Birth induction! As a practitioner that honors natural birth and it's own natural timing I disagree with induction for the sake of convenience or because of fears of 'big babies'. I understand that often we get really excited to meet baby and want to hurry things along or we are too physically uncomfortable or there is other health complications and people want a safe, effective, non medical and non invasive way to help things facilitate.
