Note
For your Hollytaya kid, I have another suggestion that’s not in my reblog: limeberry. I didn’t know this existed until today, but it fits a Hollytaya kid pretty well! It’s a nice blend of their colors (with a slight leaning towards Pitaya’s color scheme) and it’s a berry like Hollyberry! There are even more pinkish varieties if you want to lean into Hollyberry’s colors more!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ooh yeah they look pretty neat, I might use that
Also they got spots on them, so maybe either spots in the hair like Pitaya or freckles
I’d probably add in some green in the outfit to account for the “lime” in limeberry though

and so the 2020 xz was in bah shoot cpn is still going strong….
Tumblr media
if you’re like me. you are a believer of this entire story. i’ve talked about bits and pieces from this timeline. there are a couple but the general sense is xz visited bah set and stayed for some time to accompany bobo — this includes dragon boat festival cpn + engagement.
a cpf went to Xishuangbanna ( were bah was filmed ), specifically, a massage parlor where xz allegedly went to and by extension, wyb. they even asked an employee if they remembered and they did. it’s like when some turtles went to that shop with bayberry shaved ice in hengdian and asked the owner if xz and wyb went there to eat.
someone in the comments of the post also added in what their friend apparently shared about the sights to see in XSB ( p1 ) and one of them is a spa where XZ allegedly went to ( p2 ) . i mean, even some non-fans know. and xz is popular, so maybe the massage parlor is saying that so people will be interested to come in.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
we all know what happened in 2020, specifically first half of it and XZ had no work in XSB. You could say he was in vacation (?) but there are literally so many other places to go to, why the same area where BAH was shooting then?
this is also ( sort of ) corroborated by that rumor/melon from a paparazzi who said xz introduced a masseuse to wyb years ago. again, i hate those accounts and i don’t support them but i’m just putting this angle out there.
there you go. it’s not like i need another reason to believe in this popular cpn in cpf circle about that time. but it’s nice to see a new “clue” come up years later. this kind of cpn is within the gray area, because it borders on invading their privacy, asking about them etc + the chance that OP could be embellishing their story. so treat this as FAKE.
-END.

For the ask game!! 👕, specifically #9, because I'm weird and I always love to know what characters smell like what does Liam smell like?!
omg you know i have such a hard time conceptualizing what things smell like but i do have a perfume (now discontinued) from BPAL called "tintagel" and this is the official description of it:
Spicy mulled wine flowing through the musky heat, warm leather and bright clash of armor, the damp branches of Cornish hawthorn, blackthorn, juniper, English elm and bayberry, and the magical tingle of dragon's blood resin.
And honestly you can really smell that juniper and what I would call a "damp branches" smell like it is super bright though a lot of reviews are calling it spicy, i definitely wouldn't call it spicy. I really just smell the hawthorn and juniper.
But something like that, but toned down. Smells like a crisp autumn morning in the highlands or something idk
(Also, to answer another 👕 question, 15: would your character wear an outfit someone else picked out: YEAH, HEY TEMMY & DAKOTA, FASHION PHOTOSHOOT DAY not the knight one that's a separate occasion)
((ask me a question about my characters!!)) (bonus points for my knights)

Aromatherapy (Part One)
WARNING: This post addresses Aromatherapy as a healing assistant, you cannot compromise vaccines with scents.
Today we will be looking at Aromatherapy and the magick of scents.
“The sense of smell is arguably the most underestimated sense we have, as it can actually be one of our most powerful healing allies. Aromas can trigger pleasant memories - from the smell of cookies baking in the oven to the scent of a loved one’s perfume to the fragrance of a flower - as well as unpleasant reminiscences. Aromatherapy is the art of using the power of scent to heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Aromatherapy and the use of scent in healing rituals, magick, and spirituality is not a new thing. Humans have always enjoyed the scent of flowers and have long observed the different effects plant odors have on the human mind and body. In the ancient world, the use of the aromatic properties of herbs in healing, magick, and ritual was well known. The ancients understood the connection between the mind and body in health, happiness, and well-being. The ancient Egyptians honored their gods using a variety of incenses and oils, the preparations of which were very ritualized and held deep spiritual meaning. Native American peoples used herbs for spiritual purposes as well as for healing and health. Many cultures still use fragrant herbs in healing rituals and to honor the dead, the spirits of nature, and the divine.
Today, the practice of aromatherapy is once again widespread, and the use of scented candles, bath salts, and potpourris have become particularly popular. Health-food stores carry lines of essential oils and oil blends. Even department stores carry synthetic oils and scented candles. Aromatherapy is accessible to everyone, and it is an effective and simple way to make positive changes to your health in mind, body, and spirit” -The Good Witch’s Guide by Shawn Robbins and Charity Bedell
Essential Oils
The simplest way to work with aromatherapy is by using individual essential oils. The oils are unique, and many of them have multiple uses. By learning the different uses of essential oil, you can focus your work on the oils that have the most beneficial effect on your health. While working with individual essential oils, you will discover that some are too strong for you, and others may even produce a negative reaction.

Can I ask you for some fankid advice? I’ve made a Hollytaya fankid recently, and I need help deciding his “flavor”. I have four/maybe five options so far:
-Coralberry (Super cute, would definitely fit a Hollyberry/Pitaya child. However, I did get the inspiration from your Princess/Raspberry child, so I’m not sure if I should go for it)
-Riberry (Also cute, the one I’m most attached to. Also sounds more masculine/neutral than coralberry, and it’s more reddish than Coralberry. Plus I haven’t seen any other cookies with this flavor, so bonus!)
-Chinese Bayberry (Another one I’m super attached to, but due to the first part of the name I feel like there’d need to be elements of Chinese culture, which I don’t feel fits/makes sense with either parent. Please tell me if I’m wrong, though)
-Sampinit (Looks pretty cool, but related to raspberries more than the two parents. Plus maybe a bit too reddish for a Hollyberry child)
Rambutan (Thought it would be cool, but maybe not. What I read on its Wikipedia entry makes it seem that this fruit would better suit a Pitaya/Longan, Pitaya/Lychee, or Longan/Lychee child better.)
If having a personality would help, then I can provide one! I don’t have an adult one for him, though; he’s currently a child. He bites people as a love language, loves jumping off of high places to learn how to fly, and regularly gives his parents heart attacks. Basically a reckless, impulsive child/toddler that can fly lol-
What are your thoughts? You can add suggestions if you see fit!
Yeah sure I can try to help
I’m gonna get this out of the way first, there already exists a Cookie called Rambutan Cookie, and it’s funny you mention rambutan working for hollytaya, because while I wasn’t around for it, I do know that after Rambutan came out, people were calling her a hollytaya kid. I don’t know what the general consensus of the whole thing is now, but I know it was a thing
And also note for your other ship ideas, it’s generally assumed that the dragons are related. Even if it’s technically not confirmed, it is a common held idea in the fandom, so maybe don’t go for it. And it’s also a debate in the fandom whether Lychee is a child or not, and as far as I’m aware we haven’t come to a general agreement on it yet, but I could be wrong
Anyways on to your actual question, personally I think I like Riberry the best, and also like you said, probably fits the best with a more masculine character, which I assume your kid is based on the description
…I feel like I should have more to say on the name, but yeah that’s kind of the gist of my recommendation. Hope this helps!

self love/ beauty: citronella, burdock, ginseng, catnip, rose, orange, avocado, primrose, cinquefoil, musk
baneful/ defensive: chicory, jezebel root, brimstone, guinea pepper
NOTES:  1. DO  UR OWN RESEARCH!!! all of these have slightly different purposes (i.e. lavender is good for attracting specifically a man/ masc energy in a love spell, some happiness herbs are for “happiness through marriage” so just make sure u know what the herb is for). ALSO, try to find 2 other sources agreeing with this info before using it as fact, my notes in my grimoire, while fact-checked, are not infallible.
2. i don’t know all of this off the top of my head lol. i feel like that’s an important thing to say bc a lot of people make lists like this and imply that they just know it. i don’t! and most people don’t! it takes a lot of time and effort and focus to memorize this much information, and i, a girl who once put on one shoe then ate lunch and forgot to put the other one on, do not have that focus. these are notes from both my online notes, my BOS and grimoire, and a few online books.
3. again, fact check all of this. please.
4. if something on here is blatantly incorrect, please (nicely) correct me! i do not want to be spreading misinformation and i’m making this list as a cheat-sheet/ jumping off point for people DOING THEIR OWN RESEARCH (and to combat the notion that rosemary corresponds to every intention because that is simply not true).
5. this is not a comprehensive list.
6. let me know if y’all want a part two, and if so what other categories you want (uncrossing, psychic awareness, sleep etc.)
7. DON’T EAT HERBS THAT YOU AREN’T SURE ARE FOOD GRADE. THINGS CAN BE “EDIBLE” WITHOUT BEING FOOD GRADE.
8. DON’T USE HERBS WITHOUT DOING RESEARCH IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES, HEALTH CONDITIONS, OR ARE PREGNANT
9. MAGICK AND HERBS ARE NOT A FEASABLE SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICATION OR THERAPY
10. i love u all, thank you for being here, and thank u all my new followers :)) i know i sound aggressive but i’m truly thankful for y’all and i just want to keep y’all safe.
