Secondly, Dabi's English VA knows of my existence. He even said "hey guys" to me and the person I went to the con with when we passed him. Also the fact he knows I'm such a big Dabi simp so he knows the Dabi voice makes me turn into a puddle is... idk. Also he's surprisingly jacked. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't that. Yes I nearly cried when I met him. He's so nice. He liked my Dabi print. He said "this is a sexy Dabi" and yes I'm writing this down so I don't forget it in the future.

I wasn’t in a spot to get good audio recording for the BURNOUT SYNDROMES Q&A, so I just took notes—here’s some of my fave bits:

Q: Who’s your favorite Haikyuu character?

Takuya: Oikawa Kazuumi: Ushijima. I like the Shiratorizawa arc Taiyu: Yamaguchi. It’s cool when he does the jump serve.

(Ushijima is my favorite and Yamaguchi is my son so I was 🥹🥹🥹 even tho I would be 🥹 at anyone they said bc I love every character)

Q: Where would you like to perform most in the world?

Takuya: Houston. Because… (he was struggling to say it in English and making a rocket shape with his hands) of astronaut. Kazuumi: Oh is Houston where NASA is? Takuya: Yes, I want to go there. Kazuumi: How many of you are from Houston? (maybe 10% of the audience raised their hand, and then they asked us to come see them in Houston someday)

Q: What did you expect Texas to be like and is it different from what you thought?

Takuya: Cowboy. (He was expecting to see cowboys [which you won’t see in the cities outside of rodeo season] and laughed and then said:) It’s like Ninja. Everyone thinks ninja are everywhere in Japan. (But he heard people saying howdy at the concert and it made him super happy) Kazuumi: Everyone told us it would be so hot here, like we would die from how hot it was. But… is this what you guys think of as hot? Audience: NO! Y’all got lucky! (the weather was actually super nice this weekend)
