Birth induction! As a practitioner that honors natural birth and it's own natural timing I disagree with induction for the sake of convenience or because of fears of 'big babies'. I understand that often we get really excited to meet baby and want to hurry things along or we are too physically uncomfortable or there is other health complications and people want a safe, effective, non medical and non invasive way to help things facilitate. Babies will come when they are ready, but just as you or I may resist taking a big step in life because of fear, that is often the case for babies too. Often they just need some help getting ready for the biggest leap of their life. This is where BodyTalk is amazing! I have a great success in helping to encourage babies into the world, while helping to optimize fetal positioning, birther-baby communication, reduce fear and stress for both and so much more. How does BodyTalk do this? We work at the level of the subconscious to facilitate better communication within the system. I essential 'talk' to baby and get to the root of why they aren't coming yet or maybe it's fear or resistance within the birthing person (BTW I LOVE to work with surrogacy births and help ease the separation for adoption births- hence my avoidance of word 'mother' and have yet to work with a transgender or non-binary birther but I'm available for it). BodyTalk will uncover what's going on and work to resolve it. Stress reduction is crucial throughout pregnancy and BodyTalk is a safe and enjoyable way to reduce stress and enhance your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. I offer birth prep in person and online, birth support in person and virtually. If you're pregnant BodyTalk should be an essential part of your life. If you're anxious to meet this baby book a birth prep session today! New No induction guarantee
One thing I am most passionate about is eliminating the use of medical induction just because they've gone past their due date. Outcomes of inductions are unfavorable and can be avoided. Prenatal BodyTalk helps both the birthing person and baby to reduce fear, increase communication and just be ready and excited for birth. I offer a special birth prep session at 36 or 37 weeks which focuses on optimal fetal position and setting the stage for birth. Most often no other help is needed if clients have been receiving BodyTalk sessions regularly through pregnancy. I am so confident of it that I now offer a no induction guarantee. If labour hasn't begun on its own by 41 weeks you get an extra free session (or as much work as it takes) to get things going without pharmacology.
