Vulcans are notoriously tight lipped about their own reproduction. What they're packing under those robes is a mystery to (nearly) everyone - except for Jim Kirk.

After a wild weekend at Starbase 12, a still-drunk and half hungover Jim downed half a bottle of Andorian wine as a hair-of-the-dog treatment and blearily wrote the first unofficial Academy guide for Interspecies Relations with Vulcans.

It was supposed to be a lighthearted way to let his friend Gaila know who and what he'd been doing while on assignment. But when Jim gets back to Starfleet Academy, he finds Gaila is missing. Worse yet, there are three very angry people from the Vulcan embassy waiting in his dorm room with copies of his guide.

I had a really good PT session today. I’m kinda dumb so takes me a while to figure out what they’re asking (and then remember to actually do it) but I feel like what I learned to do today will help a lot.

#my glutes got so weak over pandemic when I stopped doing strength training and then horrible wfh ergonomics was a factor too #I saw a PT about 18 months ago and in retrospect they were a waste of time and money and didn’t even seem to know what they were doing #one of the PTs I saw ~18 months ago was a guy and would always give me a massage around groin area - like shaft balls and hole territory #and I would try sooooo hard to stay flaccid but about 50% of the time failed and it was sooo embarrassing for me 🥲
