Eddie- Every movie in the Fast and the Furious franchise (These movies are the reason no losers want to drive with him)

Mike- Matilda (He read the novel first and was so excited when he found out they were making a movie adaptation)

Ben- Enchanted (He loves a good rom com also he knows all the songs by heart)

Bev- Labyrinth (She thinks Sarah is kickass and also who doesn’t love David Bowie?)

Stan- Patch Adams (It’s not that he particularly loves the movie, but he took Patty to see it for their first date so it will always be special to him)

eddie’s middle name when i write him is always isaiah. it’s biblical, it’s pretty, and i just think eddie’s mom is very much about pretty perfect things and edward isaiah kaspbrak is just a pretty little name

richie

alwaysssss wentworth! always! richard wentworth tozier is so ingrained into my mind that it’s almost canon to me. i just think wentworth and maggie are the type to name their kids after themselves and when richie was born they were like okay cute, little boy, dads name as his middle name.

i think stanley asher is so cute and it’s also a popular name in hebrew and it goes well with his last name so i do love it. truth be told i did do a little digging when i was 14 and needing a middle name for stan and asher was one of the names that kept showing up on popular jewish names websites so it kinda just stuck w me. stanley asher uris ur so famous to me <3

what would the losers dress up as for halloween?

let's pretend im not answering this 2 days after halloween..... :)

BUT i think that the losers would loooooooove a good group costume. i think one of my earliest hcs on this blog was that one year when the losers are super young (lets pretend that they established the losers club when they were younger ok), maggie takes all of them out trick or treating and, and maggie dresses up and snow white and the losers are the 7 dwarves!!!! i still think that would be so so cute T^T

i think that as they get older they would still try to go a group costume, it would be harder to find a 7-person costume to go as but i think they'd somehow always make it work. i remember one time i saw a group of people go as the 7 deadly sins, like one person dressed in pyjamas and acted sleepy for sloth, one person dressed entirely in green for envy, one person wore a sexy outfit for lust, etc etc, i think the losers could have fun with that. also not specifically an exact 7-person costume, but like taking a franchise with lots of characters and choosing some to dress up as together: like care bears (fun fact my friends and i did care bears one year for halloween in high school, it was super fun hehe), mario characters, superheroes.... i just think they'd love to all dress up together as a group! makes it so fun, especially if they all work on making their costumes together :)) and i just know that in a group costume they would fight over who gets to be which character lololol

also bonus: i looked up "7-person group halloween costume" for some inspo and i found this group costume of "shark week"

and this is also SO GOOD, i defs think they would do this lolol

1. Mike - pure talent, charmingly and effortlessly moves well with the music, leaves the Losers stunned

2. Eddie - pure talent too, he's very graceful, the rest are surprised by how adorable he looks when he moves his hips to pop songs (cheerleader Eddie YAAAS)

3. Bev - what can't she do?

4. Stan - he may be subtle about it but he's not awkward at all, play a song that he likes and people are shocked with it because wow

5. Ben - adorably awkward and tries his best to keep up with the rhythm, lets Bev guide him in the dance floor

6 and 7. Bill and Richie - cannot dance for shit!!! they'll just tangle their legs with each other's and fall on the floor

headcanon that the losers exchange gifts in december just for the fun of it. richie always gives gag gifts and eddie is always complaining about it, bev and ben always put all their thought and care into their gifts, usually ben buys the losers a book that he spent awhile picking out, but nobody besides mike and eddie actually reads them. bev and bill just buys them action figures and comic books, which they all appreciate. stan makes everyone a card and just puts a couple dollars in them, and mike and eddie just buy clothes because they can never think of anything else

The World of IT, the book. It lists the characters in a very specific way. it isn't alphabetical so do you think it would be by whose the oldest? I know it isn't logical because of their birthday placements but it's just some random post.

• Bill is the first loser in their chapter, and since they were all born in the same year then his birthday would probably be sometime in January. (January 4th)

• Richie is the second loser in this chapter, his birthday is canonically March 7th which would make him the second eldest of the group also meaning there are no February birthdays

• Mike is next, which doesn't really surprise me because he looks like he would be one of the oldest, and when he got to an older age he helped around the farm. In the movie it kind of shows that once he turned thirteen he was apparently old enough to his grandfather to help around the farm. (July 1st, maybe??)

• Beverly Marsh, I always thought her birthday would be sometime in July also. Maybe towards the end? (July 23rd)

• Eddie Kaspbrak, you would expect him to be the baby of the losers because of his size but no! But he still isn't counted as one of the oldest and that probably disappoints him. (August 7th)

• Ben Hanscom, I definitely expected him to be the baby of the group. Him being the new kid and all, the losers probably thought he'd be older. But nope, he was 11 going on 12. He's fairly smart for his age and probably skipped a grade. (September 27th)

• Stanley Uris, the last chapter of the losers. I don't think he'd be the youngest. I'd switch him out with Ben. But as I'm doing, it's just a little theory. And if he was the youngest, he'd be 12. (November 19th)
