Soo... My beloved Pathfinder Character died recently. To honor her death I thought, I'd draw a little something.
KIRA'S SOUL BEING TAKEN TO THE VALKYRIES
(Inspired by @lyrifaun 's AMAZING stained glass window drawings!) More details under cut. Feel free to zoom in!
Maybe I'll add some context to all the hidden details later...

Tána of the Onyx Seers
Another finished artwork and another NPC of my Pathfinder campaign, this is Tána, the dead(?) necromancer lover of @parttime-creative's current PC Atánasya. She showed up in the last session dissecting a devil's corpse 🥰
ID under the cut
[Image Description: A portrait of a female dark elf from the hips up. She is wearing all-black clothes and has a chin-length silver bob. Her silver, pupil-less eyes stare straight ahead. The background consists of a multicolored magic circle and a starry sky. End ID.]

If you posted that prompt list and DIDNT EXPECT ME TO IMMEDIATELY REQUEST NR 1 FOR NECRORACLE... Then I'd be disappointed
Thank you for always having my back when I'm asking for prompts <3
Accidentally admitting that the other is really pretty, leading to both of them getting very flustered
Nadya tugged at her white hair uselessly. After having shorter hair for so long, she didn't know what to do with it. Some strands kept falling in her face and she had to keep brushing them away. She had given up on trying to braid it. The single braid she wore to mimic Norrlo's preferred hair style had taken her long enough to make.
A glance at the mirror made her frown. Blue eyes stared back at her and beneath them...
She shook her head slightly, making her hair fall into her face again. It wasn't enough to hide the scars running down her face.
The creaking of the door behind her, made her sit up straighter. It felt like she was back at the temple, getting caught doing something wrong.
And wasn't she? After all this time pretending to be someone she wasn't, it felt wrong trying to be who she once had been.
Before she knew what she was doing, she felt herself change again. At the edge of her vision, she saw white hair turn red and grow shorter again. Lifting her fingers to her face revealed that the scars were gone as well.
It felt as if a weight had been lifted off her shoulders and she turned around with an easy smile.
"Kira," she said cheerily, as she got up, "You're back early."
"I am," Kira said, giving her a strange look. For a moment, she was staring at her silently, then she came into the room slowly, as if approaching a startled animal and closed the door behind her. Hesitation flickered over her face, then she asked softly, "Are you alright?"
"Hm? Of course I'm alright."
"Are you sure? You look...startled."
Afraid, she didn't say, but the word still hang in the air between them. Too often had Kira known people to flinch away from her, frightened of who and what she was.
"I'm not -" Nadya began, but broke off, when she saw the way Kira was looking at her. "Oh. You saw."
She hadn't changed quickly enough. Of course Kira had seen her shift, putting on that mask that by now felt so comforting.
"I did."
"I just...with our new companion," Nadya pulled a face, "I've been a bit unsure which shape I should take. It's silly, I know, but. It feels strange not being Nadya with him around, but I'm not sure if that's who I want to be."
She ran a hand over her arm and picked at the names etched into her skin. Too many names. All of them hers and yet none of them enough.
Her fingers lingered over the name Nadya. The Best. It felt like the biggest lie of her life.
With a frown, Kira placed her hand over Nadya's, making her stop picking at her skin.
"You're still you," Kira said and after a second of hesitaion she added, "and you're my friend. How you look doesn't change that. To me, you're always beautiful."
The words had barely left Kira's lips, before she sucked in a sharp breath. Her eyes went wide and she pulled her hand away.
"I - I mean, um, not that you're only beautiful to me. Just. In general. You're pretty in general. Um. I mean - forget I said that." Her mouth snapped shut and a furious blush crept over her cheeks. It made the green of her eyes stand out even more. Gods, Kira looked beautiful. "Um, I should go. Check in on Naliv. Or. You know. Practice dancing."
She turned around and all but fled the room, when Nadya called out after her.
"Kira, wait!"
Immediately, Kira froze to the spot. Nadya fiddled with her skirt, running her fingers nervously about the piece of embroidery that she had stitched on to always remind her of Kira.
"I was wondering, if maybe you'd like to help me?" She took a deep breath, closed her eyes and changed back into herself. She could feel the long hair fall into her face again. When she opened her eyes, Kira was looking at her with unbearable softness. "You're better at braiding hair. It...um, you look really pretty too and I was thinking, maybe you could help me with my hair."
"Of course," Kira said softly. She brushed Nadya's hair behind her ear, before stepping behind her and beginning to fix her hair into a braid.
She sang quietly, as she did so. A song that had Nadya's heart beat faster and memories of dancing beneath the stars well up inside of her.
In the mirror, she caught sight of herself. The scars were still prominent on her face, but even more noticeable was her smile. A smile that was reserved only for Kira.
She closed her eyes again and focused only on the feeling on Kira's fingers carding through her hair and the soft song Kira was singing only for her. For the first time in a long while, Nadya actually did feel pretty again.
#Necroracle#Ok so I know that canonically Nadya is great at making cool hair styles#But still#Idk#Nadya#Kira#Bacreia#Thank you for the prompt dear <3#My writing

Tesuthu, the Skywarden
I did something that I normally don't do and that was paint!
This is Tesuthu, another of the Gods of my Pathfinder World Bacreia. He is the god of the sun, surprises and time, but also a god of agriculture, healing, and the creator of halflings. He is known to be the defender of the horizon. He's a,so morphed I to some kind if surfer dude.
I had a bunch of fun drawing him, it was completely different than what I normally do and also than the gory drawings I did lately. Maybe I'll get around to drawing more Gods, but we'll see!
ID under the cut
[Image Description: a digital painting of a halfling looming over a countryside. He has golden skin, short blond hair and is wearing a white chiton trailing behind him in the wind. He is holding one pistol in each hand. Behind his head and within his eyes the sun shines brightly.]

i just finished running kind of a crazy thing: a while back one of my players' characters (Kira, @parttime-creative's character) died and we had the plan to bring her back as a valkyrie. We finally did the session where that happened and they ran through a gauntlet of 5 different challenges they had to overcome to ascend. The twist: this was a game with 5 GMs and one player. To prevent my players from getting bored I had each of them (plus a friend) hop into the hot seat and run our sole player through it. It took six and a half hours but we did it and next session we're finally gonna have our full party again!
#bacreia#fabi plays ttrpgs#i am so exhausted#but also it was so much fun#fabi and yunes fabulous adventures#fabi's foolishness

The Lady Fear, Goddess of Gods.
My players are currently exploring an ancient devils' abbey that is, among others, dedicated to this goddess who may or may not be more ancient and powerful than all the other gods.
I had a blast thinking about how to include all of her subdomains (fur, moon, caves, smoke, ash, greed, ice).
Below the cut are lineart, closeups, and a poem by @flowercrown-bard that inspired me to try and draw her in the first place.
Who is she, that lady fair, Sweet company in my dispair? How can i give a name to her, who we all know so well? Whose absence isn't heaven, but whose presence nothing but hell.
I cannot speak the name of her, who takes away my voice. In mercy she's who takes my choice and guides me when my body fails When i am naught but moans and wails When trembles put my hands in shackles And all my hackles rise Then she is there, controlling me Leading me through demise.
No, no name i have for her, Yet words i have to spare
She is the changing of the moon, That light withdrawn slow at first, then all too soon Gone.
She is the cave of ribs and flesh In which your breath is caught The echo of your racing heart Escape would be for Naught
She is the smoke that herolds all Destruction yet to come The growing dread that starts so small Till it's blaze can't be undone
She is the ash that's left behind When you have pushed away The ones you burned so brightly for Now shr is all that Stays
She is the greed, the wanting all The joy you need to live. And in return, so mercyfull, More pain is what she gives
She is the blood that turns to ice Inside your body now Would it be better if you thawed or cracked in terror's Maw?
You might have guess the name of her, My cruel lady fair, And recognized her sweet embrace As your own latest fear.

The difference of two and a half years
Out of all of the characters in my campaign I've had the pleasure of drawing @flowercrown-bard's character Nadya/Riya/Idhimakya the most. I really enjoy seeing how this character evolved over the course of the campaign as well as in what ways she has stayed the same. It also shows how my art style has changed in the same time.
#for those wondering#every green cape is technically meant to be the same item of clothing#if you're curious as to why i've returned to an earlier design in the newest version#pure laziness#also that i didn't want to cover up that corset with a belt#i also really enjoy how we went from 'maybe nadya has a round face'#to 'nadya is actually chubby'#and that nadya has finally chose a form where she doesn't hide that anymore#(she's a shapeshifter for reference)#my art#bacreia#nadya#riya#idhimakya

New arc, new art!
I have had the absolute pleasure of drawing my awesome girlfriend @flowercrown-bard's character she is playing in my Pathfinder campaign for the new arc we are kicking off.
For more infos/close-ups look under the cut!
For a bit of context: this character's name is Nadya and she is an oracle on the run from her duties to her home country. While over the course of the last few months she has come to accept her oracular powers, she is now at odds with a lot of the gods that send her dreams. Mainly because they did not intervene as her crush (@parttime-creative's character) died in front of her. Instead she has chose to embrace four of her Banished Deities that are widely regarded as evil. So, a while ago I asked flower if she tought that warranted a costume change and this is what we cooked up as we are about to head into the Shadow Plane.
One thought that I had was that every one of the Banished Gods should be reflected in the outfit somehow. The first is the Prince of Chains with the chain pattern on the bodysuit. The second is the Iron Maiden, represented by the sword earring and the chain connecting it to the cuff. Thirdly, the corset represents the Flowerbringer with the black thorns and orange (burning) and blue (frozen) roses. Last is Fools' Mirror with little pieces of mirror on the jacket as well as the button in the form of an owl's head.
I also tried to show each of her magic items. The staff is the Staff of Radiance (very useful in the Shadow Plane). The two necklaces are an Amulet of Natural Armor (the scaly one) and a Necklace of Fireballs with one charge left. Lastly, the green shawl is a Shawl of Lifekeeping, courtesy of partttime-creative's late character Kira. The only items missing are rings you wouldn't see as well as gloves I was too lazy to draw.

Welkirak Zarâtkirak
Another NPC of my Pathfinder campaign, an ancient valkyrie and the ancestor of @parttime-creative PC Kira. I've been sitting on her for just about 3 years and tomorrow we finally get to meet her in person.
Since Kira died a while ago, we can finally set about bringing her back - so for tomorrow I'm looking forward to a session with 5 GMs and 1 player as we shepherd Kira on her way to becoming a valkyrie herself

His reverend brilliance, Selvik of Nüthel, the Second Oracle of Veja, Oracle of Time.
Another finished drawing and another NPC of my Pathfinder campaign. He hasn't even appeared yet, but I've written a bunch of lore about him. He's part of a legendary group of oracles that freed their home peninsula from different imperialist rules.
I think we might come close to meeting him soon and I am very much looking forward to it!

My monster
I once met a monster, a true magical beast,
It was horrid and bad, but knew music at least.
Cold eyes of beautiful color, so vivid and sad,
Its songs in the night, drove everyone mad.
My monster of night, death and blood, followed through lands far and wide,
Wherever I went, my monster would go and fight at my side.
Surrounded by (rose) petals and thistley thorn(s),
The monster's enchantment felt most like a home.
The people's fear and attention were always the same,
unable to listen, afraid whenever we came.
It caused my monster to hurt, its feelings betrayed,
Yet i did not care for the anger my monster displayed.
Cause if my monster would bleed, I knew it would live,
Its monstrosity forever proven a myth.
Known as dark, horrid and bad, for however long,
I saw my monster's true colors, shown through its beautiful song.
We once met a demon of cold winter's night,
it made us part ways, in the moon's coldest light.
To this day, I miss the music from my monsters heart,
the leave has taken forever my songs biggest part.
#Bacreia#Is this a Kira POV#Or a Dharvious POV?#I have no idea#Eheheheh#And i think that's wonderful#Dharvious#Kir#My songs#My poems#Maybd it's even a Akaisiwe song???

Shadow petals
There is this darkness in her eyes, there's darkness in her hair
It's coming from all sides and staying everywhere
All the shadows around dancing to her music in the air
A devil joins her and they're dancing as a pair
Not a petal princess, but a queen of thorn,
And her thistle prince will make her newly born
Her music is now of the fae
The shadows never go away
They're running all around her along the lonely way
They came for her and now they're gonna stay...
... And yet...
In all this darkness of her lonely lonely night
She can't belive it as it starts, this little light,
It shines so small, and yet so bright,
She knows it's all she's ever gonna fight – for!
Don't you dare to touch her anymore!
She's gonna fight now, that she swore!
She wields the blade, she'll gut a fool,
Who's ever gonna try, to use her as a tool – again.
Nows she's found the reason of her own,
The one that's given her a crown,
Of roses and daisies and petals a few.
Her life now has started a new...
Her moon in the night,
It shines oh, so bright.
Silver lining in fur, so white as the snow.
Blue eyes of a fox that's watched by a crow.
Pawprints in moss and footprints on stone,
In moonlight they're dancing and no more alone.
Fade is a string that's weaved on a wheel,
And yet happy is all that I feel.
My music with me, my love is with thee,
My heart it feels now finally free...
