A delicious keto-friendly side dish featuring fried cabbage cooked with crispy bacon and garlic, perfect for adding flavor and texture to any meal.
Ingredients: 1 small cabbage, thinly sliced. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet. Add olive oil to the skillet if needed, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return the cooked bacon to the skillet and toss with the cabbage. Serve hot as a side dish.

Ingredients: 6 slices of bacon. 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves. 12 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed. 1/4 cup of cream cheese. 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Take each mushroom cap and evenly fill it with the cream cheese mixture. Using a toothpick, enclose a slice of bacon around each stuffed mushroom. Transfer them to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and the bacon is crispy, in a preheated oven. Add the fresh spinach leaves to a pan and wilt them slightly over medium heat while the mushrooms are baking. When the mushrooms wrapped in bacon are done, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a short while. Arrange the bacon-wrapped mushrooms over a bed of spinach that has softened. Ingredients: 1 pork loin, sliced. 8-10 slices of bacon. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried. 1 teaspoon thyme, dried. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, and minced garlic to the sliced pork loin for seasoning. Apply a uniform coating of seasoning to the pork loin. If necessary, use toothpicks to hold the bacon slices in place as you wrap them around the seasoned pork loin. Ensure that the bacon slices are all over the surface of the pork loin. Put the pork loin wrapped in bacon inside a roasting pan. Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F 63C. After cooking, take it out of the oven and give it five to ten minutes to rest before slicing. Serve the hot pork loin, sliced and wrapped in bacon. A delectable blend of Korean and American flavors is found in kimchee and bacon fried rice. This dish, which is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, is made special and savory by the combination of spicy kimchee and smoky bacon.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 1 cup kimchee, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 2 green onions, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: A big wok or skillet should be heated to medium-high heat. When the bacon is crispy, add it and cook it. After taking the bacon out of the pan, drain it on paper towels. Minced garlic and chopped onion should be added to the same pan with the bacon grease. Saut the onion until it turns transparent. Stir-fry the chopped kimchee in the pan for two to three minutes. Pour the beaten eggs onto the empty side of the pan after pushing the kimchee mixture to one side. Eggs should be scrambled until they are mostly cooked. Break the eggs into smaller pieces and mix the scrambled eggs with the kimchee mixture. After adding the cooked rice to the pan, stir-fry everything for approximately five minutes, letting the rice crisp up and take up the flavors. Add sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. To distribute the seasonings evenly, give it a good stir. Return the crispy bacon to the pan and stir-fry it for a further two to three minutes to ensure it is thoroughly heated. After adding salt and pepper to taste, add chopped green onions and stir. If desired, top with additional green onions and serve hot.
