1-year goal: Negative rep size, positive flex shape? am oxygen intensive on slow push day. Eat less to cut, or only when you're hungry. Welcome to hell. 
1-year plan: (1:4) Heavy push, small sets of average weight amount, quick rep without lock or flare, controlling the negative/descension, a tension or calisthenic resistance. Adjust weight or rack between reps. (2:4) Lite pull, larger sets of volumization 2-3 more reps on avg, slow rep that channels/recruits muscle, controlling the flex and negative reps fast so the weight/bar allows the muscle to take a gulp of bloodstream/circulation. Going at this with light resistance, each rep will pump b/c the release is less than a second. (3:4) Heavy legs, hard to do slow squats with quick ups, so machines or cables will help stabilize new movements. (4:4) Lite push, vice versa. Heavy pull, vice versa. Lite legs, vice versa. 
Theory: Holiday was Tues & Wed, and already (Sunday) feeling toning during recuperation. Resistance/negatives for size, force production/pumping for active recovery. Light volume slow upward bodybuilding. Heavy resistance quick upward to protect tendons. Will see if herbivore a.m. and carnivore p.m. is sustainable, let alone possible. 
Projection: I expect to stretch new-t-shirts by April confident prediction. As for cutting body-fat, give me six months to get under 10%. The key for me, possibly mesomorph, is to carb-load in the morning, not overeat, just eating like vegans for the one or two meals, going to the gym, eating meat afterwards. Soy sauce egg burrito is kinda-sorta. Cardio is going to train your stamina, improve your myocardial function. For me to lose weight I have to only eat when I’m hungry, and if I have to eat when I’m not hungry, go easy on the carbs - and adhering to the morning/evening diet plan. That’s partial ketosis and ketoacidosis, you can eat zero-carbs or follow a ketogenic diet, but it’s -ic/-ish, ketogenic, not biologic ketogenesis of lipids into lantern fuel. Eating too abundant protein will create bodyfat also, not just from carbs. More important to answer hunger instead of panic eating, cheat meals will become a thing of the past. 
The hard part is not eating when I’m full, and not skipping meals before the gym because of my schedule. So decided to log a few categories of madness, totally unrelated to the gym, and will link later. LLAP. January is here, get ready for the crowd that’ll be gone by the ides of March, when we ...march. That must be some sorta typo.
