The beeping sound of your alarm annoyed you as you eyed the phone. You sigh and roll into the big warm chest of Hal. He pops open an eye and chuckles.

“Call off.” He mumbles as you shake your head.

“I have to work it’s Pie day at The Diner, otherwise I would,” Hal whines as you kiss him he pulls you on top of him.

You smirk straddling him as your hands trail down his body. Hal’s eyes darken as you bite your lip.

“I could be a little late.” Hal thrusts his hips up into you as you wiggle your eyebrows at him.

“Please Darling....” You chuckle as feel how needy he is.

“Last night wasn’t enough for you Hal?” He lets out a low growl as you feel his erection hit your thigh. You chuckle as you lean down and kiss him deeply as Hal tangles his fingers in your hair.

“Darling, Baby please.” He moans as slowly aline yourself with his entrance and slam down on him.

“Fuck baby.” Hal throws his head back as you rock back and forth on him. Hal thursts deep inside you as you grab onto the headboard. Hal smirks as his hands rest on your hips as you move up and down on him.

“Just call off we can do this all morning.” Hal moans as his hands dig deep in your hips. You smirk as you ride him hard. Mornings with Hal was always your favorite.

“It’s Pie Wednesday I can’t.” You lean down as you bite down on his ear. Hal moans as you smirk.

“Be a good boy and maybe I’ll call off tomorrow.” Hal nods as he stares up as you.

“Now as much as I enjoy riding you we have to hurry up,” Hal smirks as he flips you on your back.

“Then allow me.” He grows in your ear. You look up at him his body and eyes moving in such a motion.

“Of course baby.” You smirk at him.

With it being Pie Wednesday you had to rush. Hal watches you sprawled on the bed looking up at you.

“How did I get so lucky?” He whispers as you turn and smile at him as you fix your skirt. You tie your apron around your waist as you put on your little hat.

“I’m the lucky one Sugar.” You wink as you lean over and kiss him sweetly. Hal sigh as he wraps an arm around you.

“I’ll be in shortly, the boys need me to do some Biker stuff. Plus General is getting a new paint job.” Your eyes light up.

“Oh is General getting that Cherry red?” Hal smiles big.

“Yes and tonight I’ll pick you up and well go for a ride.” You smile big.

“I love you, Hal.” You kiss him but stop realizing what you said. Hal’s eyes widen a little as you stand up.

“Well, I better go.” Hal just stares after you as you hurry out.

Way to go saying I love you that was smart you could smack yourself.

You were a little unfocused after that. You got all your Pies done and everything seemed great.

“I love you, Hal.” Keeps going off in your head. How could you have said that? Well, it was true you were in love with Hal, you’ve had a thing for Hal since the first time he rode up on his motorcycle and ordered a milkshake from you. He was charming and dashing even if everyone said to stay away from Hal and his biker gang.

Hal and his gang had always looked out and protected your diner, helped out when you needed it. Even before Hal and you dated he would wait with you during your shift.

You really hope saying I love you didn’t ruin it.

“Hey! Long-time no see Ruby.” You stop as there sat Tommy Olson. You shake your head.

“Hey, Tommy what brings you in?” Tommy just smiles big seeing you.

“Well, I hear its Pie Wednesday.” You smile and nod.

“It is so what slice do you want?” Tommy just smiles as he gently places a hand on your lower back.

“Well... Why not one slice of each. Especially from such a beautiful woman like you.” You shake your head as you nod.

Tommy watches you and smiles as you bring him a slice of each pie.

“That’s a lot of pie for one person.” Tommy just chuckles.

“Yeah well, your the best pie maker in the town.” You smile at that as Tommy can’t take his eyes off you.

“So I was wondering... Would you love to accompany me to dinner and a movie? Frank’s Pasta like old times.” Your eyes look up at him.

“Oh Tommy that’s very sweet of you but I’m seeing someone.” Tommy frowns at that.

“I heard I was hoping that wasn’t true, Hal the Biker... He always had a thing for you” You eye him hard,

“Hal is a gentleman and is not what some people say he is.” Tommy eyes you as he eats a slice of pie.

“I see.” You sigh and start to leave as Tommy gently grabs your wrist.

“I just worry about you, you have the biggest heart ever, you have always been very special to me.” You stop as he gently reaches up to cup your cheeks...

*Ding* The bell on the door goes off as Hal walks in but stops.

You pull free from Tommy as you walk back to your station.

Hal eyes Tommy as Tommy looks over he nods at Hal.

Hal tries to keep cool as he walks over and sits on his normal stool.

You turn around and light up seeing him.

“Hey, stranger.” Hal just smiles at you.

“Hey doll, you Olsen looked cozy.” You stop as his eyes darken.

“What does that mean? Tommy is a friend, yes, but I made it very clear that you and I are together.” Hal just scuffs as he chews on a straw.

“Sure looked like friends.” You stare at him.

“What is your problem? Tommy is a friend nothing more, Hal.”

Hal does a dark laugh.

“Really a friend? You know doll he’s always had a thing for you, all those little dinners he’d take you too back in the day. Well and he could afford that.”

Your eyes wide at Hal’s words.

“Outside now.” You mutter as you walk around the counter and outside. Hal just follows you.

You stare at Hal shaking your head. As you pace Hal just eyes you.

“Darling, what are you really doing with a guy like me?” Your eyes flash to him as Hal just puts his hands in his pockets.

“Why are we back to this Hal? Is it because I said I love you? I’m sorry if that scared you but I meant it. Hal, your not what some people call you or say about you, you are so much more than what they say. Hal why can’t you see that?”

Hal just shakes his head as his eyes meet yours as he looks sad.

“This is as far as it ever goes with me, Darling.” Your eyes wide at that.

“What are you saying?” Hal just smiles small at you as he leans in and kisses your head.

“I’ll make sure the boys keep an eye on here. You take care okay.” You grab his arm.

“Hal stop it. What is going on with you? What do you mean this is as far as it ever goes with you? Hal talk to me.”

Hal just shakes his head.

“You are far too good for me Doll, I’ll only drag you done. Go be with Olsen he’s perfect for you.”

You stare at him with hurt and anger. Hal just smiles small as he turns to walk towards General.

“I love you, Hal.” Hal stops as he flashes you look.

“You shouldn’t sweetheart.” He walks to General. Yous see the cherry red paint job, you were supposed to go for a ride. You watch as he doesn’t give you a second look as he drives off.

Your eyes water as your heart cracks.

Yup saying I love you was stupid.

You hoped Hal would come back, but he never did. You looked all shift for Hal. Your heart hurts. You close up as you keep hoping Hal would stroll in as he always did. But he never did.

You head out and feel sadness, No Hal to be with you as you walked home. Sure the town was safe but you loved walking with Hal, his jacket always drapped around you. You hurried home.

Being home felt odd, you spent so much at Hal’s place you hadn’t been home in ages. You look around as you slip out of your uniform and dig through to find something... Your hands stop on a big red paild shirt.

You hold it close as you slip it on. It still smelt like Hal. You crawl into your lonely bed.

Maybe you could try calling Hal tomorrow. Maybe he’d listen...

You wipe the stray tear away.

You’d be sad over Hal yes, but you weren’t going to cry over him.

If he truly didn’t want you anymore so be it.

Your bed still smelt like her... You missed her, missed those yes, her in your arms. Everything. It pained you to stay away to not be with her, but she was better off.

When she told you she loved you it made your heart soar you’ve been in love with her as long as you could remember. To know she loved you made you yearn and want that life with her.

Everything would have been okay but then you saw...

Tommy Olsen being flirty and close to her and everything snapped.

Tommy had money, had a great job and what did you have? A shop and you were a leader of a gang. Not much to give someone.

Tommy could give you the world, take you out on dinners all the time, he wanted you to have something great and Hal just didn't believe he was right for you.

“Boss Man she’s here again.” Hal looks up at Tucker his right hand and shakes his head.

“Tell her I’m not here.” Tucker just frowns he hates this.

“Okay boss...” Tucker grumbles as he walks.

He smiles small at you.

“Sorry, Ruby...” You just nod and sit down the two pies.

“I made an Apple and a Cherry” You hope to catch a glimpse of Hal but you never do. Your heart falls as Tucker just pats your shoulder.

“I’ll make sure he gets this. The boys appreciate it.” You nod and slowly walk out your eyes go the Cherry Red paint job of Generals. You frown you know Hal’s there and he’s refusing to see you.

You wanted to keep strong and not cry over him but here you were holding back tears again.

Hal Carter didn’t deserve your tears.

Another busy day at the diner you were so caught up in your orders you never saw him.

“Hey, there’s my favorite girl.” Your eyes look up for a moment you thought it was Hal but your heart falls when you realize its Tommy.

“Oh hey, Tommy.” Tommy studies you.

“You know come to dinner and a movie with me Ruby come on.” You look up and shake your head at Tommy.

“That’s nice and all Tommy but I’m serious...” Tommy just sighs.

“You are too good for him Darling.” Your eyes widen as you look at Tommy.

“How dare you say that you don’t know Hal like I do, and no one but him calls me Darling.”

Tommy holds his hands up as you just walk by him.

“And another thing Tommy, you are not my type, your a nice guy but I’ll never date you.”

You walk back to the walk in to cool off as you shut the door and let out a scream.

The rush had finally died down as you sent everyone home. You sweep the diner and sigh you needed to give up on Hal. You tried now for weeks but he wasn’t budging. You loved him but there’s no sense wasting your life for someone who doesn’t want you.

The bell rings.

“We are closing up but I can get you a slice of pie or a burger.”

“Sweetheart.” You drop the broom as you look up at Hal.

You take him in and eye him funny.

“What are you wearing?”

Hal Chuckles as he smiles at you.

“What do you think? I’ve been trying to get a good job... Put on my Sunday best. I want a good honest job for you Darling.”Your eyes widen as you walk up to Hal.

“Hal you don’t have to get a better job, I just want you. I’ve never disliked what you did. Don’t change for me. Change because you want to.”

Hal gets lost in your eyes as he pulls you tightly in his arms and kisses your head.

“I missed you, Darling, I missed my Diner Girl so much.” You chuckle as you look up at him.

“Why should I forgive you, Hal?” Hal sighs as he picks up your chin.

“I was a damn fool, a damn fool. But I’m yours always and forever. I love you, Sweetheart, I’ve loved you for as long as I can remember. If you forgive me I’ll spend the rest of my life showing you.”

You get lost in his blue eyes and look at him, your eyes take in his nice clothes. You chuckle.

“I do say you look great in these clothes Hal...” You look up at him.

“I’ll forgive you on condition.” Hal raises an eyebrow as he leans into you.

“Anything Darling.” You smile.

“I want a ride on General.” Hal just lets out a breath as he picks you up and swings you all around the diner. Your Jukebox kicks on suddenly as Hal dips you and spins you all around the diner.

“I love you so much, Darling.” You beam up at him as your lips meet Hal dips you and kisses you deeply as you hold onto him.

“Come on my Diner Gal let’s go for that ride.” You smile big as you take his hand. You lock up the diner as Hal guides you on his bike.

“Hal?” He stops and looks at you.

“Yes, Sweetheart?” You lean up and kiss him as you cup his cheeks.

“Never ever feel like your not good enough for me ever again. You hear me?”

Hal just smiles as he nods.

“I promise Darling.” Hal gets you on the bike as he slides on you wrap your arms around him as he smiles.

“Right where you belong.” You smile up at him.

Hal starts up General as he revs the engine as he speeds out of The Diner Parking lot.

You can’t stop smiling as you were back to where you belonged.

Super fluffy with biker!hal where the reader literally runs to where him and his gang hangs out when she’s being chased by some drunk idiots and running into Hal’s arms shaking and crying and begging him to protect her and while he is calming her down to of his fellow bikers confront the guys chasing her but it isn’t until a livid Hal goes up to them that they scream like little babies. End with some passionate kisses + Hal giving reader his leather jacket and holding her close on his lap

Hal grumbles at you,

“Doll come on tonight was supposed to be about us!.” You shake your head as you finish getting ready.

“Yeah well as an owner of a business sometimes work comes first Hal.” Hal just grumbles watching you put on your uniform.

“Well you're the owner I don’t get why you have to go in we had plans tonight! Get someone else to cover this shift.” You eye Hal as he just throws a fit.

“I’m not going to call someone else in. I’m the owner of the Diner and I’m going on. I’m bummed yes because I was excited for date night but I can’t help it. Why can’t we just do Date Night Tomorrow?”

“Yeah whatever I don’t even know why I planned anything for you.” Your heart hurts at his words as you just shake your head at him.

“You know what Hal Carter take your date night and shove it. Not all of us are the head of a Biker Gang. Excuse me for having my own responsibilities.”

You grab your hat and storm out leaving Hal to think about his words.

The night had been slow, not many customers. You were still pissed at Hal about his words. You were so excited for date night it wasn’t like you wanted this. You hear the bell ding as you look up you could tell these two guys were drunk as you sigh and walk over to serve them.

“Well aren’t you pretty sugar.” You roll your eyes as you ask for their orders.

“I want you.” The other one smirks as you sigh.

“Fellows either you order off the menu or I’m gonna ask you two to leave.” They both grumble as you eye them.

“Well, you don’t have to be a bitch.”

You get really angry at that as you slam your hands down.

“Get out and leave I don’t allow that kind of talk or disrespect in my diner. There’s the door leave.” You snap as the two drunks just grumble and slur at you more. They storm out of your diner as you shake your head. You didn’t have time for rude assholes like them.

Locking up for the night you thought Hal would come by you never saw him. Sighing you start your walk to yours and Hal place. Walking at night never scared this was a safe place a safe area. You think of what you could say when you hear a truck.

“Hey, sugar we got you alone now.” You stop as you see the two drunks get out of their truck. You freeze you didn’t know what to do in the diner you were safe but out here...

“Not so tough is she now?” One snickers as you reach in your purse for your mace. You ready yourself as they come at you. You spray one in the eyes.

“AH, THIS BITCH!” You quickly start running as the other one starts chases you.

“Come on Sugar! We just want to play with you!” You keep running no way you wanted these creeps knowing where you lived. You were scared but you had to keep it together. You knew there was one place you’d be safe. Hal’s Garage. You keep running.

“We won’t stop till we get you Sugar!” You try and breath but your so scared inside as you see Hal’s garage and lucky for you everyone seems to be out and about.

“HAL!” You scream causing everyone to stop as Hal pipes up his eyes widen seeing you in this state.

“Darling?” You run to him and jump in his arms holding him tight and buring your face in his chest you start crying a little and shake as Hal holds you close

“Darling what’s wrong? Why are you shaking? Oh shit... I wanted to pick you up... I lost track of time... Doll?” You just cry in his arms as Hal starts to feel fury build up inside.

“Where is she? Sugar? Where are you?” Hal’s hold on you tightens when he hears and sees those men. His eyes are full of fury.

“They are drunk... I kicked them out of the diner... They were waiting for me when I left and... they chased me.”

Hal is about ready to murder someone when Tucker approaches them.

“Hey, fellows heard you like chasing women. We don’t accept that or allow that. Now you’ll best get a move on before we do something.”

The drunk men just roll their eyes.

“We just want to see that little waitress she’s around here right? Oh, Sugar where are you?”

Hal loses it and gently sits you down on his bike. He marches up to the drunk guys and grabs one by the shirt.

“You better fuck off and leave my gal alone. You think it's okay to chase and harass her? You ever come near her or ever set foot in that diner again I will chase you out of this town. Now you and your buddy better leave or so help me I’ll make your life a living hell.” Hal shoves the guy as they both back away.

“We didn’t mean... We...” They look scared shitless as they back away and quickly leave.

Hal walks back to you as you jump in his arms he holds you close and tight. Kissing your head.

“I’m so sorry babe... I’m so sorry. Are you okay?” You nod and just hold Hal tight as he pulls your chin up and stares deeply in your eyes.

“I love you my Diner Gal and if anything ever happened to you I’d lose my mind.” He leans down and kisses you deeply as you wrap your arms around him tightly and kiss him.

“Never let me go Hal.” You whisper as Hal shakes his head. It was rare to see you so vulnerable he holds you close and kisses your head.

“Never I’ll Never Let You Go.” You smile up at him as Hal feels you shake and gently slips off his jacket and wraps you up in it.

“Come on Doll let’s go home.” You smile at him and take his hand.

“I love you, Hal.” He kisses you deeply again.

“And I love you my Diner Gal.”

You know Hal would always Protect you. He was your Biker Hero.

Hal smiles watching as you started on your Strawberry Pie. He licks his lips.

“Adding some sugar I see.” You look behind and smirk as Hal wiggles his eyebrows.

“You want it sweet don’t you?” Hal smirks as he comes up and wraps his arms around you as you smile and lean into him. He trails kisses down your neck as you mix the strawberries together.

“Darling I love that you always make pies.” You stop and chuckle.

“Who said I was making this for you? Maybe I’m making it for the boys.” Hal just grumbles as you smirk.

“You wouldn’t.” You wink as Hal gives your ass a squeeze you chuckle as Hal kisses your neck.

“I don’t want to leave.” You smile as Hal frowns.

“I know but it shouldn’t be long right? Just a meeting with the gang. Plus when you come back this pie will be waiting for you.” You wink as Hal smiles he leans up and kisses you.

“Then if nothing else seems to be an issue I President Hal of The Outlaws deem this meeting over.”

Everyone nods as Hal smiles he wanted to get out of here. Tucker his second in command smirks.

“You are all chipper and happy.” Hal smiles and nods.

“Always I got a sweet gal and a sweet pie waiting for me.” Tucker chuckles and shakes his head.

“Get out of here you,” Hal smirks and nods as he walks out to General and smiles as he starts it up.

Hal smiles as he drives down to his house. He stops at the stop sign. His eyes follow the cute little puppy walking across the street Hal watches it.

“Hey, pup.” The puppy stops and wags its tail as it walks over to Hal. Hal moves his bike to the side as he rubs its little head.

“Where you headed little guy?” Hal loves his blue eyes as the puppy barks and wags his tail. Hal chuckles noticing he looked a little thin.

“You hungry buddy? Wanna come home with me?” The pup barks as Hal chuckles he goes to grab him as The puppy runs. Hal frowns.

“Come back, buddy.” The puppy stops and barks at him as Hal nods and follows him. The puppy leads Hal to a little alley and a box.

“Is this your home?” The puppy barks at the box as out pops out a tiny kitten. Hal just stops.

“Ah, you didn’t want me to leave your friend.” Hal coos to the Kitten as the kitty slowly walks to him. Hal smiles

“Hi, there kitty do you want to come home with me?”

The kitten purrs and rubs against Hal. He chuckles as he gently picks up the kitten and the puppy.

“Now ridding home is gonna be tricky with both of you. But we’ll make it work.”

He just smiles though. Hoping you’d enjoy the two new guests.

Smiling you pull out the pie from the fridge as you get it ready Hal should be here any moment. You smile as the door opens.

“Darling.” You look up as Hal has a funny expression. You smile.

“Yes Hal?” He walks in hiding the puppy and kitten in his jacket. You look up as Hal slowly reveals his two hidden stowaways.

“So I find these two..” Your eyes widen as you walk over you see the puppy and kitten.

“Oh you found them?” Hal nods as you pick up the kitten and smile.

“Well, she does seem a little skinny.” You smile as she purrs in your arms. The puppy barks happy as you rub his head.

“I’m sure we can find them home but I thought...” You raise your eyes at him and shake your head.

“They already have a home with us.” Hal smiles big as he spins the puppy around.

“Did you hear that you can stay with us.” You laugh as you grab a can of Tuna and open it for the kitty you sit her on the counter as she rubs against you.

“We need to name them.” Hal smiles as he eyes the puppy.

“Do you remember that movie Snow Dogs?” You nod as Hal holds the puppy to you.

“Demon.” You laugh as you take Demon and hold him.

“Well, he doesn’t look like a Demon but okay.” He licks your face as you smile and hold him close. Hal smiles big as you look over as the kitty eats up the tuna.

“What should we call this beautiful girl?” Hal strokes her head as she purrs as she eats.

“Junebug.” Hal eyes you as you walk over.

“Based on her age she was born in June.” Hal chuckles as he nods.

“Demon and JuneBug welcome to our little family.” You smile as Hal eyes the pie on the table.

“Oh is that mine?” You laugh

“No, it’s for Junebug and Demon.” You smirk as Hal rolls his eyes taking Junebug off the table and holds her close.

“Would you want some of mom’s pie Junebug?” You smile watching him as you hold Demon close.

“Just a little whip cream don’t tell mom okay?”

Demon licks you as you feel something stir inside your belly your hand goes down to your stomach as you smile watching Hal.

You were busy getting your Peach Cobbler done. The sweet crumble that your grams had taught you since you were a child was really want made the cobbler taste amazing. You add sugar and cinnamon to the peaches as you wait for the butter to soften.

You hear the ding of your bell and frown. You were closed and you could have sore you locked the door.

“We are closed you yell back.” You get to making the crumble when you feel hands wrap around your waist as your pulled into the giant arms of...

“Hal!” You scold as you elbow his chest. Hal nuzzles your neck as he lays his hands on your hips.

“My Diner Gal, you didn’t lock the door not smart my Diner Gal.” He nips your ear as you lay into him.

“Hm, I guess I forgot maybe I hoped a Biker guy would storm in.” Hal chuckles as you keep making your crumble.

Hal eyes the peaches on the counter and smiles big.

“Oh, you're making your grams Cobbler. I don’t know what I like more this or your Cherry...” He winks as you smack him.

“Hal I need to focus.” Hal just nods as he takes a seat and watches you as you make the clobber.

“Can I help ya, Darling?” You look up at him and smile.

“Yes if you’d like to stir up the peaches make sure they taste sweet enough,” Hal smirks as he winks. He did love sweet peaches.

“Can do Darling.” He saunters over as he tastes the peaches and adds a little more sugar and cinnamon and stirs them up as you asked. He would never tell his boys this but he loved cooking with you.

He takes the bowl to you as you smile and nod.

“Thank you, Hal.” He winks as he rests his head on your shoulder.

“So General is all tuned had her oil changed today, I washed her. Would you want to get out of this town for a night and go for a ride?” You lean into him as you smile.

“Why should I say yes?” Hal laughs in your neck. You were a sucker for his laughs.

“There’s this dance, and I would love to spin you around the dance floor darling.” He nibbles your neck as you smile.

“Well... I guess.” You smirk. As Hal just holds you close.

“Darling can I ask what you see me.” He says quietly you look behind and see him deep in thought his eyes sad.

“Hal... Where is this coming from?” Hal just looks down as you bring his chin up to meet your eyes.

“Hal baby talk to me.” Hal sighs.

“I overheard Miss Jenkins and Sally Mae talking how it was sad that such a young beautiful girl like you was running with me. That you could do better, a well-respected man like Tommy Olson.”

You just stare at him and shake her head.

“Well Sally Mae slept with any guy who breathed near her in school and Miss Jenkins is lonely and sad since Mr. Jenkins died. She’s just sad and a bit bitter.”

Hal smiles small at that but still looks sad.

“Tommy Olson though... He has money comes from a good family....” You glare at him.

“Hal Carter I won’t stand for that talk. I know what I deserve I know my worth and I want the Biker guy who sends my heart fluttering, who stays with me all through my shift and who makes me feel like I’m the only woman alive.”

Hal just smiles as he pulls you in his arm and kisses you deeply. You wrap your arms around his neck as Hal kisses you and spins you around.

“My Sweet Peach.” You chuckle and just stare in his beautiful eyes.

“Oh, The Clobber should be done!” Hal sits you down as you hurry to the fridge. Hal just smiles he was totally head over heels in love with you.

“Hal do you want some Cobbler?” Hal smiles

“You bet your sweet peaches I want some.” You chuckle as Hal watches you make him a plate.

He licks his lips watching you. If Hal wasn’t careful he was going to start packing on the pounds with all the amazing meals you made him. But Hal didn’t care he had you and that’s all that mattered.
