After taking a long break I finally got back to working out today and even though I thought I might not make it through this super long work out and almost quit a couple times, I kept going! Each and every song made me want to stay and see what was next. It was totally worth it and I am so thankful that I was able to finish the work out. I started my journey with @getsupernatural over a year ago and I am so thankful for not just the physical but also the mental and emotional help this gave my brain!
