I'm here again

It is that time of the year, except I've been here again this entire year. Usually when the seasons are changing, my entire wold seems to fall apart. The depression and anxiety are always there, but it seems to be a million times worse.

Why? Holidays are coming up, why are we not excited? Maybe because it is so god damn exhausting living our daily lives with thoughts like these, that when the holidays come around we are under so much fucking pressure to be happy.

Those around look at you like you're "insane" for not having a smile ear to ear during this upcoming season. Family is in town. Family that you see once a year. you see the once a year for a fucking reason and no more than that. Last year, I didn't even come around, I spent the holidays alone because I couldn't attempt to fake it.

How do they fake it so well? maybe because their brains aren't telling them that they aren't worth it, that they would be better off dead, that everyones lives would be better without us in it.

Maybe this year will be the last year that I have ti deal with this.

I have dreaded every day this year, I don't know if I will make it to the upcoming holidays and that's ok.
