Now that the theory exams are over, I was feeling a bit bored, so I tried a new eyeliner look.

Vampire! Paulchard wedding is my ultimate dream. Includes loud Rammstein concert on the roof of an old castle, fountain of blood from wedding cake, and wedding orgy in massive casket

Soooo i bit of the video of Du riechst so gut' (2nd video) and then 'Mann gegen Mann' in the Haifisch-casket?

Come to think of it, i don't think we've had a Rammstein video with loads of blood yet, doesn't seem to be their vibe until now, so who knows what the future brings 😊

My ultimate Paulchard dream is much different (and probably simpler): acoustic guitaring like in Rammstein in Amerika, but extended version (at least an hour) with all the chatting in between 🥰

There's a terrifying moment in every creative project when you realize 'what it could be' has transitioned to 'what it is'.

You know you're making progress as an artist where that moment also becomes exhilarating. Because 'what it is' starts to become... good! In the infinite number of hallways you could've walked down, you've walked down one where the outcome starts to match your dreams, the reason why you got into this.

Took a much needed break from the world today. Sat in my crafting space. Created 14 cards, some of whom are being sent to moots so I won’t be sharing them here til they are mailed and are received.

I needed to just be creative, listening to good music and talking to only a few close people, avoiding the rest of the world. My soul needed it so much. I feel much calmer than I have been in months.

Just an FYI, my next fic is gonna have cover art drawn by my 10 year old because he’s a sweetie baby and has been home sick for a week and drawing me pictures.

Being Creative

It's not about likes or follows and pretty words are just that. Do you find joy in it? That is the important part.

Let go of what others might think or say. It is really none of our business to know that. That is their private thoughts and perspective.

Remember those who helped along the way. Those that offer tips or tricks, those who took time to teach and those that gave honest feedback when you asked are important people, thank them for that. They helped you grow.

There is no need for jealousy. Your art is valid and always a work in progress. Writing, Gposing, Drawing and so on is all forms of Art you progress by practicing. Do more, do often! Take that energy that you would apply to being jealous and place it into your next project. The more you put in the more you get out.

Rest, one of the most important things. It will be there later, make time for yourself and do self care!

I stumbled upon the picrew that @elena-illustration made and the fact that they offered permission to edit the results (leaving watermark intact, crediting them, not including hate speech etc) and... I was playing Potion Permit at the time and was able to actually Channel Creativity into doing an edit of my MC. It felt good! I really like the style of the original and I'm not sold that I've done it justice (and also it was a pretty sketchy relaxed thing to do) but it felt good to just Do A Creative Thing and maybe it'll help me keep doing that so... I'm happy with that.

Anyway. Edited and original.
