ralph Vaughan Williams, one of my favourite composers (Also I'm surprised no one has nominated his 5th symphony yet), as it has some really folksy inspiration and modal harmony. Some of my favourite moments (sry I don't have access to the score) are: The opening oboe solo, The theme at 2:42 (Violins) / 3:16 (Cellos), and the section 15:03 - 16:24 (So sad but also heroic, literally makes me want to cry ;-;) (also it returns at 19:10 but even more sad somehow). From what I've read Ina spent most of her life near Glencree and the imagery of the Irish countryside I get when listening to this just really makes me want to go visit. Thanks for reading this sorry its so long oops.
Maslanka 7 (1 submittal):
The piano intro is lovely like girl really decided this was a piano concerto
