(I also received a request for Daemon and Rhaenyra’s sister HC’s so I’m going to combine them for this one-sorry it’s so short but I just wanted to write a short Daemon one tonight)

Honestly I’m kind of sorry I’m never in more Daemon moods rather than Aemond. Aemond is my Babygirl and my fav Targaryen of all time and ofc my fav little war criminal but I love Daemon and I’ve been asked if I would be willing to write for him more so if you have any specific Daemon requests that you think I would pull off well go ahead and send them🤷🏼‍♀️

~Daemon adored you the moment he laid eyes on you

•He was the first person besides the Maester to hold you. Your mother was sleeping soundly after the difficult birth and as the Maester was bringing Y/n to the King, Daemon cut him off and insisted he would do it himself

•He took his time getting to the small council where the King waited to see his second child, he was content just playing with you as you kept snatching his thumb and trying to suck on it, squeezing tightly which he was impressed by-already a tough Targaryen, he couldn’t wait to see the strong Dragon Rider you would become

•It wasn’t often that Daemon held babies but you were the cutest little thing he had ever laid eyes on and it was difficult to release you.

‘It is a girl brother.’ He announced as he walked in, all men now staring at the vicious Targaryen man that was wild enough to mount Caraxes, as he cradled a small babe who held his fingers tightly without making a single sound.

‘She is beautiful.’ Viserys stated as his younger brother handed him his daughter, grinning like an idiot at the sweet little girl.

‘Another girl. I am sensing a pattern my King.’ The Lannister teased and before the King could comment, Dark Sister was at the idiots throat and he dared not even swallow to avoid being nicked by the Valyrian Steel blade.

‘That is enough brother. You have taught him his lesson. Come now, let us go and find Rhaenyra, she will want to meet her little sister.’ Viserys stood but Daemon cut him off.

‘Actually I believe I should go to the pits, she will need an egg in her cradle tonight. I will choose the most beautiful one possible, brother.’ He nodded and Daemon was off to get his niece her first gift though if he had it his way he would teach his niece to fly right beside him on Caraxes, cradled like their mother had done for them.

•He was the first one to comfort her when her second egg did not hatch when she was given it at 6, she was heart broken but her Uncle made her feel better

‘Of course you will have a dragon, it will just take time. You will mount your own dragon like a true rider, you’ve nothing to worry about my darling.’ Daemon kissed the girls head before leaving her to her studies as soon as her tears had dried up.

~Daemons affection for her grew as she got older and once she was 17 years old he knew he needed to make her his

•The men fighting for your hand were boys, children who could never care for his precious niece like she deserved and so Daemon took her for himself

•He stole you away in the night and married you, finding the fact that your Uncle loved you as you did him to be something you could not live with married to another man

•Your father lost his mind, he tried to annul the marriage but it had been consummated already and you refused to leave Daemon, getting angry at your father for hitting your husband (though you hadn’t seen the smirk Daemon wore at the idea of having you all to himself)

•You fought with your father viciously once you both returned to the Red Keep and though it went on for almost an hour, eventually your father dropped the subject-not wanting to risk losing his second child over a marriage that he didn’t approve of

~Daemon and his Niece!wife ended up on Dragonstone with Rhaenyra and her sons

•His first two daughters lived on Driftmark with their grandmother and visited often, both loving their cousin/step mother dearly and begging for more common visits however it didn’t happen much once Daemon first filled you up with a baby

•Daemon had never been happier than the day that you went into labor-unlike most men he insisted on being in the room and holding onto your hand tightly (allowing you to squeeze his hand as firmly as you needed)-refusing to let what happened to Laena Ever happen again and telling the Maester months before the delivery that if he so much as even considered cutting his wife open as an option in any way that he would cut him open from balls to brains and find them a new Maester that knew what he was doing

•You gave Daemon his first son the first time you gave him a child and he was over the moon! Once the Maester handed him his son he didn’t want to ever let him go, pacing with the baby boy-Daemion- until he began crying and Daemon realized he was keeping his son from his very first meal as his wife looked over at him truly exasperated

•Once you finally fell asleep as your son had been cleaned and fed Daemon took him down the hall-the King had come when you wrote and asked for his presence since you were so close to giving birth

‘Brother…would you like to meet your first nephew?’ Daemon asked, peeking into the library where his brother waited upon hearing your screams of pain, everyone else having joined him.

‘A boy! Yes! Wonderful brother!’ He grinned, holding out his arms and taking his brothers first son into his hold.

‘What has she named him?’ Rhaenyra inquired, moving to see the silver haired angel along with Jace and Luke, as well as Helaena and Aemond who moved to peek at the boy as well.

‘Daemion. He is in perfect health, and my wife is doing splendidly, even after breaking 2 of my fingers.’ He joked, though he knew it was true as he looked down and still couldn’t move his last 2 fingers on his left hand.

‘May I have the pleasure, Uncle?’ Rhaenyra asked, unable to look away from the perfect little Angel that she called a nephew.

‘Of course Rhaenyra.’

•Rhaenyra loved Daemion more than she thought possible, Aemond, Aegon and Helaena also loving their elder sisters son and her next 3 sons and daughter as well-Y/n having been very good to them in their childhoods in ways that their mother was not, all looking to her for comfort in their youth-it was her in the end that kept the family from killing each other more often than not

~Once the King died, Rhaenyra was promptly settled as Queen thanks to her younger sister-though it was completely unintentional

•Aemond set out to find Aegon as their mother told him to, however both brothers rode for Dragonstone not an hour later with Vhagar and Sunfyre

•Rhaenyra hadn’t realized how much her younger brothers loved her sister until they landed outside of the courtyard, everyone coming outside in question of the impromptu appearance, and she knew in that moment that if it wasn’t for her sisters kind heart in raising those boys when Alicent didn’t that the idea of her being Queen may have just been a fantasy

‘My sweet boys!’ Y/n smiled, raising her arms and hugging the both of them to her firmly, Aemond and Aegon hugging the girl back as they always did (Y/n ignored Daemons jealous growl at the interaction-he hated the fact that he knew his nephews had “Mommy Issues” and they were much too in love with his wife in his opinion-Both boys just avoided the subject since they knew he was right, keeping it very well hidden from her all their lives)

‘Hello Sister!’ Aegon smiled, kissing her cheek.

‘What brings you both here like this…what has happened?’ She worried, looking to Aemond to explain as she picked up her daughter, holding her tightly as she was now worried at the looks on her brothers faces.

‘We wished to avoid a war all together. Father is dead…and our Mother is determined to see Aegon ascend the throne. Grandfather insisted that you should all bow to the new King or he would send Vhagar to burn Dragonstone to the ground…I could never in my life have come to hurt you or your children sister, nor could Aegon.’ They all knew that there was no love lost between Rhaenyra, her sons, and her brothers but everyone knew that both brothers and Helaena loved Y/n passionately.

‘Helaena could not get the twins and fly with us quickly enough however she is waiting for you all with excitement.’ Aegon told her, pulling something from his bag and stepping closer to their eldest sister, unwrapping the object and presenting Rhaenyra the crown of “Jaehaerys the Conciliator”. ‘My Queen.’ He spoke softly, clearly not enjoying it but kneeling in front of her, Y/n taking the crown and setting it onto her sisters head as everyone around them knelt before their new Queen, Y/n joining them quickly.

~Daemon and Y/n moved back to Kings Landing with Rhaenyra and her family

•Daemon ended up on Rhaenyra’s council along with his wife who forced him to work with Aemond in controlling the Queens army

•Rhaenys made a wonderful Hand of the Queen as the last hand ended up in the Black Cells for the rest of his life

•Daemon was content with his wife in the Red Keep as his days were not full of commanding the Army and impregnating his wife who ended up giving him 5 sons and 3 daughters all together-Caraxes providing almost all of Daemons children with dragons with both Silverwing who Y/n ended up mounting and Syrax-also providing Aemond and Alys’ sons with dragons of their own a few years later as well (Daemon having introduced the two in order to keep Aemond away from his wife who he seemed to become more and more obsessed with the more babies she gave Daemon)

~Daemons obsession and marriage to his young niece seemed to have given almost everyone everything they wanted-at least it gave Damon everything he wanted and that’s all that mattered to him in the end

Something I've been feeling has become a trend for the past few years in Movies/Shows is this need for every single villain to have a sad backstory or redemption arc to make the audience justify their horrible actions all in the name of "complexity" and "nuance", and while it's a good thing sometimes and gives us very interesting characters there's a point where the actions they try to justify by giving the villains sad backstories are outright disgusting.

There's no way on earth I could ever ever ever defend and support a rapist character, it doesn't matter if he has the saddest backstory ever, I genuinely can not do it, the way people make Aegon be this sad boy victim neglected by his parents and that's the reason he is why he is, fuck no!

It makes me sick to my stomach when I see other women online say "my baby is just a victim of the system" you dumb bitch, he perpetuates the system himself!!! He had his own children fighting on cages like animals, who knows how many of those children were the product of rape given how he got away with raping the maid after Alicent forced her to drink the moon tea and not tell anyone, it gave him permission to do it freely over and over again, that's why I hate Alicent as much as I hate him, she's a disgusting person that doesn't deserve to be seen as a victim either, she refused to marry her only daughter to a guy she knew would treat her a million times better and instead chose to marry her to her rapist son just so she could strengthen his claim to the throne, subjecting Helaena to the same cycle of abuse she endured. Fuck her and fuck her rapist son and fuck everyone who supports them.

YES. ON SO MANY LEVELS, YES. I've said multiple times before, in regards to another fandom but it's true all around, that I'm so sick of the villain with a tragic back story trope. I'm sick of it, I hate it. Stop making excuses for abusers, having trauma doesn't give anyone an excuse to put more trauma back into the world. Every single villain these days has a tragic backstory and I'm done with it. Aegon and Alicent are not poor abused babies, they are abuser villains.

It also seriously pisses me off when people say that Alicent married Helaena to Aegon because she was a traumatized baby who just wanted some control over keeping her daughter safe, as if Viserys didn't want to marry Helaena to a gentle and good boy. Alicent may see them as savages but at least they aren't rapists who pay to watch children fight to the death. Helaena would've been happy with Jace. And at least in the show it's obvious to me that Helaena has love for Aegon but it's a very toxic and one sided love.

As much as I love Luena and Jacela, if anyone had a brain they would've married Jace to Helaena, Luke to Baela, and Rhaena to Aemond or Aegon (maybe not that one because Rhaena deserves better) but instead Alicent married Helaena to a boy who even she claimed had a habit of drowning in cups, not looking out for family, and was short sighted. When Aegon raped Dyana, Alicent gives Helaena a big hug in a boohoo-we're-both-poor-women-suffering-at-the-hands-of-men way. As if Alicent hadn't gotten greedy and married her daughter to a rapist to spite her husband and step daughter.

You're completely right. Aegon is an abuser who deserves no sympathy whatsoever. He's a wealthy man who has been allowed to get away with everything, his entire life. But he had slightly neglectful parents so boo hoo he gets to make women and children suffer while his mother enables it. And people say that if he wasn't neglected then he wouldn't have been like that....😐 really??? We're using the nature vs nurture argument for a rapist? It shouldn't matter, he's still a disgusting rapist. Stop defending him or his mother

Aemond is a child murder and a kinslayer, Daeron is a war criminal, Aegon is a rapist. Funny how the only crimes the daughters of Viserys I ever committed was being women.

Well, ig it's time for me to talk about one of my favorite lores and streamers at this point.

Fit MC of 2B2T and his tragedy.

Honestly, when I watched the launch of QSMP I was full on Philza watcher. I never knew Fit before, but I was charmed by his voice, humor and friendship with crow father. And honestly I never even expected any lore from him, so when his first lore stream happened I was pleasantly surprised! So, I really want to express how much I love Fit's lore. It's not in your face and has a lot of subtle hints and build up. Honestly, it's not an essay but rather an expression of true admiration of masterful story telling in form of incoherent ramblings.

(I'll try to compose it, but I can't promise it'll always be coherent)

So let's start with quick review of his lore. FitMC of 2B2T is, evidently from the oldest anachy server. It's described as wasteland, where you can't trust or be trusted. Once he was approached by a person, whom Fit can't remember. It was a contractor who sent our favorite war criminal to the Qsmp with a mission to steal player data. Everything up from there is in vods.

Well, it is a great start, isn't it? At this point we have a very sad start. Practically no trust and emotional connection to anything. The eternal destruction, explosions, deaths and betrayals don't teach you anything different. So once he came to the server, I imagine, Fit didn't care about anything but mission. Player data and that's all, but right from the start this mindset started to change because of the greatest misfortunes of any mercenary or a 2b2t player. Emotional connection.

So now let me break this up into some sections.

Philza: you really thought I won't bring him up? As a greatest (platonic) Fitza/Wallflower duo enjoyer or just a Phil watcher, I couldn't leave him out of this post. I really think that Fit's learning started with crow father. From the start we know that they're at least are acquaintances. But throughout all this months they grew into something more. Philza's trust is hard to get, but if you get it this'll be worth it. Yet Fit got it. Throughout the good old days of Qsmp, when everything was easier, Fitza always were together. No matter was it a life threat or a camping trip with kids, they're with each other. Trusting to each other enough to letting each other in eggs' homes. And after feces hit the fan, it didn't change. A person, who was taught to never trust a soul and to survive no matter what, was standing there, saying "I'm with you, Phil" In the midst of attack. The trust between them is just incomprehensible. A paranoid hardcore survivor and a war criminal, with a lot of secrets and separetion anxiety, became best friends. If anything goes South for Phil, Fit'll be spying, controlling situation. If a wise crow ever starts loosing his sense of reality, this soaked in blood hand will lay on his shoulder, reassuringly. And it isn't one sided. If Fit needs anything Philza instantly passes him it ("You're too good to me"). Phil shares everything he can with Fit and even trusted the Dream to him. And Fit even had a small separation anxiety attack, just cuz Phil was gone for a few seconds. They are so close, Fit even considered letting in Phil on his purpose, Aaaaah... They're gonna be the death of me. Philza learned Fit friendship/ platonic love.

"You [Phil] and I [Fit].... We walk into churches and they burn just by our presence."

Ramon: the baby boy made in heaven by God himself. There's so much to be said here. Once again, coming into the island, Fit never expected to connect with someone, especially to have a son. After having a rocky relationship with Spreen was left one on one with a child. The absurdity of situation is just as laughable, as ironic. A man, who's hobby was killing kids with no back thought, was now stuck with a child, having no idea of how to raise him. And, honestly, he did pretty good! He gave Ramon freedom, but always was here, close enough to help if needed. Of course he wasn't the saint, yet he always tried to be as honest as he could, even letting him on the "Family secret". Ramon loves his dad, and it's obvious by how he helps Fit with his job, building him a communication with his contractor. The little one even taught this cold person to be kinder and more open. They only have each other. And Fit is ready to do anything if it means he'd get to leave with his baby boy by his side. Also I don't wanna hear a scrap about 2b2t historian not caring about his son's disappearance. He does. After behaving and distancing himself from his past antics, he decided to burn the ship, where Ramon lost his first life, just to avenge his baby. He visits his sons house every stream, looking if maybe he came back. If you want any prove of how much they care about each other search Ramon's graduation. They made each other better and their love is just aaahhh. I love them. Ramon taught Fit parental love.

"Baby boy, made in heaven, by God himself.."

PacTW: the last, but not least, Pacman himself. Oooh, love, oooh, lover boy.... Now, I haven't watched a lot of their interactions, but from all I've seen they're suuuuper in love/crush. All those little glances to each other, protection, quality time... Honestly, I think these two videos explain everything. They trust each other and at least have a crush on each other. And once again, there're a lot of small moments that prove this point. Fit having a small panic attack over not seeing pac for a few seconds and even helping to find Walter Bob and Mike. And Pac, no matter how much he loves Mike, didn't drop Fit after the latter was accused of being a traitor. Love is blooming, and even though it's "baby steps" These are still steps. It takes a lot to relearn trust and especially this kind of intimacy, when all you knew before was war, betrayal and lie. And thus Pac taught him love and trust.( I'm not big on shipping but every time hide duo hug my life gets a little better).

"Baby steps, chat. Baby steps. (Puts roses Pac gifted him)"

But, why did I call Fit and his fate tragic, and then just list all the good interactions Qsmp gave him. After all he experienced at 2b2t , this island seems like a heaven. But, Fit was, is, and forever will be stranger at the paradise (this man is way too good at presenting lore. Even music gives us soo much things to think about... I love it.). No matter how much Fit loves people around him and feels this being reciprocated, he'll never have this full closure. He knows and believes that once everyone knew his mission, they'll hate him. Even people I listed before. He'll never be fully honest with anyone (apart from Ramon), and no matter how people love him. Fit truly feels for Baghera, when she told him about her past and her fear of telling it to BBH. It is literally what he struggles with. This dialogue has a lot of good foils and parallels. The fear of their past, full trust/ forced lie, darkness/ light, and eventually positive outlook. Baghera was eventually able to trust Bad with her secret, yet Fit wasn't. But this paradise spoiled this war criminal. It made him more trusting, more social. Fit can't now be alone, cuz he connected with people. This server, though is full of secrets, lies and danger, is still a paradise. A heaven on earth for a lonely man...

So the last part of this long ahh post is about his desire. The one thing that convinced Fit to go to qsmp. Freedom. Which he doesn't have. By making this deal with Contractor he fell into the trap. He must to find this player data, or else he'll return to the world he tried to escape. For forever. With no way out. But once he came to the server, Cucurucho will never let him go. So he's now in double trap. Yet the biggest trap is Ramon. He's prepared to sacrifice everything for his baby boy, and can't leave the island without him. And without Ramon Fit wouldn't be able to contact the contractor. So in creating connections, Fit traps himself further.

I can't really call it a character analysis, but it's all I see in Fit's lore. A very lonely war criminal, that got so tired of distrust and destruction, that he agreed on a spy mission. But once his mission started he learned how to love and care, that he trapped himself further. Love isn't a miracle that saves you, but it's a very useful tool. Once you learn to understand and reciprocate it, life may become better. (Sorry, it's super cheesy, but I think it encompasses Fits character very good) .

Fit is a spy. They're not supposed to have a family and love, because they can't stay for long. And I think at first, Fit saw everything and everyone as just a means to an end. Just the player data. But after all that has passed he can't be the same. He has a son, friends and a possible love interest. Will he be able to still continue his mission? Will he still betray them and they're trust? I don't know.

But I now I love how cc! Fit does his lore. It isn't so in the face and doesn't affects other, yet it is so layered. Everything is so important down to the music choice aaaaagh. I don't even pretend to analyse everything in his lore like contractor, memory loss, head aches and ect.

I just love it. It's marvelous.

It’s hilarious to me that Aemond kicked Alicent out of the council and literally told her to go back to the kitchen right after that tiktok went viral that called Aemond of all people a feminist.

Compare with Jace saying in the same episode, “my ruler is my mother, and I do not wish it otherwise”.

Jace is EVERYTHING Alicent wished Aegon and Aemond was. A better son, a better politician, would’ve been a better husband to Helaena, a young man who has no problem leading the war council with his wife-to-be and defending her against Ser Alfred. I love that HOTD is completely destroying the whole “momma’s boy/mommy’s favorite war criminal” delusion that Aemond’s stans created.

“Aemond’s the most interesting one on this show” and he’s just every reactionary mass shooter using “bullying” in high school as an excuse for their atrocities (when, in reality, they were just nihilistic psychopaths). Nothing about Aemond is unique or disruptive. Misogyny is painfully boring actually, it’s been around for centuries. People just can’t accept interesting morally sound characters when they see one.

I wonder how that person who made that Jace would not be a feminist (as if any of the green boys in the show would?!) is feeling right about now? They'd probably say that Aemond kicking Alicent out is not sexist but he was just mad at her. Sure Fabian 2.0 🙄.

Now, Aemond does provide some funny moments here and there since "he undermined" Aegon with high Valyrian, but for me the stand out is more Aegon on the green side. I did like Aemond asserting against Jason Lannister's demands, that is very book!Aemond. It's like these two green boys are taking turns being their book selves, which is ironic bc people will claim that they are more interesting that their bk counterparts...baby, that's bc they are finally realized as what their bk counterparts would do!

Also, the greens have such stark and seemingly unique characters because the writes simply didn't develop the blacks very well for balance. They are all more or less pretty static, their motivations regressed or having stayed the same since S1.

So we perhaps need to separate "interesting"/"unique" and "solid characterization" from "morally bankrupt". Both tb and tg. TG tends to either explain how the greens are actually morally neutral or good or justified in some actions AND tries to make as if being "good" automatically boring, but TB seems to sometimes forget that we don't need characters to be morally neutral/ambiguous or good for them to be "interesting"--ironic bc Daemon is morally ambiguous leaning bad but is very interesting to many in TB and to locals...pre-Harrenhal arc. People can say Aemond & Aegon are interesting in the show, bc they do present more to think over...while Rhaenyra's writing is repetitive and verging on pathetic and nonsensical, esp when she slaps the Celtigar instead of Alfred Broome and keeps talking about how helpless she feels even after that. Jace, despite his deeds at the Frey's and the Wall, was also stripped of his Manderly and Jeyne Arryn stories. even with Cregan, they aren't friends and there is no Pact of Ice and Fire. We didn't even get Cregan's backstory in appropriate flashbacks that would have lended Rhaenyra/Jace's support base with a certain confidence in devotion and character! Baela somehow doesn't burn the greens she comes into close contact with...It's all just too underwhelming for the sake of "neutraility". And I don't have to say anything for Daemon, that I already talked about.

Example of "good & interesting": Dany is unequivocally a good person & a good ethical actor with good ethical motivations, but she's anything but boring.

Identity wars & the Uchiha

I always wondered why Itachi haters hate him because he committed mass murder, but excuse Sasuke, Obito, and Madara, for doing/attempting the same. I finally managed to put my finger on why exactly this doesn't sit right with me, other than just being plain silly or using trauma or marginalisation as an excuse for just about anything. Look, I'm queer, doesn't mean I get to walk into a roomful of c*s folks and empty my clip.

Itachi weighs human life in absolute numbers. Anti-Itachi, pro-Uchiha fans weigh human life in identities.

To them, each marginalized life is worth a whole busload of non-marginalized lives. They forget that social justice is NOT revenge, ie marginalized people taking the whole cake and leaving the non-marginalized to starve, but to redistribute the cake so NO ONE goes hungry.

To them, anyone in Konoha other than the Uchiha are non-marginalized aka "the oppressor", so their lives carry not even half the weight of an Uchiha's.

Because clearly, when they defend Sasuke's planned mass murder, it's not just "Danzo and the elders", no, these people think "guilt by association" is the new social justice, so everyone "laughing" in Konoha, to use Sasuke's words from his unhinged rant, is guilty and deserving of retaliation, too. There are no "victims" or "innocents" in Konoha unless they have a ping pong bat on their shirts, it seems. Not even babies or elderly. They're all guilty of something only 3 living people are even aware of.

They don't realize they're justifying school shooters. Because yes, the boy was victimized by a handful of bullies and had every right to go after them, but what, pray tell, justifies shooting up the whole school? That's what Sasuke, Obito, and Madara are. Glorified mass shooters. They have righteous beef with an entity or handful of people, and they're happy to take everyone else down with them for sharing the enemy's zip code.

When lumping all Konoha residents/people everywhere in with "the oppressor", these people don't take into account:

-genuine ignorance of the administration's rotten tactics

-if aware, a lack of power to change anything

-repercussions of treason/desertion -rational thought, ie. not criminalizing someone for living in the only place they've ever known

-other forms of marginalisation existing within Konoha, as well as civilians and dissenters -cultural/propaganda impact, ie. drinking the kool

-aid not typically being an act of malice and thus not warranting a death sentence

-limited responsibility for elected leaders: you may not have voted for this leader, or your elected leader may not keep his promises

-various personal and societal struggles not leaving capacity to march for the marginalised; remember Konoha doesn't even pay decorated ninjas enough to have their sick children treated: Mukai Kohinata had to spy for an enemy village to pay his son's hospital bills, and Konoha sent Itachi to kill him for it

-Kage are not democratically elected, making people living under them even LESS responsible for their administration. The Kage administration is a dictatorship, making everyone living under a Kage oppressed and victims. This also adds not-so-voluntary pressure to the "voluntary" decision to serve as a ninja. Collective punishment, guilt by association, all those things I thought we all agreed are ALWAYS bad, are suddenly excusable if committed in the name of justice (revenge) rather than power.

Itachi "looks bad" because he only killed oppressed people, under orders from the oppressor. Itachi haters don't even take into account that he did so in tears and hating his commander and only obeying because of the many INNOCENT lives he thought were at stake - many more than those 60 or so Uchihas. He didn't kill the clan "for the oppressor" (a government), he, from his POV, killed the clan for the people who didn't ask to live under this, or any government - after all, there is no opting out of "enabling injustice through citizenship" no matter where you go, so why fault anyone for existing where they do?

Is all of Konoha really "the oppressor" because of those 4 old people? Where could Konoha residents go in protest where they would not collaborate with some form of oppression, where is that utopia of innocence and justice? Fugaku sure wasn't gonna build it, since he would have to establish a new iron fist rule to keep people in line after *checks notes* kidnapping a leader who only ever showed them a loving face.

"Guilt by association" is not how to advocate for social justice. Not in the Narutoverse, not IRL. You just turn the aggressor-victim dynamic around, not eradicating oppression.

Tldr: Robert has daddy issues and keeps getting kidnapped, Ludwig is royalty and a sociopath, Harvey is an ex cop who just wants to get paid.

[December 20, 2024]

We got:

Robert "Austin" Steele - Monterra. He is the party boy with daddy issues. Growing up he never knew who is father was exactly. His mom told him about his dad but never how to find him. Big partially because she didn't know where he was either and didn't care to find out. See she left him when she found out she was pregnant and never told him. She didn't want to raise a son in the middle of a Mob war in Chicago. So she took him to New York. She owned a night club which obviously Robert was around often. It wasn't long until tales of his dad got a bit to his head and he wanted to be like him. So he started robbing small banks and jewelry stores. He eventually got picked up by a small time crime boss. This was around the time he got his pet crow.

He started moving bigger as a solo robber until he hit a score the same day but slightly earlier than the payday gang. They came in right as he had grabbed the last bag. Insert car case until robs tires get shot out on an abandoned bridge. [Police hadn't been notified of the bank robbery]. The car swerved and crashed against one of the posts. Robert a little out of it got drug from the car and questioned. Something to note about Robert is he ain't a snitch on nobody ever. He wouldn't even given them his name [this is a common theme with Robert]. Figuring they didn't have the time to question him right there for long enough they kidnap him [also a common theme]. What they didn't know is his pet crow followed them back to the safe house.

So mom pulls up rightly pissed and grabs one of the guys taking a smoke break outside, slams them against the wall and demands to know where her son is. Obviously they claim not to know them. By the time Dallas and a few others get outfit to figure out the commotion, she notes Robert's bird is sitting in the tree near here with a tracker. At this point the mom recognizes Dallas, Robert's unknowing father. She cuts a deal with him, she'll give all the information on what they are questioning Robert for, and she gets her son back alive. They hash out more details as they go along with the revelation of the father son thing. They aren't quite there yet, not properly. Robert ends up joining the payday gang.

Other notes on Robert: he rescued a crow that had anxious feather plucking. Because of this Murder [the crow] chest is bald. To keep him from getting cold he wears vests and sweaters. He is also trained to fly to and from people as well as survey an area because one of the vests has a spy camera in it. Robert is also a bit of a clubber but mainly at his moms night club. Legally he technically shouldn't be there as the drinking age is 21. He is often dancing even when bar tending. Of the 3 he is the baby of the group at 20 years old.

Ludwig "Prince" Hessler. [The royal family for this does not match the real life rulers of this country. I googled was European monarchs still have full control and this was one of the options] He is the youngest of his family and a prince of Lichtenstein. He has several siblings ahead of him for the thrown and he has no interest in politics [clearly cause he's in a bank robbing crew]. He is a sociopath however. He masks that very well when he is in political settings and among his family. He however has a strong blood lust, more so in the fight and not just serial killing. He met Robert when he broke into their car and tried to use them as a hostage in a getaway. clearly this didn't work but instead of turning him in Ludwig kidnapped him and help him hostage until he agreed to let him join his robbing crew. And Robert agreed

Other notes on Ludwig: when Ludwig is around the crew of criminals he doesn't hide his blood lust. He isn't going to attack them or anything but he makes it known he doesn't like stealth. He is normally teamed up with Robert and Harvey. He and Robert will get in petty arguments over anything and will start fighting with each other like violent siblings. Others often have to pull them apart. He prefers Melee fighting over guns. When forced he will use a shot gun. He has once tried to use his gun as a crowbar to open a stuck vault door, bending it almost in half. He is also the one who takes the wheel when they need someone to take it. He isn't one for road safety or taking it carefully. Of the 3 his age is in the middle at 27 years old.

Harvey "Copper" Burton. He was a detective who was investigating the payday gang during the early stages of payday 2. He would often question Hoxton during his jail sentence. He didn't get anything from Hoxton but the 2 were civil. Harvey would occasionally bring him something as a bribe and when it didn't work he would shrug and go about his day. He was taken off the case after the hoxton break out. [Mild cannon divergence of the break out] Harvey was there during the break out and had been the one to drag Hoxton to the side to start patching his leg saying "I don't get paid if you die." When threatened by Dallas and crew He gave up Hoxton with no real fuss. [Can't get paid when you're dead] and Hoxton vouched enough to say just leave him. [The alarms had already started going off by that point.

Fast forward, Robert had been kidnapped and tortured by a gang who Robert had stolen from before joining the payday gang. [They were unaware of his affiliation as Robert didn't even give them his name]. Harvey had then organized a raid against said gang and when they went through the base they found Robert and Harvey found his mask. [It's very similar theme to the other payday masks]. When they moved Robert to a hospital as he was only a victim far as they could tell, Harvey used a lead he never officially got to try before he was pulled from the case and called Bain to let him know one of his guys was here. The gang pulls up [Dallas, Chains, Wolf, Hoxton] as civs and Harvey is sitting in Robert's room. Harvey more or less gets snatched from there for 2 reasons. 1 he knows who they are, 2 he knows who tortured Robert. Something to note: when he was cut from investigating the payday gang, he didn't supply anymore information about it that wasn't already in his reports. He wasn't getting paid for it there fore he wasn't helping. This includes not telling anyone he called Bain and was expecting them to come. Anyways he's brought to the safe house and after getting promised to get paid he tells them what they want to know. For a while he was locked up in the safe house, then put on house arrest with one of them ankle bracelets, then joining the planning with a small cut, and finally joining the crew.

Other notes on harvey: his code name comes from his hair color and the fact he was a cop. He is more neutral and clinic. He is the heavy planner and stealth preferred member of the group. While he's not loyal, he is loyal to the highest paycheck. It just so happens no job or group has a high paycheck than this one. He doesn't take bribes either while being about the money. Taking a bribe would risk his job and there fore his money. Of the 3 he is the oldest at 35 years old.

the first time I watched this I really hoped that Lynn would stand up for Tory against her aunt here.

The fact Kandace wants her sisters disability check is messed up. Especially when Tory's already working multiple jobs. "My sister always promised to take care of me" girl, not in this case.

Kandace says Tory's father also had a quick temper. But she also is invoking her sisters death. Tory's brother's name is Brandon but Kandance forgets that. And he's 8.

Kandance when Tory says she's almost 18 threatens to fight for custody of Brandon and points out, who would win that battle a high school drop out and a criminal which Kandance also is but apparently knows how to play the game.

Oh Johnny. His abandoned warehouse, which maybe he's squatting I don't know, is between the burned down Chuck E. Cheese and pipe supply. At least he realizes when the girls run off how bad it sounds.

Daniel asks why she never told him. Mr. never told her about Silver, or Kreese, or that he never told Johnny that they had his son. Probably hasn't mentioned Chozen, Kumiko or Mike Barnes either.

Demetri says joining a dojo was the best thing that ever happened to him, he got stronger, confident, got the girl of his dreams and he's excited for teh all-valley tournament.

The way each person shows up faded in the background, sneaking up and cornering the other. Like Daniel, you said some pretty awful stuff about Johnny too. To Robby it probably all sounds like a mess. And when you say things that sound like opinions rather than facts it kinda doesn't have the affect your guying for.

If Daniel had said: Terry silver offered to help me train for the all-valley that I didn't want to be a part of but had to be because I was being harassed by people who literally were holding me and my friend by a rope off a cliff and going to kill us only for him to teach me a few moves and go from learning basics to trying to break my hands and feet with two by fours and then I found out it'd all been a trick and the bastards hanging me from a cliff by a rope ended up being his students. I dunno Daniel I feel like people would react to that better than "This man is sick and twisted and when he's done with you you won't be you anymore." I think you just need to back that up a little, but on Cobra Kai turf was a bad idea.

Daniel doesn't care about it being ethical it's good vs evil in his book.

I think I have answered this question before, but I don’t mind because I like talking about ny favourite characters!

(And my favourite characters change hourly, so-)

I can’t rank them, I love them all equally, but my current favourites:

1. Luo Binghe from Scum Villain Self-Saving System. I can’t help it. Fanon likes to paint him as comical, at times, but I love how competent he is! He just… would like to be a housewife. Preferably his Shizun’s housewife… and, he is, as Shen Qingqiu says himself, the type of person to smile to your fave while sliding a knife in your back and I love that for him

2. Quan Yizhen from Heaven Official’s Blessing. He throws a bed at Pei Ming. He’s obsessed with his shixiong and beats up his own followers for badmouthing him. He’s smart enough to realize that everyone thinks he’s stupid, therefore he can use obvious tricks because nobody thinks he can fool them. There’s a scene where Xie Lian and Quan Yizhen both praise something for being beautiful (I think it was the Brocade Immortal’s fighting) and even Ling Wen is like “You know I’m trying to kill you right?” He’s great :)

3. Tim Drake from DC Comics. The third Robin, the one most similar to Batman, the world second greatest detective. Can sneak up on Superman and managed to stalk Batman. Was going through a lot and tried to clone his best friend. The quintessential perfectionist. I headcanon that he plans his dates out on corkboards and no one will convince me otherwise. Also, his relationship with Ra’s Al Ghul in his Red Robin run was comedy gold.

4. Artemis Fowl from the books of the same name (I’ve never seen the movie and like to pretend it doesn’t exist). Fakes his own death multiple times and steals gold from fairies and is altogether a criminal mastermind. There’s a scene in the first book where Holly Short (the other main character) tells him to stay put and she’ll bring him back a lollipop (mocking him). She leaves and he mutters “But I don’t like lollipops.” Also gets made fun of for having a girly name, which I can relate to since I was made fun of for having a masculine name.

5. Shen Qiao from Thousand Autumns. God, he’s just the best. He is absolutely infuriating. He has the patience of ten thousand men. Began the book waiting for him to snap, then realized that I didn’t want him to lose his temper because that would make Shen Qiao sad and Shen Qiao deserves all the happiness in the world. His martial brother pushed him off of a fucking mountain. Yan Wushi names a deer after him. Have you ever seen baby Shen Qiao? Qiao-er?? The cutest little fella, the sweetest bean, has never done anything wrong in his life.

6. Marth from the Fire Emblem series. There’s a scene in the remake of the first game where, after you recruit one of the characters during a fight, Marth can talk to him. The character is like “I understand if you don’t trust me.” Marth: “Why wouldn’t I trust you?” “I literally tried to kill you fifteen minutes ago.” Marth: “The past is in the past.” Marth is just the most polite boy. He was the first male character to be included in the FEH Bridal Event and he is… so cute…

7. Mara Jade from Star Wars. Specifically Mara Jade in the Thrawn trilogy. She is loyal to Karrde because he was nice to her. She wants to kill Luke so bad, but she can’t because if she doesn’t find out why he’s so weird before she kills him, she’ll never be at peace. Darth Vader’s coworker. “Who’s this “son of Vader” you keep mentioning?” -Mara Jade, while sitting next to the son of Vader they keep mentioning. Mirrors Anakin and I just love that for her (especially since he went good -> evil and she went evil -> good, they mirror each other babeyyy) She’s like “Are you sure you don’t want me to murder this creepy old guy?” The straightman in her and Luke’s relationship and it is so funny that the literal ex-Dark Jedi is the normal one.

8. Hiwatashi Nazuna from BNA. She is in love with Michiru. Anyone else: “Your agent is weird.” Nazuna: “Shut up you don’t know what you’re talking about.” Michiru: “Your agent is weird.” Nazuna: “You make a great point and I’m going to start distancing myself from him right away.” The trickiest trickster to ever trick trickers. She is willing to kill for Michiru and it’s honestly very relatable.

9. Kudou Shinichi from Detective Conan. The dumbest man alive. Also the most dramatic man alive. Obsessed with Sherlock Holmes and infodumps about him constantly. Is terrible at pretending to be a child, literally nobody is convinced, but Conan is so cute, how can they say no to him? Has the strongest moral compass of any character (aside from maybe Shen Qiao) and the world is lucky his moral compass is so strong, because if he decided to be evil, no one would be able to stop him. My favourite moments are the ones where innocent little Conan-kun smiles and says horribly dark things that even make the murderer scared. Absolutely terrifying, at seventeen and seven, good for him.

10. Tianlang-jun from Scum Villain Self-Saving System. I know it’s another character from Scum Villain, but hear me out. He is absolutely insane. He decides to destroy the world because everyone thought he wanted to. He barters with Su Xiyan over how attractive his face is. He asks Zhuzhi-lang if he thinks he’s ugly. He is a pure-hearted innocent maiden and also the most powerful character in the book. He only loses to Binghe because he was stuck under a mountain for over a decade, and his body is rejecting his demonic qi and falling apart. He makes a coffin look like a throne and is intimidating as fuck, then asks Shen Qingqiu to help him up and his arm pops off. And he just says “Dang. It happened again, Zhuzhi-lang.” My favourite red herring of all time, I just want to pat-pat his head.

These are the current ones. Shout-out to Yan Wushi from Thousand Autumns, who spends the entire novel fucking with Shen Qiao then has the terrible realization that he fell in love with Shen Qiao. Also, he made a very convincing woman. Also also, as I was looking through my notes on Thousand Autumns, I was reminded that he has the truly remarkable ability to ruin Shen Qiao’s reputation without even being present. Amazing! Second shout out to Bai Rong, also from Thousand Autumns, who gets a crush on Shen Qiao and offers to become his sugar daddy. A lot of characters try to seduce Shen Qiao, but Bai Rong was my favourite because she was just so… cute about it.

When Abraham eventually arrives at the police station in Golden, he is accompanied by two men.

At this point it is approaching evening, and the sun has started its descent into its grave. 

The two men are promptly asked to wait outside the station, a tall male officer remarks that their visit may be lengthy. After some deliberation, the two men agree to wait at the Mcdonald’s down the street. They agree to bring Abraham an iced tea. 

“Where’s my son?” Abraham says as his tired eyes scan the office. The male officer that stands before him directs him to a room that is down the hall and to the left. He instructs Abraham to sit and remarks that someone will be with him shortly. 

Abraham rubs his nose and sits back in his chair. He fidgets, picking at the button on the sleeve of his jacket, shifting around in his chair every few seconds, scratching his head, bobbing his knee up and down wildly with anxiety. 

10 minutes go by. 

“Fuck,” Abraham mutters, “I shouldn’t have come here, fuck…” he stands from his seat and paces around the room. He then digs his phone out the pocket of his blue jeans and scrolls through his messages until he clicks on the name “Mark”. 

“You need to get John and Samson up to the houses right now I have a bad fucking feeling,” he types quickly. 

There’s a moment's delay before three white dots appear on the screen, indication that Mark is typing back. 

“Samson just had the baby 

not gonna be leaving the hospital till late. 

I’ll call John and see what he’s up to.” 

Abraham cusses again and furiously types back,

“I told him not to have the fucking baby at the hospital, we have enough problems as it is,”

Moments delay, then Mark responds, 

“There were complications. 

Sampson said that Lilah was dying. Baby was dying too. 

She bled all over the bed. It looks like a fucking war zone in there, man.

We can’t keep doing this shit. It gets fucked up every time. 

You know Samson loves Lilah and that baby. He actually wanted to be a father.”

Abraham groans audibly, now gripping his phone with both of his tensed hands. 

“Tell Samson he’s DONE. 

Don’t let me see that piece of shit on my property again!

This brotherhood is more important than pussy,” he types back. 

More than a moment's delay.

“John says he’ll do it. He’s on the way now. Full clean?”

“Everything needs to be gone.” Abraham replies. “Use bleach and that other acid shit. You should trash that mattress and the sheets too.”

“The altars?” Mark replies quickly.

Abraham’s fingers hover over the keyboard with hesitation. 

“Don’t touch the altars. Nothing weird about them. Looks religious.”

Abraham sits back in his chair and sets his phone on the table with a stressful sigh, before quickly picking it back up. 

“We’re done with kids,” he adds. 

“Agreed, brother,” Mark concludes. 

The door opens, Detective Lewis can be seen along with the tall male officer from before. The officer nods to Lewis before shutting the door and leaving her alone with Abraham. Detective Lewis sits and sets her binder on the desk before doing a short chuckle to herself. 

“Abraham Solomon King,” she says quietly, “Let’s see… driving without insurance and registration… criminal trespassing, stalking, and credit card fraud. No possession… hm. Lucky you. You have... been previously convicted of hate speech, willful promotion of hatred, and you are the founder of a religious organization called the “Brotherhood of the Forbidden Truth”... what a character you are.”

“And you are?” Abraham asks with a disrespectful air to his voice. 

“I am Detective Lewis,” she says with a raised eyebrow, “and that little boy out there is Sheol.”

Abraham frowns, making the wrinkles in his dark brown skin set deeper into his face. 

“Where is my son?” he asks darkly. 

“Oh we’ll get to that, don’t you worry, Abe. But first let’s discuss the issue of the suspicious lack of documentation surrounding your son, hm?” 

Abraham looks down at the desk, avoiding eye contact with the sharp detective. 

“No birth records, no health records, no cards. We don’t even know the name of his mother. All of the information we have on Sheol came directly from you in your… rather coolheaded phone call to the guys in Lumby. We’re not even entirely sure that he is your son,” she says as she reads through her binder. 

“Look at me,” Abraham says with a condescending smile, “he’s mine.” 

Detective Lewis observes Abraham and rolls her eyes. The familial resemblance is apparent. You have the same wide nose, angled brown eyes, and high cheekbones. The same curly black hair and dark brown skin. 

“Well you are… more than “active” in the local community, Mr. King. Why exactly has no one seen or heard from Sheol? Explain to me, Mr. King, why for the past three years Sheol has essentially been kept a secret? You didn’t think ‘hm! Maybe I should inform the government that I’ve had a baby!’ around… year 2?”

Abraham crosses his arms and leans deeper into his seat, eyeing Detective Lewis with a coy apprehension.

“We livin’ all the way out in the boonies. Lots of folks out there don’t document their kids. So what? The family takes care of him. You can ask my boys, they all know who he is. It’s no man's land out there anyways, you've never been up that side, aye?” 

Detective Lewis gives Abraham a smug, condescending glare. Abraham shrugs with an equally nasty smile. 

“It’s not illegal,” he says coolly. 

“Where is his mother?” Lewis asks carefully, pen hovering above the page of her notes.

Abraham glances at her papers. “Couldn’t tell ya,” he answers, “she’s not in the picture.” 

“What is his mother’s name?” Lewis continues.

“Don’t think that matters,” Abraham answers dismissively, “she don’t got custody.”

Detective Lewis squints annoyedly, “nobody has custody of Sheol right now, Mr.King.”

An agonizing silence hangs in the air for a minute and a half as Abraham continues to avoid the question. Picking at his nails, running his hands through his hair, burping and rocking in his chair.

“Where do you live?” Lewis asks, only to be ignored once again. Three more minutes of silence.

“You’re really going to play this game with me, Abraham? You want to make this painful for yourself?” Lewis continues on in a half murmur. 

There's another long stretch of silence, this one longer than the last. Abraham leans his head back on his chair and starts whistling ‘Amazing Grace’. His shrill tone banishes the uncomfortable quiet. 

Finally, Detective Lewis stands from her chair with an exhausted, “alright, Abraham.”

“Can I go now?” Abraham asks, also standing from his seat, “You gonna give me my kid so I can get him home before bedtime?”

“No, no. You stay right there. I’m just going to make a quick phone call and I’ll be right back.” Lewis responds as she gathers her papers and heads towards the door.

If you're still doing things like this; AU where All Might fought AfO earlier, and in the aftermath, All Might finds his archnemisis' infant son, in a little crib crying his lungs out. He has a small amount of green hair and the brightest green eyes you've ever seen.

It's not even a choice, All Might takes the boy in, despite the HSPC telling him to kill the boy, to make sure nothing of All For One remains.

I actually had an au i never got to writing with basically this exact premise, except Izuku was a clone of AFO Toshinori rescued from a lab. I’m going to try and mix it up a little though.

Toshinori finds a secret door in the ruins of the villain lair he and a bunch of other heroes just busted. A baby room, complete with a toy box in the corner, animals painted on the walls, and a tiny crib in the middle. He immediately shifts from fight mode to rescue mode, cradling the tiny crying bundle. The raid started hours ago, who knows how long he was alone? He’s in denial at first, maybe this was a child of one of AFO’s lackies, or a baby they kidnapped and planned to experiment on. But examinations and further research of the site confirm that this is the son of All for One.

The HPSC won’t stoop so low as to order an infant killed, but they are very interested in using the child’s potential for their own benefit. And it’s best he’s raised in closely monitored captivity to contain him in the event he inherited his father’s affinity for violence. Toshinori believes that if the kid is raised under the assumption he’ll be a villain or weapon, that’s all he’ll ever be. But a stable home full of love would make him just like anyone else. And since he doesn’t trust anyone else not to be manipulated by the Commission, Toshinori takes on the responsibility himself.

In my original clone concept, Toshinori named him Izuku after the number 9 on his growth pod. In this, let’s say he just liked the name. And Izuku is by all accounts, a normal baby. He has only two significant abnormalities: an extra joint in his pinky toe, indicating quirklessness, and the fact that he hardly ever cries. Not when he’s hungry, not when he needs to be changed. The implication is that he was used to being left alone, in attended to. As a result, Toshinori has to watch him very closely. But this ends up being a brief episode, and Izuku quickly learns how to be clingy instead.

The clinginess continues as he gets older. As a compromise with the HPSC, Izuku isn’t allowed to attend normal school and needs to be homeschooled. As a result, he grows up very isolated and poorly socialized, with a desperate attachment to his dad, Toshinori. He’s also got a potent anxiety disorder that leaves him spiraling at even small changes in his life. It’s extremely unhealthy, and it’s only going to get worse if the HPSC gets their way to make him one of their private heroes. So Toshinori sneaks around the HPSC and makes a deal with UA to enroll him.

Once Izuku is in UA and clearly showing signs of All Might’s quirk after being tested for quirklessness, the HPSC threatens to denounce All Might and ruin his career. He counters that he has 15 years of documentation about their insistence of treating an innocent child like a war criminal. So it’s a stalemate. Izuku on the other hand has no idea. He’s just excited to be around kids his own age, even if he’s a little awkward with them. He grows especially close to Todoroki after the sports festival, bonding over their shared experience as the isolated children of big heroes they struggle to live up to. He doesn’t find out about his true father until much later.

His life took turns Aaron never expected. It’s not the “Oh, mh, well that was unexpected”-type of turns, I talk about the “God played Cards Against Humanity with angels and decided to make it happen for someone”-type. But looking back he would not want to change a thing.

After Haley and Beth he was convinced that God, the Universe, something out there shared the opinion that romantic love isn’t the right thing for him and Aaron accepted that fact. Even more when he and Jack went into witness protection. I mean, when you are worried about the life of your family being in danger because of a stalker, you don’t think about the beautiful neighbor, who lives next door, right? Right?

Well, without going into too much detail, Hotch did think about her and she about him and vice versa. Everything went good until Aaron received the message that the team found the stalker and that it was safe to come back. He decided to come clean to his girlfriend. They talked about the possibility of moving back to Quantico.

In the end they decided in favor of the move, the final argument was the surprising announcement of her being pregnant. Hotch wants to raise their youngest where his and Jack’s roots are located. But he decides against taking a position at the BAU, instead taking a desk job in order to be more at home. He also has the opportunity to work from home after little (Y/N) was born and continues to do so until she is old enough to go to Kindergarten. Even then he takes two days the week where he stays home. Aaron learned from his decisions and mistakes he made in the past and wants to live up to them and be a better father and husband than before.

And Hotch keeps it to this day, six years later. It’s (Y/N)’s first day of school, while Jack just graduated high school and goes off to college in a few weeks. Even though they have an age gap from twelve and a half years, their parents are sure there are no other siblings with such a strong bond.

Ever since his baby sister’s birth Jack is her biggest supporter, protector and friend. Her first word was his name, though it was more of a “ACK!”, but that’s the best nickname he ever got. As soon as (Y/N) was old enough to comprehend the concept of movies, he introduced her to Star Wars. Since then lightsaber wars out of cardboard pipes are not uncommon. Last Halloween they even dressed up as Chewbakka and Han Solo. You get three guesses on who was who.

“JACK!” (Y/N) runs into her big brother’s room with an excited expression on her face. “Daddy promised to buy me a real lightsaber after I read ten books! With lights and sounds and all! Isn’t that cool?” Jack smiles. Aaron did a similar thing with him. For a certain amount of books he got a reward they discussed beforehand. This way he felt motivated to read and improved writing and reading skills.

“This is awesome. I think that means we have to go book shopping together, what do you think?” (Y/N) is not only the cool kid that has an older brother, she is also the cool kid, whose older brother has a drivers license, a car and a part time job. She nods with big eyes, speechless, because the offer sounds like heaven to her. Getting books and one on one time with Jack after he was really busy with school for weeks? This has to be heaven.

“Ok, then you put your outside clothes on and I’ll tell Dad about our plan.” At that the little girl rushes to her room, not wanting to waste any more time. Jack makes his way down to the kitchen, where Aaron wipes the table from lunch down.

“Dad, I take (Y/N) to this bookstore in DC and we’ll probably go eat ice cream after that. Is that alright?” Hotch looks up at his son. It still feels like yesterday as he told Haley that Gideon is a big no as a baby name. Now he is all grown up and just a few weeks away from the next big chapter in his life.

“Of course, just let me get my wall-” Jack cuts him off. “No need, I want to use this as a kind of goodbye thing. At least until Thanksgiving.” Aaron knows what he means. It’s his last day before he goes off to college and just a couple more until the first classes begin. The family still hasn’t told their youngest exactly what’s going on. Else she would refuse to go to school and go on with her day, insisting on using all the time they have until Jack drives off.

Two hours later the siblings leave the bookstore, both of them having a bag in their hands. Of course Jack's heavier, but both he and the cashier assured (Y/N) that they lift the same amount of weight.

“Uncle Spence will be excited when I tell him that I read Harry Potter, he told me so many good things about it”, the girl gushes. Jack nods, indicating that he is listening. Of course they also picked books that are not that advanced. Still, no sister of his shall grow up without knowing the beauty of the wizarding world. Also, secretly he is hoping for her to turn out as nerdy as he is so they get more things to talk about. His next step is superheroes, especially the Marvel ones.

They converse until they get to an ice cream parlor and order both their usuals. “Do you think you are ready for me to tell you something important?” The older one asks after they sit down at a table. (Y/N) nods, confusion taking over her face.

“Uhm, you know how I graduated from high school? I’m done with school, but I want to get a degree, but for that I have to go to college. It’s pretty far away so I can’t come home for a few months. But I’m back home when Thanksgiving is and also for Christmas.” It doesn’t matter what Jack says, a sad frown has formed on the little one’s face. “Oh. And after Christmas, will you leave again?” He nods and explains when he is off from college and when not.

“We can always skype and write letters. How does that sound? And when you get your first phone, we can even text.” That (Y/N) lights up a bit. For her first year of school she got a stationary set and is eager to use it to this day.

“I’m going to miss you so much”, she says hugging her big brother. Jack pats her back. “I’ll miss you, too.”

The goodbye the next day is a heartfelt matter. Everybody cries, especially (Y/N). She can’t fathom a scenario where her brother isn’t there for her all the time.

The following weeks are also hard for the family. The youngest refuses to sleep alone for the first three days after Jack’s leave. She is more closed off and mainly just does her school work or reads the books he bought for her. By the time Thanksgiving is only away for another two weeks, (Y/N) has read through all of them at least two times.

Her father already ordered the lightsaber he promised her. Unfortunately shipping takes several months, so the little girl still has to wait patiently for her reward to arrive. In the meantime she works on getting the next and she is already pretty close to the comic book collection she wants.

“Sweetheart, can you set the table, please? Your Mom will be here soon from grocery shopping and she will need help getting them from the car into the house”, Hotch calls for his daughter while stirring in a pot.

The little girl nods, putting her stationary set and pens aside to do as her father asked. She is in the middle of answering her brother’s last letter, telling him that she is now the one that usually has to read aloud for the class because of her advanced skill for a first grader.

Just as she sets the last piece of silverware down the doorbell rings. “Sweetie, can you please open it? This should be your mother.” Happily (Y/N) runs up and turns the door knob. Over the last few months she hit a small growing spurt and is finally tall enough to reach it without standing on her tippy toes.

“Mo-” She nearly chokes on her own saliva. The one at the door is definitely not her mother. “JACK!” (Y/N) runs up to him and jumps onto his leg. “Hey Princess. I thought now that you read your books, we need to hold the most amazing lightsaber fight in history.” With a mischievous smile he pulls two from his back, giving one to his baby sister.

It is the most epic fight in history between an elementary schooler and a college boy. They can only be stopped by their parents announcing that it is a tie between both of them and that they have to sit down, else the food gets cold.

The following weeks mostly consist of (Y/N)’s joyous laughs and cuddling with her big brother. She even insists on him sleeping with her in her much smaller bed. On his last night before going back to college, the little girl turns to him in the middle of watching her favorite movie in the living room.

“Do you promise not to forget me when you are away? Because I alway think about you and tell my friends so much about you. I told them you are a hero, my hero, just like Daddy. They wanna meet you because of that.” Jack has to hold back tears at her statement.

“I also think of you so much. All of my friends at college are pretty jealous of me having such a sweet baby sister. Maybe one time you can visit me and I can introduce you to them.” The thought of that makes (Y/N) smile and is a little consolation to the thought of her brother leaving again.

Aaron watches the interaction going down, happy to see the strong bond between his children, despite their age gap. This is nothing like he and Sean were and that is a relief for him and the worries he had in the beginning. It is a sign that he did do some things right as a father.

Even Uncle Gildards would show up, bringing something for the kids. -I was wondering what would happen if Santa's reindeer suddenly wanted to pee while flying?- asked seriously little boy. However, the biggest concern for Fullbuster was the fact that such news could lead to a longer conversation, which again could lead to uncomfortable questions that Gray was not ready to answer.
