it’s halloween so maybe this was to be only anticipated.  when you’re lured into a dark little spot, the door is just bound to shut behind you.  mickey had rattled the door and connor had simply stood in the darkness in a moment of dumb confusion before he shakes himself.  and tries to remember if he knew of a spell for unlocking doors.  he doesn’t.  

if there is something .... SINISTER.  connor doesn’t suspect it.  he remains blissfully oblivious and assumes they’re being messed with by some bored kids.
