I don't know man. it takes over my brain

Fritz keeps on almost stabbing Comet when she's human because he's too used to it. He has to remember that the human way of responding when you get teased is a punch buggy and Comet is constantly one mental slip away from getting stabbed.

Also Fritz frequently laments that Comet is no longer the size of a house when she is human but nonetheless treats her the exact same way

Sometimes i hate reading (character) x reader’s 🧍

Id like to write myself but i don’t have enough skill to be writing up a whole ass story nor do i have the patience.

I found some Shirou Ogami ff on Wattpad cause thats how desperate i am- and i found 2 acceptable one’s (kinda ig) AND THAT WAS IT

99% of the other ff’s of Shirou was absolutely horrendous and horrifying, some people shouldn’t be writing and some people shouldn’t be making stories with a serious character/nonchalant x reader because they end up making them out of character, and of course i understand some personalities are hard to write BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP CHANGING HIS PERSONALITY 😭

I can not stress enough that the very concept of a Disco Elysium Anime done by the studio TRIGGER would be the most DISCO fucking thing on the god damn planet and I'd trust no other studio to make it. Please just THINK about how EPIC this shit would look. I'm going to draw this. Like fake frames from a movie. I'm just trying to figure out WHICH style to follow. There's Little Witch Academia, BNA, Promare, Kill La Kill, PANTY & STOCKING WITH GARTERBELT, Gurran Lagann, Dungeon Meshi and more. Though for that Psychedelic Disco sheik, I'm leaning Promare and BNA aesthetic with Kill La Kill off model humor... I've a concept on this fictitious 2 hour movie. Taking place 6 months after the game, and starts with a few minor cases happening in Jamrock while also exploring some backstory for our two detectives that results in Harry and Kim stumbling onto the concealed origins of The Pale, and the realization behind "AFTER LIFE -- DEATH; AFTER DEATH -- LIFE AGAIN. AFTER THE WORLD -- THE PALE; AFTER THE PALE -- THE WORLD AGAIN" (AKA we're talking Reincarnation, baby! This fucking Disco Dance be going on for Millions of years~) and ultimately also saving Revachol from impending explody doom which in turn saves Elysium, and breaking the cycle all while being as Homo-Erotic AS fucking possible and simultaneously giving every Studio TRIGGER vibe imaginable.

the world of the undermutts!

while I’m sketching up the other keychain (or just chibi) designs of the gang I wanna share my vision for the kinda world/city the mutts are set it.

WARNING! Spoilers for ‘the boys’ are in this, don’t ask..

my main inspirations for this world is ‘Chicago musical’, ‘helluva boss’, ‘the boys’ and ‘epic the musical’

here’s some pics I got as inspo that convey what the city looks like!

The setting is a mix of the 30s - 40s while still holding some steampunk aspects, like more advanced. The cities are huge and compact, lights are always on and there’s always something ticking in the walls

the hierarchy system is also inspired from ‘ZeSketches’ webtoon!

I’m thinking about taking a turn where not everyone is this world is human, it’s common for everyone to have an ability of their own. 70% of people only have small bits of it though.

here’s the mutts powers!!

One has all his senses more sensitive, he can hear whispers easily, smell things like a tracking dog, and see the smallest specks on a black suit. Inspo from Shirou Ogami from BNA!

Two can phase through any living mass, so he can’t go through walls. But he can go through people and suddenly stop being ‘transparent’ and appear physically again while inside, making it implode? Inspo from hughies dad from the boys!!

Three can make anything she touches explode on command, takes up a lot of energy and the bigger the explosion the more it takes out of her. inspo from ‘Rex-Splode’ from Invinciples!

four people assume it’s that he’s just really strong, and he is, but his real power is he can stitch living mass together and make it alive again. So can basically Frankensteins monster anybody if he has parts, can even heal himself with stitches if a arm is ripped off.

The other 40% of humans have large amounts of power snd strength like that of a god almost.

they can be called ‘Tazzers’

Those born this fortunate naturally fall into a life of crime, becoming a ‘Don’ in a sense. There’s always at least two Tazzers in a city, having their owns sides and towns under their reign.

everyone wants to steer clear of them yet wants to be around them thanks their wealth and power, a lot of brawls and fights over territory or anything happen frequently in the middle of the city.

what kind of powers do they have? Typically just super strength and durability, bullets and blunt force doesn’t affect them. Punching down cement walls with utter ease

Each don has a unique power of their own, or even an OP form, like.. they can look like a ordinary human a majority of the time and when they’re in danger they transform into their stronger self.

I imagine fights between Tazzers are a lot like murder drones, since their fights are so fluid and cool.

The undermutts actually work under the top Tazzer of the city, they’ve never met or seen the man but only get their info on missions through his wife. She seems nice enough.

so basically the undermutts are goons who do all the dirty work, pretty much the bottom of the food chain. Always being reminded how expendable they are and with a flip of a switch the boss man can make them die for real instead of coming back.

the mutts often get in scuffles with other Tazzers goons, they state their boss plays dirty and messes with forces he shouldn’t by bringing back old big shot criminals like them. And they agree, not out loud that it…

the mutts still don’t know their past or origins since all records of their existence have been wiped by the boss, they were each given a file about the crimes they had committed and their age. (Even though they were made in the lab recently, but physically and mentally they are grown adults)

the facility in which they were made and tested on is still running, many failed clones still there and only the clones that were allowed to leave and go on mission were the mutts.

the bosses OP form would be a big wolf I think, like a werewolf maybe, has alot of pelts and animal pelts in his office. Public outside of other Tazzers rarely ever see him, only seeing the man at exclusive hunting parties, or the odd jazz club under his name.

I’ve mentioned before that ‘Humanity Co.’ is tied to the undermutts in a way, and it is! Humanity Co is set in the future, idk how far but pretty far since it’s so much more advanced already.

it’s why I’m keeping the greyscale (except for some red here and there.)

I’m gonna rewrite and redesign Humanity Co another day, make the Boss of that company a Tazzer himself.

Aside from the fact that I want you to imagine him however you like... If we're going by looks I fluctuate between Florence Welch and Tilda Swinton.

I mean...

They both have this ethereal androgynous vibe going on and have beautiful voices. Tilda does a wonderful job in every role she does. Her Gabriel shook my perception of gender to the core and the performance was absolutely haunting. Definitely did a number on 16 year old me when Constantine came out. And Florence... I've always loved her music and she features heavily in my BNA playlists. It's full of religious imagery of the judeo-christian variety. Only recently found out what she looked like and that, friends, is pretty damn close to the Enoch I see in my mind's eye. The way she carries herself and the fashion Choices(tm).

As for shoes/heels HMMM. Anything that's extra. Stilettos with straps, so they stay on. Sometimes gravity gets turned off in Enoch's office, and do you know how hard it is to swim after a wayward shoe? No thank you. Thigh high boots for the occasional Earthly visit.

BNA (Brand New Animal) AU no one asked for but you're getting it

Man if you think the town was fucked before, HOO BOI- Okay LIs and their animals though:

Robin: Rabbit. No particular breed or species. Prefers to hide or generally avoids using their beast side as much as they can unless either really late for school, which is rare, or is in full Flight Mode. However, at high confidence, you start to see them change form a little more often just for fun. Probably gets teased by classmates and you a lot because "you know what they say about rabbits-" (Nothing. Not until Vrel finally lets me breed hi-)

Kylar: Bat. Again, no particular species in mind atm. Also the type to avoid taking their beast form unless backed into a corner, but if the Whitney vs Kylar path of their Halloween event says anything (and, you know, this is the same person who was willing to stab a bitch just for sitting next to you), you probably don't want them in this form to begin with. Imagining them crawling and clinging to ceilings makes me feel insane. Absolute goblin. Probably doesn't fly much even when it'd be more convenient.

Also, they're probably a fruit bat, but there's definitely rumors about the freak going around and biting people's necks and them always smelling like garlic probably doesn't help.

Whitney: Polar bear. Despite how aggressive they are, they actually find more entertainment making people submit in their human form and surprisingly has the most control of their shapeshifting. If Whitney transforms, you know shit is BAD and you're probably going to die. Their animal form is something of a boogeyman around school because of that.

Sydney: Cat. Like, a really, REALLY fluffy cat. Surprisingly comfortable in their beast form, but it's still rare (just doesn't see a point) and they mostly bring it out for extra warmth.

Avery: Secretary bird. Also considered a pretty or fancy looking hound (think salukis, borzois, greyhounds, afghan hounds etc). Just anything with long legs and looks very graceful or elegant and harmless which makes their true nature worse once out.

Eden: Haven't met them besides one encounter but I kinda imagine some sort of vulture. Maybe a bearded vulture. Like yes they're a hunter but listen vultures are still cool-

Alex: (Horned) sheep or goat. I really like imagining them absolutely headbutting the shit out of Remy's goons. I think out of everyone (second to Eden anyway), they're probably the most comfortable with their beast form and likes to run around on the farm in it when given the chance. Will let those close to them cuddle into their wool if a sheep and just relaxing on the farm.

Now for the town...

Forgive me since it's been about a year or two since I watched BNA but considering how...let's say, unhinged this town is already, I'd imagine that folks are more free in switching between forms but there's still certain circumstances it should be avoided (like transforming during an argument can be seen as a threat or act of aggression even if triggered by accident like a heat of the moment type of thing). I also choose to ignore the ending that basically makes beastmen seem like ticking bombs if they're stressed enough bc I just think it's dumb and with some of the dark shit in this game, this town would've been decimated a long time ago.
