Nothing about this day stood out. As the days became longer, the cold was washed away. Such a temporary thing, snow and ice. And yet everyone always looked forward to spring, didn't they? There was such a burden that came with the cold. What was frozen in ice, stayed in ice. It was unable to do anything- be anything more than trapped in a bitter cold.

No. This day was just the same as any other. The sun rose and then set once the rotations of the spherical bodies had completed their journeys across what we perceive as a sky. Of course, there is so much more than that.

Forces beyond comprehension work in perfect tandem to keep the cycles constant, and ever-present. It's reliable. The sun and how it ebbs and flows. Bringing with it life, balance, and light. Every planet with sentience required that massive ball of gases to thrive. It was so different at night. For the moon only stole what was the sun's to begin with, and brought it into the world in place.

What a poor excuse for a celestial body. Nothing but a cold, lifeless rock. Sure it was worshipped for beauty, but all of the evils in the world found their home in the darkest corners where a sun was absent. No moonlight would save a soul.

Yes... as every day came, nothing changed. The only thing that would be the clouds. The storms. Every tree and plant would change. Every creature grew... every year. Every month. Every day.

This was no exception. He never changed. What was a day to an immortal man...

Harry and YN had been for an early gender scan, due it being so close to Christmas and they are going to be travelling back up North for the holidays. 

Their family and friends had sent in their predictions the night before, all trying to guess what baby Styles was going to be.

In all honestly Harry and YN didn’t mind if their baby was a boy or girl, they just prayed for a happy and healthy little one. 

Once YN and Harry were called into the room, YN laid down on the bed with Harry sat next to her, holding her hand for comfort. 

“Are we ready to see your baby?.” The sonographer asked. 

“More than ready!” YN smiled at Harry, who brought their joined hands up his lips and pressed a quick peck to them. 

The room was silent whilst the sonographer moved the probe around YN’s tummy. The sound of a racing heartbeat broke the silence, and YN’s new favourite sound could be heard. Their baby’s heartbeat!

“You have one wriggly baby…they don’t want to keep still for me today!” The lady joked, causing YN and Harry to laugh as they watched the screen. 

“Is everything okay? With the baby I mean?”. Harry asked, something he liked doing at every appointment. 

“If I could use the word perfect, I would.” The older woman smiled. “But I can’t, but honestly your baby is growing absolutely beautifully in there…so keep doing what you’re doing Mama!”. 

Harry gave YN a proud smile, knowing that YN needed to hear that today after having a few days of insecurities. 

“Would you like to know the gender?”.

“Yeah please!” Harry didn’t hesitate, eagerly wanting to know if they were having a baby son or daughter. 

After a few more pokes and prodes on YN’s tummy, the woman smiled. “Congratulations Mum and Dad…you’re having a…”.

Originally YN and Harry were going to share their baby’s gender with their families at Christmas. But not wanting to take away the attention away from Louis on his birthday or the younger children at Christmas, they decided they would share the news with everyone at the same time. 

Keeping it simple, YN sent all their family and friends the same photo sharing the news. Both waiting for the reactions!

Aight, since I couldn’t last night, here are my birthday kids. First order of business, my little menace and ourson son Elandrin is two years old in-game!

It honestly feels like he’s at least four years old. He arsoned his way into my heart and stayed there; I don’t see him leaving anytime soon. He made me genuinely love elementalist as a class but above that, he’s my resident insufferable asshole who has a veritable AU. He even gets to be by second main.

It’s sometimes hard to think his original intent was to be just someone who hated Nyra. And like, that stayed, but he also got a personality and a life divorced from her. He got to be his own person, defined by so many other things; and him being defined by his anger, his drive, his passion for what he does, his ruthlessness and brilliance lets me get to places I haven’t been able to reach otherwise with other OCs.

So here’s for many more years, El. May you show the world your tits for a long, long time. Stay flamey, arson man. <3

I’ve been wondering.

For the past week, I’ve been wondering about what Jeon Jungkook would do for Park Jimin’s birthday  privately. Because I was 100% sure he wouldn’t appear in JM’s vlive, just as much as I was 100% sure JM wouldn’t vlive from his private home (my reasons being, are probably for another post though … 😁). BUT, at the same time I did  wonder; since JK doesn’t have the excuse of being at the company anymore, and since he is not going to release another 100% centric Jimin GCF; … what is he going to do? So you might be wondering: if you didn;t think he was going to do anything public, why still wonder about what he could do?

MIND YOU, being the private person that he is (they are), I did for the most part  expected JK to not post anything at all. So I was actually at work wanting to talk to my loved one and not being able to (don’t ask…) while waiting for some Jikookers to beg for JK to post something, the whole time thinking “…  it would be nice if they’d leave JK alone, is not like he is going to publicly do anything ..”. AND THEN, the second I thought that, I remember about last years birthday and I was like “🤦🏾‍♀️🙄😒😬…”.

Which brought me right back to the me that had been hypothetically thinking about “if, then what?”. If JK really wanted to publicly wish JM a happy birthday in a still intimate way but still not being caught: HOW THE FUCK WOULD HE DO THAT? 

Believe it or not, I thought he’d rely on his Golden Closet Film. Crazy right?! I mean there is  NOTHING remotely covert about that. To be precise, in my imagination, they’d already be in Busan, and he’d gift us with GCF in BUSAN. But … BRUH~! That would be so fucking OBVIOUS. Like, trying not to be caught wearing a black hat in a sea of white hats obvious. So I kept thinking, and thinking and thinking and fucking thinking and I couldn’t come up with nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So I chalked it up to “There’s nothing he could ever do” but BRUH~! Low and behold, not only did he actually pull up for the occasion at STUPID O’CLOCK KST, but, in my opinion, he was extra (which as I watch him almost purring for the cameras I was like … “booooooi if you don’t stop!”) and then, he crowned it all with a BRO. 

B - R - O.

The unrivalled magic word that just by merely uttering it, it’s capable of having a sea of people hella insecure and another strongly rooted in their fraternal beliefs, ALL at the same time. BRO; three letters one (apparent and alleged) meaning; The word that would rule them all. The word that was apparently never used in any other meaning aside from its “blood-relative” dictionary meaning, never in any type of history. JK uttered this word and successfully appeased and potentially misled all those who suddenly got lost. 

Nevermind the shivers I got when JK came on weverse just saying jjyaman... I was like “JK?...👀👀👀” which proved me that I was wrong 😬😬😬

Which he then followed with a happy birthday … to which I was like “oh, I see, okay, never mind, an awkward but simple, happy birthday…”

I don’t even know where to begin with this, no cap. Like … FAM, BRUH~, BRO! The whole almost minute before he delivered his very simple message, what was that?! Like WHAT WAS THAT?? Like I know every hater and insecure Jikooker is jumping on the BRO-TRAIN but mate!! Hold that mess for a second … JK looked like he was in a hotel, maybe already from Busan (who knows!!) feeling himself (as he wasn’t in mere pyjamas with bed hair etc …) and making sure that the person to whom the message was address knew about it?? Like … FAM, BRUH~, BRO! A simple “Happy birthday, I hope your wishes come true and bla bla bla … with love your lil bro” would have sufficed. IT REALLY WOULD HAVE. BUT NO BRO. I mean … what the hell was that? If anything, doesn’t that final bro just make you wonder “... okay?”. 

In my very not-humble opinion, that bro was so out of place, it seemed intentional, but then again, I am not JK, so 🙄… BRUH~! I dunno, but I’m you know?!
