Zoro wearing a belly warner is just so "period cramps" coded to me. Like He would have the worst period cramps ever from all the intense training and would have to have a warmer on him at all times because he never tracks his period and doesn't know when it'll start.

He's definitely got it during a battle at least a couple of times but didn't notice because he was covered in blood anyway.

Okay thanks to many amazing fanfics I've been thinking about lot about the gods lately and how they interact with each other and the over lap of their chosen mortals. "No god can undo what other one does" (I'm so sorry I cannot remember which fic this line is from but it's so good and sticking in my brain constantly. And sheep logstics: the saga is highly influencing this. If you have not read this series you absolutely should go do so immediately) so I've been imaging a scene between Hermes and Athena like:

Hermes cupped his hands around odysseus's head, not quiet touching, but odysseus felt the god's long fingers burrowing into his crown, felt the weight of them down to his bones.

"I've put a lot of work into this family" his smirk and affection audible, slicing the air above odysseus's head. "So Pallas Athena, most favored of Zeus's daughters, wisest of all the gods, what will you give me for him?"

Random headcanon that’s been on my mind lately is that because Paradox Pokemon are anomalies in space time, they— and anything they impact— don’t obey the laws of typical space time. In a practical sense, it means wounds caused by them never heal (ie Mabosstiff)

Luckily herba mystica ALSO don’t obey the laws of space time so they’re able to completely and instantly heal those wounds

one day i will expand on his scars but as of right now i offer the fact that at some point during a battle when he was in his early hundreds, an opponent managed to get a few inches of a blade in his throat. upon disarming that opponent, the blade took a turn and slashed downwards until it cut just a little past his collar bone. from impact, cassian suffered a fracture in his throat that damaged his vocal chords ( and almost took his life ). during healing, he wasn't able to speak without it causing him pain — though, after a few months of rehab and rest, he regained his ability to speak. not without consequence, cassian's speaking voice has a gravelly, thundecrack rumble to it, and he still suffers from pain in his throat after long days or battles ect. he does his best to take care of them and has check ins with the family healer to make sure that he's doing so properly

For a future AU I have where the crew are all in their 30s

It's an AU where their crew stays together and live as bounty hunters/vigilantes. And ofc its a big 4 AU, so Steinbell, Remura, Wivry and Krisguna are all a thing.

Most of it is just an expansion of the dilf stbl AU I came up with so I dont have much for the others yet lol

On adophis being a discovery: it's possible that anyone who ever saw the beast ever lived to tell the tale!

Hmmm, don't think so.

Experienced adventurers know very well that that zone is a one-way ticket, even if you're fully prepared. They're still studying Crimson Baldlans to find a way to get more or less safely into the inaccessible part of that damned desert. So they did not get so far as to meet one-on-one with Apophis, but they understand very well that the area where the bloody fog is thickest is certain death.

Back to last question about Apophis, by the way, it seems to me that Camilla is the first to survive the encounter with Apophis after all. At the very least, because she had the good sense not to get into a fight with that monster. She needed the Swirl Stone, so she took it and teleported back to Castle Village. And, probably, she didn't decide to tell any of her coworkers because, one, it would raise a panic, and two.... Well, I like to think that in a way Camilla harbors hope for Farmer. Although it would seem that what would a kid from the city who came to grow turnips be able to do to help in the Hell of the earth.

The others who, through stupidity, pride or greed, failed to heed the warnings of the older adventurers, fell victim to Apophis. Now their soulless bodies that roam the wastelands have become a cruel, harsh lesson and example to the living and young adventurers. But also a motivation to seek solutions to the corruption in Crimson Baldlans, to destroy evil and help their fallen comrades find peace.

But to fight Apophis, to survive and tell the story- that's only for Farmer. And even then, people won't believe them, because what can a farmer kid do to a huge monster? Especially, in my opinion, the Void Shard story was kept secret, so the Farmer has no proof of their words. Marlon and Magnus wouldn't want to make their talented apprentice a laughing stock among the adventurers, but they also hope that Farmer will realize the seriousness and secrecy of this event.

But in the eyes of the adventurers, at least, no one survived an encounter with this monster. But we know that's not true, right?

do you think HotGuy races around in a wheelchair built for battle and speed. Cruising at Mach 500 and Tokyo drifting. Using grappling hook arrows and movie-magic gravity wheels to race up the side of buildings. The wheels can turn into jet turbines shaped like vex wings and he flies around shooting bad guys with a bow that's a million pounds heavy because of all the technology he and Cub installed onto it. Sometimes the villains shoot out his wheels and he goes flying and spinning on its side, and he whips out a toolbox and fixes the wheel while upside down in the air.
