[Doc] There's a heart shaped box on the table along with a note in clear navy blue ink. 'Sweetie, I don't understand this holiday but I hope you enjoy this.' Inside are indeed chocolates, but going left to right it reads 'my dear symphony' in the katakana outlines on white chocolate coverings.

Syph wasn’t sure what to expect today for Valentines Day, knowing that Doc didn’t really grasp the kind of traditions she grew up with, or other humans. But finding the box on the table, she took the note into her hands to read it, placing it against her chest before opening the box.

Inside, was indeed chocolates, but the icing on the cake was the katakana outlines made out of white chocolate upon the chocolates, making it that much more special for her. Oh how she loved this man, and her heart and SOUL was all a flutter from it.

Is she going to scurry off to hug and kiss him to bits? Yes she is, all the smooches and hugs.

“I’ll miss being here in the Orange Islands, but its the best vacation we’ve ever had. And now...”

“....I get to spend the rest of my life with the man I love. Looks like the start of a brand new adventure!”

"Sweetheart," Doc chimes in from the table. "I was thinking we could go on a tour of some of the islands. See a lot of the places and try new foods- well, new for Sami and I. And considering we have a connoisseur of that general area right here~" he chuckles. "That should make things more lighthearted."

“The islands?”

“That sounds like a fantastic idea!” She agreed with a grin and a giggle, liking the idea of a tour and trip more and more. It was about time they took some time to themselves and went on a family vacation.

“That’ll be great for our little vacation. We should start making reservations early.”

It’s her hand, wearing the ring on her finger. It’s a metal band with petrified wood surrounding it, along with an orange sapphire as its centerpiece.

"I know it isn't much, simfoni saya, but I figure that you're not one for extravagance. Merry Gyftmas, my love." The old feathered fool holds out a velvet box that holds a platinum chain necklace inside of two joined hearts, one her soul shade of blue and one his soul color of silvery white. The back of it simply reads 'to the song of my soul'.

He was right about one thing, she wasn’t one for extravagant things, or fancy stuff. But the box surely caught her off guard. Gently taking it into her hands, she opened the box and stared inside, eyes widening and…she was even starting to tear up.

“My goodness, i-its beautiful..” She whispered and looked up towards him, trying her hardest not to cry. “Merry Gyftmas to you too dear."

I sometimes wonder how things went, how we met through the first few times I started working under Fleur for the Embassy. Then I keep thinking on how we slowly started to get to know one another, to bond.

Now? I really can’t see myself without you here, by my side.

I know you keep up the illusions around the neighbors to blend in but…really? I wish you didn’t need to.

I adore you just the way you are. You’re amazing with the Pokemon, helping me around the daycare, and even around the island with me. There’s so much more I want to know about you too. Sometimes its just nice, to cuddle in your recliner and just enjoy the silence.

[Doc] "Happy Birthday, sweetheart. I got you something while I was out on business." He holds out a small velvet box; inside it is an elven filagree wire-wrap necklace, the stone in the middle as labradorite. "The elven royal magister sends her regards."

Carefully, she takes the box into her hands and opens it, peeking inside to see the gift. Her eyes grow wide and her breath is taken away by how gorgeous the necklace was.

“Oh my goodness!”

She’s in a complete giggle fit with arms wrapped tightly around his neck, peppering kisses on his face. “Thank you so much Doc! Really, you didn’t have to do this. Oh! I definitely want to send a thank you letter to her! Thank youuuu!”

Syph is just.....going to stay in her boyfriend’s arms and let him be her rock to help keep her grounded.

How did I get so lucky to meet such a kind-hearted monster like Doc? I know theres many things in his past that he wishes to forget, that made him who he is today, but still, I love every bit of him. Maybe I should break old habits I keep having, because hes starting to notice things others usually don’t.

…I can open up to him, and he doesn’t judge me. All my scars? He finds them beautiful. I’m crying just thinking about him. Love him so much!

Out of nowhere, Doc literally sweeps his girlfriend off her feet, a smile - not sly nor devious - showing on his features, single eyelight gentle and dim from having just woken up. ❝ Good afternoon, simfoni sava. I trust the morning has fared you well? ❞

Well that surely caught her off-guard, yet again. Oh with the squeal from her being swept off her feet, she turned her head to look at him, puffing up her cheeks. How could he be so quiet and sneak up on her like that?

“Sneaky you are. Mhm, its been a good morning..”

Sounds like hes not the only one just trying to wake up.

“He made me chocolate mochi to cheer me up yesterday, and even cooked dinner wearing an adorable ‘Kiss the Cook’ apron on. I love this man.”
