My peanut butter cheesecake has everything: sweetness, saltiness, a bit of sourness of the cream cheese and a tiny bit of caramel bitterness. It's so soft and gentle but also crunchy and a bit sharp. I'm really proud of my first cheesecake! Check this blog!
