The summer festival seemed like a good excuse to be out and about on the town, but Gabe was feeling a little...overwhelmed by the crowds of people, the loud music...or maybe even something else that was crawling just beneath his skin. But even if he still wasn't quite feeling himself (would he ever, really, or should he just accept some sort of new normal?) Juni had been convincing enough to drag him out and introduce him to her sibling, Cricket.

He had more or less been sticking to them like glue - Juni and Cricket - because at least familiarity was a comfort. But as the sun started setting he kept feeling more and more on edge. Maybe getting out of the huge crowds would be good...and Witches Brew looked relatively low key right now. "Want to grab an iced coffee, or something?" He offered to Cricket as his finger combed through his hair, teeth digging into his bottom lip and eyes searching for something - though he wasn't quite sure what. Maybe caffeine wasn't the greatest choice right about now to calm his paranoia. "Or maybe like. A hot chocolate...? Tea? What's good there?"
